Landmark Resort Hotel - מירטל ביץ'

Excellent location, I couldn't have gotten a more perfect destination. The hotel was great and the amenities were awesome!!!! I will definitely stay again and again!!

Really enjoyed the stay. Will certainly consider future stays.

It was very good

The hotel staff, especially housekeeping, was great. Absolutely no complaints. Also, the breakfast buffett was really good and the waitstaff was exceptional. Aside from the normal up & down, up & down on the elevators not a single complaint. (The elevators were quick to respond.) ou walk straight out to the Atlantic Ocean and the beautiful beach. AND for folks who don't like to get sand in their Crocs...plenty of pools, spas, hot-tubs, etc. including a free putt-putt course. I definitely recommend this property and will stay there again.

My stay was great!

Everything was old and dirty! The "strip" was outdated and unsafe. Another guest approached my son about drugs!! Don't stay here you will severely disappointed. It's a tremendous waste of oceanfront property!

Our trip to the beach wasn't planned so Friday afternoon i went to Hotels.com to find a room with a reasonable rate and accommodations for our young children. The Landmark was definitely more than i expected. Right on the beach, pools, golf, lazy river....awesome. The hotel also had its own restaurants and gift shops. The only complaint that i had was that some of the outside snack bars didn't accept credit/debit.

I was so surprised! I thought for the price I got the room for what was it going to be like? The room was great! 2 queen beds and kitchenette. Staff was courteous and you constantly saw people cleaning. The rooms were cleaned daily. Pools and hot tubs were great. 1 big indoor pool, 7 indoor HT, 1 outdoor pool and HT. 2 lazy rivers 1 in and 1 out. I would go back.

Everyone enjoy the time away from. The landmark resort is great place to stay and will be back again in the near future.

We had a water and sewer smell issue / I notified the maid and the front desk everyday we were there and NOTHING was done. Maides were very rude / we did not want room service and she forced her way in anyway - INDOOR pools were COLD -- the door were always opened plus windows so you should have just went to the OUTdoor pools ---- more hot tubes than POOLS --- poor adverisement on 17 pools and .... blah blah

Had a great stay here. 2 adults 4 kids. Awesome oceanfront view w/balcony, plenty of space for all six. Full kitchen, bonus, easy to make a bunch of meals for kids. Indoor pools and hot tubs were great to have on some colder days. Great family spot.

We arrived at the hotel around midnight and they put us in this room with very nasty smell, damaged cabinets and refrigerator. I request for another room but was told it was the only room left, which happened to be not true. After I checked into the room, my kids found out that the toilet wasn't working!!! I called the front desk and they sent a person to fix it. It was near 1am. I was told that the toilet cannot be fixed! Unbelievable!! I had to go down to the front desk again to complain about it and they actually found "another room" for us.. I don't understand why they couldn't put us into different room in first place?? By the time we moved to another room, it was 2am!!! My family had to go through this ordeal for 2 hours after we arrived at the hotel. I have never seen or stayed at this type of unsanitary place in my life! The roof of pool was so dirty with bird poops all over the place and tiles in the pool were cracked. I saw two people smoking inside of the pool, but nobody seemed to care about it. I did not want my children to go in the pool for the next day, so we decided to go for a sightseeing at Charleston to minimize our stay at the hotel. I booked this place based on the photos on their website but it certainly wasn't the same!! Lesson well learned! Never judge a place by photos!! Very disappointed!!

Last minute idea landed us at the Landmark. The staff was all smiles and checked us in quickly. Even offering us an ocean view on the 11th floor. The view was beautiful. The location is close to everything. Not really walking distance to the Skywheel but I assure you on a good spring, summer day that stroll would be very possible. They were doing some renovations in the lobby but even they were friendly, and neat and I could tell they were truly trying to keep noise to a minimum and stay out the guest way..The parking garage is across the street..Not close but a skywalk bridge from the garage to the hotel makes it convenient. Overall I would return. The morning staff is fantastic, the manager happen to be standing there at my checkout and sparked up a friendly short departure convo... Excellent way to end our stay...I recommend this clean, comfortable, friendly Resort hotel..By the way.. I didn't bring my kids but I sure would the pools, indoor lazy river, looked so fun and spacious almost made me wish my kids where there...Second thought it was a much needed girls getaway..So maybe next time :)

I was not pleased with the fact you have to pay an additional $100 damange deposit when you check in. They treat you like your going to tear it apart. They were rude. And the rooms smelled bad. Thank goodness we were there only for a short stay. Would not take my kids to it. Will not be back.

Hotel was good quality for the price. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and well-maintained. Ample parking was available due to the free parking garage (with enclosed walkway). Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed for a February weekend. The pools and lazy river were so nice and warm and not crowded. Lots of pools and hot tubs to choose from indoors.

