We stayed here for our last night in Vienna and did not like it at all. The location is close to a Ubahn but we found it far out from the city centre still. The room was small. The staff we nice and did help us get an airport taxi for the next morning which was great. Overall though if you are looking to vacation in Vienna pick another hotel as this one falls short.

This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at while in Europe. Location was amazing in reference to the U-bahn and the Prater was just a couple blocks walk. Staff was friendly, and rooms were sizeable and clean with free wi-fi. The only downside is the parking garage is 18 Euro a night.

This was a great location. Minutes walk to the subway. Nice hotel with free wifi. Would stay there again.

Best place to stay when at the Messe conference centre. Very modern and clean with a lovely breakfast and helpful staff.

Not a 3 star - very institutional design, like a motel 6; no amenities, no room service, no dining room and few, poor restaurants in area. far from vienna but closrê to convention center - but vienna has such good transport, next time I will find a good hotel in a nice area and forget this one. Not a nonsmoking room , smelled strongly of smoke (ashtray was provided) and I had an asthma attack.

I enjoyed my stay. very clean and excellent breakfast to start the day- I would return without hesitation

We were there for a school event taking place in Prater Park which is the distance of a football field away from the hotel. The rooms are spare and efficient: the desktop folds up to reveal shelving below etc. Shiny chrome furniture is bolted to the walls on floor landing. Very comfortable bed, AC works, free internet via cable in rooms. Lobby bar is fully stocked although a recipe book is used to make any cocktails. We were there to sleep between events so it was perfect.

Pros: Place was decent, rooms were clean and mine was a good size, great breakfast. Cons: No wireless in the rooms (needed to go to the main area), restaurant only open for breakfast, limited bar food. One side of the area was the theme park - lots of hookers on the street within 50m of the hotel entrance. Other side was fine and very convenient for the Messe Conference center.

Good hotel. Big room for Europe. In the US/Canada rooms are much bigger. We had a triple room and it was reasonable. Very clean. Breakfast is not included and is ureasonably expansive if you want to buy. Staff at the front desk was not very helpful.

This is a great hotel if you are visiting Vienna. It is in a nice neigborhood and there is a metro station nearby. Nice hotel staff, very clean rooms, good breakfast, good price!

I booked this stay in conjunction with a plane ticket as the booking agent online sort of forced a hotel on us with the purchase of the plane ticket. To be honest if I had not paid in advance, I would have cancelled my reservation and gone somewhere else. This hotel is located on the outskirts of town in an area that is pretty much solely for the expo center. The hotel itself is OK,but nothing I would have deliberately booked. I've stayed in much nicer places for alot less in the past. The hotel is not far off the metro line but the metro line it does use requires you to transfer if you want to reach the center of Vienna. So its not a direct trip by any means. In the lobby are repeated warnings about the possibility of having your things stolen, and to use the safe,etc. Breakfast was a steep 15 euro per person,so we did not take the breakfast. Internet was supposed to be included in the room and when I asked about it, I was told there were no cables available. The next morning when I asked again the staff actually CHECKED for a cable and I was able to get one. The room was very cheaply decorated,toiletries also of a cheap nature. There was at least a separately controlled heating system and we were able to keep the room warm comfortably. The toilet had only half a roll of toilet paper when we checked in and nearly ran out as it was single ply,rough sand paper type....Overall the stay here did nothing to enhance my visit to Vienna and I found it sterile, uninviting and really just..MEH. It was not terrible...it was not filthy or anything like that just...OK. All the warning signs about having your stuff stolen and its location made you feel like it was in a dodgy part of town and the fact that they could not be bothered to give you an internet cable with your room just felt CHEAP. I really would only stay here if I was coming to VIenna for a business conference at the Messe/Expo center...in that sense, its right next door. I'm honestly quite disappointed with the boo

Larmende fra nattetrafik til alle Wiens letlevende damer lige udenfor hotellet. Overfyldt turisthotel, ringe morgenmad ... virkelig skidt oplevelse

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Wien ist es völlig in Ordnung. Die U-Bahn-Station ist gleich um die Ecke, zum Prater sind es weniger als 5min und zur Donau ist es ein kleiner Spaziergang. Selbst die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist freundlich, sauber war es auch. WLan ist vorhanden. Die gastronomischen Qualitäten haben wir nicht getestet.

