Tower Hotel & Leisure Centre - ווטרפורד

the wetaher was stormy and raining, couldnt sleep as there was a roof outside bedroom on third floor and the rain kept dripping down onto it sounded like from a broken eave shoot, other than that our stay was great, but we lost sleep.

We were very happy with our visit to Waterford and the Tower Hotel. Room, staff and facilities were A1. Happy to recommend to others.

lovely hotel in waterford right on the river. Lovely breakfast.

We were initially given a smelly, run down room featuring a shower with no pressure but were moved upon our request. Our new room was much better, overlooking the port, was bigger and modernised with visible wear and tear. As long as you a room like the ones advertised in the online photos this is a good stay. Buffet is ok.

Hotel was ideally located, Staff were exceptionally pleasent and helpful. Swimming pool was an added bonus. Great food. Only downside was some guests remained in hallways for hours after a wedding function and made it impossible to sleep.

This hotel was great - the only bad thing was there was cigarette smoke somehow getting into our room on the 3rd floor so that was a bit miserable. The room itself was much larger than I was expecting and plenty of great amentities that unfortunately we didn't have time to use, but it is practically next door to the Waterford crystal factory which was our destination, so it was perfect!

Relatively comfortable hotel in the city centre. Difficult to get parking as the car park was full when we arrived, eventually did but was a little hassle! Very welcoming reception team, who helped us out a lot. However, our main issue was noise at night. We had requested a quiet room, and although there was no wedding there was no stop chatter in the corridoor outside our room... The stairs and lifts were just outside our door.... Had terrible night sleep...;-(

great hotel 3rd visit. Excellent dinner in bistro. Breakfast ok. Room on last visit excellent. Reception efficient and welcoming. Easy walk into centre. Already booked next stay.

Location excellent, staff v friendly, room was clean and comfortable, complimentary water, tea and biscuits which was a very nice effect, never stayed in a 3 star hotel before and this one was def enjoyable, excellent leisure centre and pool

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the service was outstanding. Having the pool was an added bonus at the end of the day, as was the massage. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending this hotel to future visitors.

The bathroom was falling apart... Water leaked all over the floor when one takes a shower.

I have stayed in several hotels in Waterford and don't think I could stay in the tower hotel again. The location is good but the rooms are badly in need of updating. The bed and pillows were rock hard. My neck was sore from the pillow. The constant drone of fans outside the window was annoying. The floor boards were creaky inside and outside the room. People walking outside the room kept waking us with the creaky floor boards. The room overall was the most outdated I've stayed in in years and by far the poorest. I was very disappointed overall.

The hotel is conveniently located on the Mall in Waterford. The breakfast was ok, but the hotel was quite dirty - sheets were clean but stained, towels were not even clean. Our room was just beside the lift and the noise was maddening. The room was too hot and the only window opened onto massive air vents. Also, the room was handicapped accessible (meaning there was no tub and special amenities in the bathroom) - great if you need it, not if you want to relax comfortably in there.

great hotel....would stay again..and recommend....