This is a great place for a family to attend or even to have a family reunion here. It has at least 8 pools including jacuzzi's and the room were spacious and everything is right in the area. Also has a sauna and mini golf.

The hotel looked great from the outside and the check-in staff at 1am was wonderful!! Very nice and helpful! The restaurant staff seriously lacked in customer service. We waited 30 minutes for menus and cups to serve our selves. The "buffet' was missing most normal breakfast items, no eggs or biscuits, plenty of grits, nasty looking oatmeal, burnt bacon all this for $9 per person. The beautiful pool on the website was not there. The roof was open and the air was freezing around the pool. The fountains against the far wall were green, so was one of the wading pools. Something was wrong with 3 of the 5 hot tubs, some kind of chemical in them burned our eyes and skin (not chlorine) the lazy river was nice. The kiddie play area/pool was freezing cold. While we were in the pool area the fire alarms started going off, then a message saying it's not an emergency. Then the firefighters showed up. The alarms went off for over 2h then randomly went off throughout the day. We finally had to leave the hotel because the screeching alarms were killing our ears. Our check-out was the worst ever! We went to the front desk to check-out and a very nasty lady with a name tag saying "front desk manager" snatched my cards back from me and said "what room" I told her and she said "fine". Nothing about how was your stay, no thank you for coming. Nothing!

The Landmark Resort is great for a family vacation. It is clean and secure but with older furnishings. It's not a 4 star resort but with 17 pools there's lots of fun to be had.

Our room was old and warn. The kitchen was in good shape with new cabinets but the furniture was banged up and warn out. The murphy bed had giant tears in the head board. The only problem I had was the cleaning crew blew off our room. We left at 10 in the morning to go shopping and to the pool and when we came back at 2 no clean up. They showed up at 3 and we told them we would leave so they could clean up and they never came back. Same thing for the next day only we said give us 5 min. to put our shoes on and we were gone for 5 hours and we came back to an unclean room. The pool area makes up for all of this. We loved the heated lazy river and giant swimming pool.

This place has it all. Rooms really had the view they advertised, decor was lovely, well equipped with anything you may need, and at a very reasonable price. I was very impressed that ALL of their pools were open, clean, heated and ready to use in mid February.

Pool area beats any of the many hotels we have stayed with in the Myrtle Beach area!! Great variety -- many hot tubs, great lazy river and pool. We will be back again!

They charged me 35.00 more for an upgrade than what hotels.com said. VERY close to kids amusement parks, pool area was nice, but needs a few upgrades. They put us in the wrong room, then moved us to another room that wasnt what we wanted. The fridge started leakin on the floor. Overall a decent place for kids. I would find somewhere else if you dont have kids. The room had flat screens, but lacked other upgrades

Great place to stay, several pools, hot tubs, free mini golf. Very clean.

UGGGGH HD2 CHANGE ROOMS BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS BROKE & FALLN DOWN THEN WHEN WE CHANGED ROOM THE HEAT WOULDN'T WORK NEEDED A WHOLE NEW UNIT UGGGH THEN THE ASSISTANT MANAGER WAS SOOOO DISRESPECTFUL & RUDE AS EVER UGGGGH IT TRULY PUT A DAMPER ON OUR VACATION HE SHOULD HAVE TREATED US WAYY BETTER THEN THE WAY HE DID IM JUS SAYING A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Decent hotel. Safe, clean, polite staff. We went during off season (late October) so it was pretty cheap. However, the shower was definitely not that great and the inside pools are not really inside. They are part of a large covered area that is open on one side. There was a storm while we were there so this of course made it not very conducive to swimming. And the pools were cold!! Please turn the heaters up! The jacuzzis were lovely though half of them would be closed for part of the day and then opened and the other half closed. Luckily it was not crowded so this was not an issue. The housekeeping staff was very nice. Maintenance was great, as well! We had trouble with the toilet at 6am on a Sunday morning and they were there within 10 minutes. And thet calked about 2 hours later to be sure it was fixed. All in all, decent hotel, but you do get what you pay for. I would not stay there again but I would not say not to stay there. Hope that helps all of you!

IT WAS VERY VERY GOOD

Rooms are always clean & nice.Service was great. I do believe the hotel has covered all amenities. Great location. It was our 4th time staying at The LandMart Resort. We just love it.

I enjoyed my stay. I am planning another trip. I will definitely be staying at the Landmark again. My kids enjoyed the hotel as well. The only thing that went wrong was when the tub was clog, and maintenance took over 2 hours to come and the issue was still not taken care of until the following day by the day time maintenance genteleman.
