Lovely place to stay. We were in Bayberry Suite. Really nice room. Was greeted by housekeeper Cindy who couldn't have been nicer. Location really central. Selection at breakfast excellent, all home-made and served in beautiful dining room. Would definitely go back.

This was our first time at a bed and breakfast and we have to say that this was the best get away that we have ever had. Cindy the inn keeper was amazing and made us feel that it was our home. She would go out of her way for anything. I would HIGHLY recommend this to everybody. A beautiful place with fantastic hospitality, who wouldn't want to stay here? We loved every bit of it and definitely will be back!!!! Thank you Bayberry Inn of Newport and Thank you Cindy for making our romantic stay amazing. See you soon.

This is a wonderful place to stay, very comfortable, jacuzzi in the room. The staff is extremely accommodating. It' in a great location, just off Bellevue Avenue, where most of the mansions are, and is also very close to the waterfront/shopping area, as well as the Touro Synagogue nearby. I would not hesitate to come back, and we came in December for the Christmas events. There was even a gas-fired fireplace in our room for a romantic setting, and the B&B has off-street parking for guests.

This mansion inn is very convenient to all activities in Newport. The service provide by inn keeper Wendy is superb. Even thou I arrived very late she was able to make sure I was able to get a key then checked on me. The breakfast is excellent. So nice to have a parking lot next to inn as well. Will stay here again soon.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the level of service and amenities provided for the price. A very comfortable room within walking distance of shops and restaurants. And, a terrific breakfast to boot.

Beautiful setting, comfortable rooms, and amazing dining room. Wendy the Innkeeper is very polite and accomodating, as well as a wonderful cook! Highly reccomended for a quiet comfortable stay!

Overall it was a great stay at a lovely old mansion in Newport. Wendy our B&B keeper was friendly and nice and a great baker, she baked us wonderful treats not only for breakfast but afternoon tea. I would highly recommend the place. Loved my Jacuzzi in our room as well as the fire place to me both give a great romantic touch to our stay. Who does not need a touch of romance. Loved my stay,

I WAS SO LOOKING FORWARD TO A STAY IN A B&B I CHOOSE THE BAYBERRY BECAUSE IF THE LOVELY PICTURES IN THE WEB SITE AFTER ARRIVING LATER THAN EXPECTED WE TOOK OUR KEY AND TREEKED UP 3 FLIGHTS TO AN ATTICK MINI APT. THE LAYOUT WAS EXTREMELY INCONVEINIENT THE SLEEPING QUATERS WERE UP ANOTHER FLIGHT OF STAIRS AND THE BED WAS STUCK UNDER THE EAVES OF A PEELING PLASTER CEILING THE BATHROOM TO THE BEDROOM WAS A ON A FLIGHT BELOW THE BEDROOM WHEN I QUESTIONED THE INNKEEPER SHE SAID THAT I REQUESTED A SUMMER RENTAL APT I TOLD HER I REQUESTED A ROOM WITH A KING OR QUEEN SIZE BED AND A ONSUITEBATHROOM I TOLD HER I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MY ROOM AND SHE SAID IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE BECAUSE OF THE INTERNET RESERVATION SHE ALSO SAID A REGULAR ROOM WAS MORE MONEY WELL I CHECKED AND THEY ARE NOT MORE MONEY THEY ARE LESS WE WERE HERE CELEBRATING A FRIENDS BIRTHDAY OR I WOULD HAVE LEFT AND DEMANDED MY MONEY BACK THIS WAS A SHAM SO DISSAPOINTED

I loved staying at Bayberry Inn. Our room was beautiful and I love the fire place and jacuzzi tub. We definitely plan on going back. The location was close to Cliff Walk and mansions. The breakfast in the morning was fabulous!!! Freshly made bread and eggs made right then for you. I also loved the warm blueberry muffins. I highly recommend the Bayberry Inn!

We were in the area to do some college searches and I found the Bayberry Inn to be a lovely B&B that was wonderfully located just off the main streets. Good for walking to town or a very short ride. The interior was outstanding and many original artifacts of the Captain's are still part of this spectacular mansion. The innkeeper was new to the position and was getting acquainted with the surrounding area, this did not hinder the accommodations in the least as she was most kind and helpful. Very comfortable and spacious room.

Very nice Inn, very comfortable, very quite area. Close to downtown long walk or short drive. Afternoon tea and cookies was a nice touch. Breakfast included one hot item, which they picked by the day.
