It was a very nice place

The location was convenient, but there was a LOT of noise from trucks on Rt. 30. Our room was NOT located near the ramp to the access sidewalk and the size of the room made moving around in my wheel chair quite difficult. In terms of accessibility the bathroom was very good and was clean.

Noisy, noisy, noisy. If you want a relaxing night's sleep, don't stay here. Our room was on the second floor, to the far left if you face the hotel from the road. Awful noise of the trucks racing down the road ALL NIGHT. I suppose if you get lucky and get a room on the side of the hotel facing the Amish farmlands you might have a quieter stay, but we didn't get that lucky! Air conditioner was noisy and blew directly on me all night (I finally put the ironing board up against the a/c unit - that helped). The double beds are very small - we had two adults and two children, and we were squashed on the beds. On the plus side, the room was very clean, the bathroom was clean and new, it was nice to have a fridge and microwave, and the location is convenient (but I would rather stay away from a major road next time). The woman proprietor was rude and loud. She doesn't understand English well, so she insisted that I had said something different than what I had said. I am surprised that anyone stays at that hotel - she seems to want to scare the customer away. I would never stay there again.

It was not the same from the last time we stayed there. The ac was leaking and left a bad smell in the room, also the fire alarm in the wall was comming down and was never takeing care it like the ac. The most of all is when the maid walked in two times and never knocked on the door i will never stay there again. I will rate it as a 1 if they are luck. Very unhappy with the service and the owners of the place Never again will i stay there like i said!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were only there over night, but the room was clean, the service was friendly, our room was ready and even had extra towels. There was wifi access and the usual coffee maker, microwave, fridge, hair dryer and iron and ironing board available. It was conveniently located in Lancaster County although on a major road so there was traffic noise as well as the pleasant sound of horse and buggy.

Great room! Close to all must-see sights such as, Sight & Sound Theatre, American Music Theatre and much more!

Hotel was centrally located to all the things we were there to do. We weren't there to use a pool or be entertained. We just needed a clean comfortable room to sleep and get a shower. The rooms were exactly that. Front desk staff were polite. Would definately stay again.

Price and room were adequate. There was a problem with the hot water. The first morning I was there I had to go to the office to complain. The lack of hot water was corrected within a reasonable amount of time.

A bit worried about some of the reviews of the noise level, we hesitantly still booked our room. Location was great (close to outlets). It does sit right on the highway. However the Jacuzzi room is located in a separate building, behind the front office/ owners home. We heard no noise back there, and the jacuzzi was nice.
