the hotel was nice and clean. front desk clerk was just ok. room was good. pool and hot tube were good. location was good, close to restaurants ,close to mall. breakfast was good for free.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Many restaurants nearby with good choice of food. I would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

After a long day of meetings, it was refreshing to come back to complete rest and relaxation. My room was very nice and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Highly recommend. Very accommodating and curteous staff. The best pillows and bedding. Wonderful breakfast and spotless rooms and lobby

Very impressed with the room size

Very comfortable and spacious room. Stayed with my family and didn't feel like we were piled on top of each other. Was pleasantly surprised by the continental breakfast which was so much more than coffee,OJ, and muffins. My family of 5 had a hardy breakfast, and I probably saved $40 not having to go to a restaurant.

I thought the room was very nice and the price was within the range I asked for. The room/suite was very spacious and the bed was WONDERFUL! They also provided an assortment of soft and "hard" pillows, which I have never noticed before. I appreciated that very much.

The motel was very clean amd the staff was very nice. never had such pleasant. stay at a motel. great job to the staff.

Very Nice Hotel. Got snowed in and hotel brought sandwiches in for guests that had no way to get out and eat. Will be staying here next time I am in town!!!

Desk service, breakfast, and room comfort were all top-notch. We have found that we can really count on Comfort Suites and will look for them for all future bookings. This location was very convenient to good restaurants (we liked the Corner Cafe for family eating). The drive into Kansas City for attractions there was short and simple.

My family- 13 of us in all, in 3 suites, came for a funeral service. Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was kind and always helpful. The rooms were nice and well kept. The breakfast was better than we expected, and the girl who makes the food did a wonderful job. We had such a good experience, and we travel to the area quite often to visit family, so we will definitely be booking with this location again in the future.

When we during the second week of December they had just replaced all the carpeting and upgraded the bedding! They were also doing a lot of improving on the outside of the building as well, but our stay was quiet and comfortable! We love the location and the way the rooms are set up! Very peaceful setting but close to so much!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that we were having a good time. The free breakfast was an added bonus.

Room was super clean. I inspected it with a UV flashlight made for that purpose. I felt secure and the continental breakfast offered a lot of selections. All the employees were friendly. Quiet neighborhood. Could slightly hear freeway traffic, but not a problem at all. What's not to like?

Room was clean. You could see some signs that a renovation may be within 5 years but nothing to complain about. Location was very convenient to shopping, food and highway. I didn't think the price was out of bounds. Breakfast was pretty standard but they did have hot selections daily. When we travel to KC for business this is my new destination of choice!

Mattress needs to be changed out - old and sagging. Paint coming off doors and wall areas in bathroom. Great location, but hotel needs to be updated. High price for what we got.

Was told that the beds were to be queen beds, they were doubles. Mattress werehard on the sides and corners and falling to the middle. Breakfast was good and pool was nice.

I was pleasantly surprised by free continental breakfast which was hot and had a good variety of breakfast entries. The room for the most part was clean and comfortable with the exception of one comforter that had obvious stains on the opposite side. However, I would stay again.

we came to town for a wrestling tournament. closest hotel to tournament. only complaint is maybe they can improve the breakfast.

We arrived early to our hotel on Saturday around 10 AM and they had our room already for us. I was surprised that we was able to go to our room getting there so early. They were very helpful and usefull in all of our needs. We stayed in a room with two full queens and a sofa bed to accomodate our family. We got there early because of attending a family funeral. They informed us of all that we had available to us to make us comfortable on our stay. i loved the price that was given to us and they didn't even charge any extra for having up to the 6 people It made it to be a very comfortable and affordable.

The breakfast was good, the staff was helpful, rooms were clean and nice. The perfect location walking distance to any restaurant you could want and shopping too. The only complaint I had were the beds were'nt the most comfortable, they may need some new beds. But other than that, I would stay there again.

We were able to bring our puppy, but did not know we would be charged 25 dollars for this. Staff were nice, and we would stay again.

Comfy bed, big room and very friendly hotel staff. Our bathroom desperately needed renovation but if that's the biggest flaw I could find, I really can't complain. The hotel was very clean and in a great location close to restaurants and shops. If you need somewhere to stay a few nights in Independence and don't want to spend a lot of money this hotel is a great choice.

Good location off I-70. A lot of retail near by for shopping and eating choices. Carpet in hallways looks to be in need of being updated. Minutes away from stadium complex.

Great location for events at Arrowhead Stadium! Very new area with great restaurants!

Stayed here for 3 nights after Christmas to visit family. Room was great--plenty of space for a family of 5. Fantastic breakfast. Friendly staff. Cleaning staff even arranged our daughter's stuffed animals in a fun way for them. Highly recommend!

I wish I had more hands so I could give this place 4 thumbs down!! funky smell in the room. musty and not clean. Noisy. Water pressure TERRIBLE.
