אי אפשר לנצח את המיקום הזה, ולרב המלון הזה נהדר.

מלון נהדר כי אתה הולך לשער. שימו לב שיש יותר חדרי מעשנים משהייתם מצפים, וחלקם מריחים כאילו שעישנו בהם. כמו כן נוח לנסיעה ברכבת כי הרכבת מורידה אותך בשדה התעופה.

שהינו כאן ללילה לאור טיסה בשמונה בבוקר לארה"ב. צריך להחליף חלק מהשטיחים במסדרונות אך החדר היה נהדר. אפשר לקחת רכבת ולהגיע לכל מקום בפרנקפורט. כמו כן, היינו במרחק 2 דקות מדלפק הצ'ק אין בשדה התעופה. נשוב לשם.

המיקום הכי טוב אבל התחזוקה לא ממש. השירותים היו מסריחים אז שבו לנקותם. המיזוג היה רועש אך אף אחד לא הגיע אפילו לאחר 3 טלפונים. לפחות ההנהלה ידעה לפצות אותי. שעות עודפות עולות רק 15 אירו לשעה. האינטרנט עולה הרבה- אל תחשבו להשתמש בו.

עצרנו כאן לישון בדרכנו משיקגו לטיול של שבועיים בגרמניה וצרפת. מקום מושלם לישון בו- שירות טוב, חדר מאוד נוח ולמרות שהוא בשדה התעופה חדרנו היה מאוד שקט (החלונות מאוד עבים). דרך מושלמת להתחיל את הטיול, פשוט אספנו את הרכב ביום שלמחרת והתחלנו את הטיולים רעננים.

המיקום במרחק 2 דקות מטרמינל 1 דרך גשר הליכה, המלון הזה מאוד נוח לפגישות בשדה התעופה של פרנקפורט. אין רעש בחדרים, מיזוג טוב. מומלץ.

ממוקם במרחק הליכה קצר מטרמינל 1, שרתון הוא מלון מהמעלה הראשונה. מדברים פה אנגלית והצוות מאוד ידידותי. המסעדה יקרה אך השירות מאוד טוב והאוכל מצוין. מקום מוצלח להרגע בו לפני הטיסה.

אי אפשר לנצח את המקום הזה אם אתה טס לפרנקפורט או מחוץ לה. לא יכול להשוות לנוחות המיקום למקומות אחרים כי לא יצאנו מהמלון/איזור שדה התעופה. הצוות היה ידידותי, מקצועי ומסביר פנים. הערכתי את המדיניות שלהם של 30 דק' אינטרנט חינם כי נסעתי ללא מחשב משלי ורק נזקקתי לזמן הזה. לא הייתי כ"כ שמח מזה שהם רצו עמלת טלפון של 2 אירו לשיחה אפילו כשהשתמשתי בכרטיס חיוג. אכלנו ארוחת ערב במסעדת הטברנה של המלון- האוכל היה מצוין. ס"הכ חוויה טובה ואמליץ עליה לכל מי שעובר דרך שדה התעופה של פרנקפורט.

המלון הזה הוא הכי קרוב לשדה התעופה ומחובר אליו בגשר, אבל אי הנוחות של המתווה והסטנדרט של הניקיון גורמים לך לרצות לשהות במלון אחר. המחיר כפול משל מלון קרוב אבל המיקום הטוב לא מפצה על זה.

Nothing special about this hotel except for its great location inside the terminal 1 building which makes it very convenient for travellers waiting to connect a flight early morning.

Hotel is perfect when flying out of Frankfurt in the early morning. It is between the train station and terminal 1, so it is easy this way. I normally do not use this hotel as the cost is very high, relative to the convenience, but there was a sale so I took it. If the hotel is not at a deep discount it is not worth it, there are many hotels quite close which are a better value, and if you had to go to terminal 2 a taxi from a local hotel is easier. Overall the hotel is expensive for what you get, the check in took 20+ mins, the bed was not comfortable, and you had to pay for internet. Best thing, 5 minutes to the check-in at terminal 1.

Fine accommodations, convenient location, quiet rooms in Tower. Pricy overnight and breakfast! Lamps at night stand don't allow reading in bed.

Attached to Frankfurt airport so convenience for flights is high. Typical Sheraton experience, nice room. Wifi expensive unless you use it in public areas. If you want to eat in the German community and not at the hotel, is an expensive cab ride to any restaurant and not walkable from hotel. If you have an early flight to catch, or if your flight is delayed as mine was for 5 hours, it is a great location and value.

If all you want is a really nice hotel with amazing access to FRA Airport for a layover, the Sheraton's great. It's got really nice meeting facilities, and overexpensive but interesting restaurants and bars-- definitely don't buy the breakfast, but instead go to one of the many kiosks around the airport and buy fresh (and way more affordable) breakfast items at pretty much any time of day. It's got free web usage, which is also nice. But the connections to the city are absolutely perfect. If you are catching a morning flight, but still want to go out the night before, just jump on the train for a painless ride into the city; the system runs past 1am, so you'll be able to stay out a while without worrying about taking a costly taxi ride. The rooms are comfortable and relatively modern, although the bathrooms could definitely use updating. I personally had a problem with my TV, which was unable to be resolved during my stay; however, I was only there for a night, and only wanted to watch it for an hour or so, so it wasn't worth working with the hotel to get it fixed... I just told them to make sure it was fixed for the next guest. It would be really nice if they gave complimentary bottled water or something--considering their five-star status, that's the least they could do, no?

Very Comfortable....... I think maybe better than the Hilton.......

