Great staff, great beds, great rain shower, nice balcony even with city view. I would come back again! So close to Ocean Dr. But quiet down on our area. Take the city bus that goes up n down Washington for 25 cents if you don't want to walk. Don't forget to eat in the little Italian area, it's so romantic!

it was great...we got upgraded to a two bedroom oceanfront suite....all the workers were very friendly....this hotel is close to everything, shopping, food, pool, beach, etc.!!

Every little thing was an additional cost...not user friendly

Wonderful efficiency room with a balcony in a quiet area of South Beach. Would have appreciated it more if parking was included as the fee was $35.00 per day which is high considering the price of the room.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants and nightlife. Room decor sleek and modern. Balcony with ocean view was nice. No vanity countertop to speak of in bathroom so difficult to get ready. Half price deal was fair price for the room.

Very nice hotel & location....restaurant is overpriced...went next door for dinner.

From the moment we pulled up to the front entrance, every staff member provided us with exceptional service! They were willing to go out of their way to make sure our stay was amazing. We were only staying one night but we wished we could have stayed longer. Our room was a large corner suite that offered lots of space and an amazing view of the ocean and city from our balcony. I highly recommend staying here! I will definitely stay here again if/when I return to South Beach!

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton, the room was really nice and spacious. Very clean and everyone were all very friendly.

The hotel along with its staff was nice and clean. Construction is being done though out the hotel. And may put a small damper on your stay. The location of the hotel is 6 blocks away from where the action starts in south beach, which is not bad if you want to relax.

We were not informed of the construction going on out front of our hotel. They started work fairly early in the morning during the week. The hotel seemed a bit tired, hallways could use painting etc. But our room was comfortable and clean.

The staff was excellent. Very attentive. There was construction going on when I was there, it was a little noisy, probably the only downfall. Great hotel, fabulous location.

Grelt hotel wonderfull location friendly staff clean rooms, BUT extremely noisy aircon system will make us chose another hotel next time. 35 dollar Per Day parking is expensive and inflexible sunbed and umbrella rental at beach priced at USD 60 for 4 beds and 2 umbrellas Per Day whether for one hour or full day also negatives.

good overall hotel. Things that bothered me - renovations under way - I was never warned about this before booking. They started at 7am. I did not like paying for lounge chairs on the beach. this should be included. I did not like paying for internet service. This should have been included in the price. The lobby computer was super slow - frustrating to use the internet.

Excellent location. Short walk to the beach. Walking distance to many nice restaurants. At the more quiet end of South Beach.

We really enjoyed the suite we stayed in. We had booked a partial ocean view. It was farther back from the ocean than I had anticiapted. I was prepared to pay for an upgrade to ocean front, but no rooms were available. The only complaint is one of the sliding balcony doors would not lock. The hotel fixed it immediately though. While in South Beach, the hotel didn't seem to be that close to the action of South Beach you hear about. It was a quite area, but lots of selection of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

I came to Miami, in route to Bahamas, for the celebration of my 25th High School Class Reunion. It was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had!!! My classmates and I look forward to our next visit. Perfect access to South Beach! My only regret was that I only spent one night there.

The hotel has created a car parking monopoly. And I have to hand it to them, it's pretty slick. There is no option to park your own car at this hotel, valet only, which is fine, however, it costs $35/day to park at this hotel.....ridiculous in my opinion. The parking lot adjacent to the hotel boasts cheaper rates, however, you cannot park there between 3am-7am. So you're stuck paying the $35 per night at the Hilton. There is a charge for sitting in the chairs posted up by the hotel on the beach (umbrella is extra!). This includes guests of the hotel. I understand this is south beach we're talking about, and everyone is a millionaire, but that is crazy. We just laid our towels down directly in front of the chairs for spite! A couple positives are the staff, location, and attached restaurant. The staff was always courteous. Our bellman, waiter, and receptionist were all helpful and descent people. The cuban dishes at the restaurant are tasty. The hotel is setup in a great spot for beach access, restaurants, and bars. Overall in my opinion this hotel charges south beach rates with an outdated 80s decor look and feel. I would not stay at this hotel again and I usually lean towards the Hilton brand on most vacations.

