Excellant hotel would recommend to anyone and will stay there again.

This hotel was supposed to-be a 4 star hotel more like a 2 if that. The air was so loud in our room the indoor pool was freazing, breakfast was $10 but far from worth it. Food was nasty. The halways were very dark. As far as location. I felt like we were in the getto.

This hotel is very clean, quiet & has a great hot breakfast with lots of variety. It is well priced for it's location. I would definitly stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and find it very nice indeed. The stays have only been overnight as we have early morning flights from Boston Logan, but we have enjoyed our stays. It would be nice if one of these times we could enjoy the hotel a bit more! The desk clerk was very personable and had a good sense of humor. We would recommend the Hilton Garden Boston/Burlington to our friends and family.

I'd recommend it to anybody.

I thought that it was a great stay we love the hotel near boston and has perfect amenities, heated pool, great breakfast better than most that I have seen. A serve per request not seen in other hotels. Its better to spend a bit more than go with others around the area who aren't as efficient in their service.

Located close to lots of places to get food and a big mall. Good service, but nothing extraordinary.

Parking lot was under minor construction but the location, staff and food were great!

Great location! Close to highway and mall. Very clean and VERY helpful staff. Our son loved the pool. Warm enough and not busy! This is our new 'place to stay ' when we visit Burlington!

Everything was great. Only one complaint would be the toilets flushing around us. We could hear during the night. Good, but loud.Thank You.

Everything Was great, the staff was awesome. The rooms were clean.the pool was great,and best of all the food from the breakfast buffet was great... :)

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. The staff were courteous and professional, the food was very good, the pool was enjoyable and the rooms clean. We will stay there the next time we travel to the Boston area.

Very good location and a fresh and modern interior design, hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, clean and comfortable beds and bathroom had good quality supply of toiletries, microwave, flat screen tv and refrigerator are a much-welcomed plus for the room. Free shuttle bus, free coffee and fruits in the morning at the lobby for all guests made us feel so pampered. Me and my friends highly recommend this hotel! We are definitely going back!

A howling noise in the hallway. We had to block the bottom of the door to make the sound go away. Conveniently located. The staff was extremely friendly and eager to please. The breakfast was excellent and well worth the extra

Booked at this Hilton Garden Inn several times now and for good reason - it's always reliable from ease of checking in and friendly helpful staff to the room ammendities like laundry room and microwave in the room and it's in-hotel dining food to excellent daily turndown to the moment of efficient checkout. I've stayed at Hiltons in NJ and in NYC as well - with equal top-notch helpful friendly service, and most importantly I know that I can DEPEND on a Hilton no matter where I'm travelling or for where it's for work or pleasure! Seriously.

Our stay was great. Despite adverse conditions (28 inches of snow) the staff we're very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

This was a nice place to stay, will stay again if I am in the area. Our waitress\bartender did a great job even though the registers were down and she was the only server Saturday night. She is an asset to the business for sure.

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel is starting to look a little tired. Smoky smell in the hall but room was fine. Absolutely loved the breakfast buffet

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and location seemed good and was quiet. The breakfast buffet was really good. The gym could be a bit larger with more equipment and the pool was a little chilly at first. But overall, very pleased.

Was quite surprised at how lovely this inn was since it only had a 3-star rating. I thought it was great! (could use a little more water pressure in the shower, though). Would definitely stay @ a Hilton Garden Inn again if they are all this nice.

My husband and I checked into the hotel for our 15th wedding anniversary after attending a wedding. We weren't in the room 20 minutes, when in the middle of changing our clothes, a male cleaning person walked right into our room! He didn't knock or announce that he was coming in! My husband asked him to leave since we were undressed and he just kept pushing his way into our room! I called the front desk immediately and told them what had happened. They apologized, said that shouldn't have happened and that the cleaner had lost his cell phone. I was extremely upset on the phone, felt unsafe. NO ONE ever called to check on us, offer us an apology from a manager or even offer us a bottle of water for our trouble. I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone.

we had a storm enabled vacation at this local hotel - it was fabulous - the room was in great shape, the food at the restaurant was so good we decided to implement a once a quarter breakfast before school tradition!! thanks a million for a great stay

Everything was great, except that we had problems finding the hotel.Our fault, not yours.The only complaint we had was the breakfast buffet. The waiters and cook were not very friendly, the food in the "supposedly hot pans" was cold, the bacon cooked much too crispy. We would give it a 5 if asked.

Very convenient and friendly staff doing their best to accomaodate all your needs ! What needs to be improved is the quality of the food and the restaurant ! Breakfast is just OK.....

We visit the Boston area twice a year and try to stay here if possible. Burlington is suburbia, but convenient to the city. On this trip, we left a pair of shoes behind, which were recovered and sent to us. Thanks!

Nice stay for the price. Right next to the Burlington Mall

Excellent breakfast included. Clean quiet room. One nit: there is no vent fan in bathroom so one hot shower fogs the mirror.

Loved our stay....location is great. Very close to a Mall with lots of stores and Dunkin Donuts. Close to hwy...20 to Boston. Friendly staff...clean hotel. Would stay again.