Wifi was not included in the room rate as website said, which is why I picked thE room rate. Then Internet kept shutting down and had to move rooms....

It was good. I wish there is clearer signes in the airport about where to find it.

very good location, walking distance from terminal 1. sound proof for the room is excellent, can't hear the noise from the aircraft.

Hotel conditon very good. Service poor.

Pillows could be fluffier, but everything else was top-notch.

I booked the hotel room to recoup during a 10-hour layover. A flight cancellation reduced my time in the room to 2 hours, but in the event an extremely useful nap and shower.

Hotel is conveniently located but feels old and needs a revamp. Rooms only OK and extremely expensive food and internet. Room service staff had poor English, so had to speak to three people to place an order off the menu! Not acceptable for an 'international' hotel at an airport.

Comfortable, clean and convenient hotel for overnight stay at Frankfurt Airport before a next day departure. Breakfast not included at lower rates. A bit challenging to drive your rental car to the hotel entrance.

Great location for the traveler that is stuck in Frankfurt overnight and needs easy access to the airport!

The room was spotless and comfy, the staff was spectacular... they're really what make this hotel stand out. I had a lot of work to focus on while in my room so I ordered room service twice and loved it. Quick service and great food.

The hotel is situated opposite Terminal 1 at the airport but directions to get to it from the terminal building are confusing. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was ready despite my early arrival (10am). My room was very comfortable and clean. Although there were tea/coffee making facilities provided the only way to heat the water was by using the filter coffee machine, no kettle! No milk was provided, not even in the mini bar. Mini bar prices were as usual extortionate - 6.50 euros for a small bottle of water. Dinner in the restaurant was lovely, although the a la carte menu was a little overpriced. The breakfast buffet was good although not much choice of hot food and at 32 euros did not represent value for money at all. Especially as there was only one price even if you only wanted juice, coffee and a croissant!!

One of the most convenient airport hotels I've found.

Great hotel, great staff. This was perfect as I had to spend one night in Frankfurt and catch a very early morning flight out.

We checked into our room and saw that the toilet was leaking.I tried 3 times to call the front desk with no answer.We left the room and went to the front desk.The employee there at the time was the only employee to be nice and helpful.He said he will call someone to fix the problem. He then asked did we want to move rooms?I said no not at this time we were going out to eat dinner.When arriving into the room, the bathroom was a mess.Water and dirt all over the floor and also a screw.I called again, it took me 3 tries.Finally I got an answer.I explained to the lady about the mess and how unhappy I was.She had to put me on hold and ask someone then said the problem was too in depth and they were unable to fix it that night.I asked what now?she would have to see if it would be o.k. if we got moved.She said someone would come to our room and help us to another room. It took them almost 45 minutes to get to our room with a new key and said this is for your new room and have a nice night.By that time it was late and we were too tired to complain.I went to check out the next morning and the lady that helped me said my room was already paid for and have a great day.I then told her that I was unhappy and tried to explain what had happened with our stay and she just said "really, o.k., oh" She was not very friendly.I am very unhappy with the customer service that this hotel showed me in my stay.Hopefully not all of your guests are treated the way that we were treated.

The service was perfect. Help to the room with luggage, a wake up call at 4 am, and then at 4:45 the luggage picked up and taken to the lobby for coffee and croissant, then they took the luggage to the sky train for us to go to terminal 2. I wish there were hotels at terminal 2, but since there are not, this is the best place to stay at Frankfurt airport.

Typical busy airport terminal hotel but my goodness not nearly as good as other sheratons in Europe (especially for the price!). Bed was comfortable and room was quiet and spacious but the Internet cost 20 euros.

Way overpriced fo the quality of the room. WIFI should be included for the price.. Chose this place for the location alone because of an early flight.

No need for shuttles, you can walk from terminal 1 straight to the hotel without leaving the airport. The room could do with a little refresher but was very clean and comfortable. Soundproofing was excellent. Staff was o.k. Check out was confusing, even though we had prepaid the room we had to pay 6.5 Euro for a small bottle of water from the minibar. Our check out person could not accept cash or a Euro debit card causing us to have to pay with a US credit card. We could have used cash but would have had to wait for one of the other check out persons to be free. No time for this and it seemed a little silly.

Very expensive, especially given the few amenities provided.

After 10 hours of overnight travel it was very pleasant to be given a room at 10am local time without any fuss. The staff were courteous and all spoke excellent English. It is a very good airport hotel

Great location if you want to walk to Terminal 1 without going outside. The hotel entrance was difficult to find by car, parking is expensive, and they insisted on a passport (or official ID card) despite the fact that my room was already paid for and I am a local resident. The bed was comfortable, but the room was very plain. Not 5-star in my experience.

Regular Sheraton service

The Sheraton at Frankfurt is a great convenience when arriving by train and moving on by air or vice versa.. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is stark- a shock after the cultural whirlwind of traveling through Germany and Czech Republic for 2 weeks. However getting up in the morning, packing up and rolling our bags down the hallway and into the airport far made up for any qualms about missing the ambience of the countries we had just visited. Try to get a breakfast package if you can- we didn't and grabbed breakfast in the airport itself as prices were ridiculous- you can grab the train back into Frankfurt ( about 15 min) for shopping or dinner- We didn't, we ate our dinner in the Sheraton- good meal- and then to bed.

Very friendly staff

Very nice rooms, very quiet. Great for a stopover in Frankfurt!

Expensive for what it is...

1 hour internet is €8.-, 1 cheeseburger for €22.- No, I will not come again. Pity, because the staf are very well trained, polite and effiicient.