Hotel was great except it seemed that every charge for food was different than what was printed on the menu. Watch that if you stay here.

The hotel is located in an area where you can find varaiety of restaurants either for breakfast or dinner with super nice views and reasnable prices, and close to the bayside area in the miami down town which is a must see place.

Excellent customer service! I only stayed one night but I was very pleased, would have extended my stay if I had the opportunity.

Great experience. The hotel staff were nothing but friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, large and well kept. The hotel overall including the interior and exterior was over all very aesthetically pleasing. The food was excellent and the location being right on the beach was great. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel itself was nice, it was Hotels.com that did not give them our reservation, thus putting us in a room inferior to what we ordered. The hotel staff was very accomondating though,

El hotel está al lado del Nikkis bar, que todos los domingos funciona hasta las 5:00 am. con Fiestas Electrónicas y no deja dormir. Por ningún motivo alojar la noche del domingo es un infierno, en la semana es muy agradable y tranquilo el lugar.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel als Abschluß für unseren Florida Urlaub gewählt.Ausschlaggebend war die Super Lage am Strand von Miami Beach, die Nähe zum Ocean Drive und die ruhigere Lage bzgl. Schlafqualität. Am Flughafen waren wir in knapp 30Min., auch das war uns für die Abreise wichtig. Das Hotel war das teuerste auf unsere 3 wöchigen Reise und das einziges mit Eincheckproblemen. Zuerst war kein Zimmer verfügbar, nach 2 Stunden warte Zeit war das Zimmer im System verfügbar aber in Real noch nicht sauber. Die Koffer wurden auch erst nach erneutem Nachfragen dem richtigen Zimmer zugewiesen. Dies hört sich erst mal schlimm an, aber uns hat es nur gering gestört, zumal der Service und die Reaktionen auf unsere Reklamationen sehr angenehm waren. Es wurde immer sofort reagiert und uns wurde als Wiedergutmachung freies Frühstück für 2 Personen, freies Internet, ein kostenfreier Late Checkout und 2 Cocktails offeriert. Daher geben wir keinen Punktabzug diesbezüglich, zumal es dem Manager sichtlich sehr unangenehm war. Das Zimmer selbst war chic, geräumig und sauber. Das Bett war bequem. Der Parkservice (Valet Parking) ging schnell und unkompliziert. Der Sonnenaufgang am Meer war ein perfekter Urlaubsabschluss und das Frühstück sehr lecker :-) wir würden wieder kommen.

nur sollte man wissen, dass eine der angesagtesten und auch lautesten Discos von South Beach, Nikki Beach, genau nebenan liegt, zeitweise ohrenbetäubende Beschallung. Ansonsten war das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich, mein Zimmer und Bad grosszügig, am pool bequeme Liegen, insgesamt ein netter Ruhepunkt im quirligen South Beach.

Adorei o quarto a vista é maravilhosa, atendimento na recepção também é muito bom. Pontos negativos do hotel é o restaurante e café da manhã, atendimento dos funcionários do restaurante é péssimo. O serviço de quarto é bom. Carregadores de malas e manobristas precisam melhorar também.

hotel piazzato bene, camere ampie e confortevoli. colazione da motel americani ma da gustare in terrazza con vista sul mare. ottimo rapporto qualita prezzo

+ Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Hotel + Super Lage (Ocean Drive, Miami Beach...) + Zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal + Grosses, sehr sauberes Zimmer + Luxuriöses "Marmor"-Bad + Sehr gemütliche Bar + Preis - Leistungsverhältnis optimal - Parkplätze eher teuer Das Hotel kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Det är dåligt att det bara ingår frukost för två stycken av fyra boende i samma rum. Enligt vår bokning skulle frukost ingå för alla fyra under vistelsen.
