The Grand Hotel - טראמור

This was my 3rd stay at the grand in as many months. Yet again the staff were fabulous considering the hotel was fully booked for the rock and roll event. I have no complaints at all, and will be going back in december.

Had a very good weekend the staff were very friendly and helpful.The food in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.

It was a fantastic location for us as we used it as a base to explore the surrounding areas. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and very helpful. Would stay there again!

as this was my second time in as many weeks at the grand hotel,i knew what to expect, that's why i went back. The staff were again well manered and fualtless. Ok the hotel is a little dated, but people who read the reviews before booking and now have the nerve to complain are a sad bunch.I also noticed that alot of complaints are from the irish people themselves, what happened to the faithful. Please read the reviews i did and i loved every minute of my stay and will certainly be returning more than once next year. Keep up the good work..

I found my stay very comfortable with friendly staff and great breakfast

When I arrived at the hotel, and I know this hotel well because I actually live not too far away, I asked about the Complimentary Newspaper which was quoted in my reservation.....they told me they didn't do this and then tried to give me a local FREE newspaper which was actually 2 weeks out of date!!! Eventually this was resolved, but I just feel that as I had booked through Hotels.Com, they thought that I might have been from abroad and therefore tried to opt out of the provision of the newspaper. Apart from this incident, the hotel is fine although very dated....the breakfast is good

The hotel was in a good location overlooking the sea,right in the middle of the town.Comfortable and quiet and we had an enjoyable stay and would definately go back.

i would never stay in this hotel again! the front staff were rude and unhelpful, the room was awful and the bathroom dirty! The bed clothes were not clean! I would not recommend this hotel at all

Had no major issues with the hotel or the service that they provide. The decor and furnishings leave a lot to be desired, but this did not detract from my stay. The hotel could do with a lick of paint and a bit of upholtstery maintenance. Overall i would stay here again. Staff very pleasent.

Tramore is the New Jersey shore of Ireland....The Gran should change its name to The Mediocre. Needs an update like crazy!

great allround satisfaction stay at the grand.will visit again soon.