Hotel ist mit gut zu bewerten, Sauberkeit ist sehr gut, besonders hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage am Prater und der Messe mit sehr guter U-Bahn Anbindung.

Rent, bra service och nära till tunnelbana. Ca 15 minuter till VIC eller 30-40 min promenad. Det enda jag kan klaga på är frukost, 15€ per dag kändes väl mycket. Det finns däremot trevliga bagerier i hela Wien som har öppet tidigt och erbjuder väldigt goda alternativ.

Personal bemötte oss illa när vi hade frågor kring betalningen och gick till någon form av attack istället för att informera på ett trevligt sätt. Prostitution precis utanför hotellets dörrar. Ligger utanför det centrala wien, men man kom in till centrum med t-bana på ca 15 min. Välstade och fräscha rum. Alldeles för dyr frukost enligt vår mening. Mycket billigare att äta på stan.

Neues modernes und sauberes Business-Hotel. U-Bahn Station direkt gegen über. Kein Lärm-Problem während den 2 Tagen Aufenthalt obwohl unser Zimmer auf die Baustelle blickte. Free Wifi funktionierte einwandfrei. Werden wieder buchen.

Checked in with one credit card, but checked out with another.The results was that the hotel CHARGED ME TWICE for the room!!! Not very nice and a lot of hassle. Luckily, I discovered the error...

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Messe und den Prater.

schon bei alten Hotels ist Schimmel in Dusche abstoßend, doch dass hier bei einem gerade erst erbauten Hotel die Fliesen- und Silkonfugen in den Duschen bereits Schimmel aufweisen ist nicht akzeptabel. Hier trifft aber sicher nicht das Zimmermädchen die Schuld. Das Hotel Management sollte hier schleunigst was unternehmen, wie sieht dieses Hotel sonst in ein paar Jahren aus. Sauberkeit und Hygiena ist doch das Mindeste was ich bei einem Hotelzimmer erwarten kann. Und noch was: Die Organisation im Frühstücksraum ist ebenfalls eine Katastrophe, ich war dann auch wo anders Frühstücken. Die Anordnung des Buffets ist sehr kompliziert, für´s heiße Teewasser muss das Hotelpersonal mit kochend heißem Wasser zwischen den Leuten durch, um dann beim Teespender nachfüllen zu können. Nicht auszumalen was los ist, wenn die bei so einer Aktion mal stolpert und sich das heiße Wasser evtl. über einen Gast ergießt.

l'hotel si trova in ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro sia in metro che in auto. Dai piani alti si gode di bellissimo panorama sul Prater.

Wir haben am Vorabend der Ankunft das Hotel gebucht. Beim einchecken gab es keinerlei Probleme. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Dieses Hotel kann man mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

Hotel con habitaciones muy amplias, servicio excelente, todo limpio y cómodo. Hay una estación de metro al lado y estás a cinco minutos de metro del centro. Y a 2 minutos a pie del parque de atracciones del Prater, con la famosa noria.

Fiquei muito satisfeito com o Hotel. O cafe da manha e muito bom, os funcionarios sao super prestativos, seguranca e limpeza nota 10. Apesar do hotel nao ser no centro, o metro fica ha poucos metros e e muito facil de utilizar, entao nao houve quaisquer inconveniencia na localizacao. Eu recomendo o hotel com certeza.

Hotellets kvalité, service och prisvärdhet var mycket bra. Bra frukost och mycket trevlig frukostpersonal. Enda nackdelen var nattetid när man skulle gå hem från centrum då hela kvarteret runt hotellet vimlade av prostituerade.

Gut bis sehr Gut -einzig die Konstruktion der Duschtüre. Man hat jedesmal eine Überschwemmung, auch bei geschlossener Türe. Aber Preis- Leisung ist sehr gut.

Ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente, Lage unmittelbar am Prater, dank Schallschutzfenster keinerlei Lärmbelästigungen
