Best Western Garden Inn - סן אנטוניו

We had such great service there. Very personalized. Nice hotel, 30 minutes from Lackland Air Force Base though.

Hotel was difficult to locate even with a GPS.

Hotel was very nice and convenient, the only drawback was the water pressure in the shower was very slow.

Great Place, near to San Marcos, bad news they sometimes forget to clean you room!

This hotel was so friendly and clean. The staff was wonderful

Hot tub not available in winter - bed was hard and not comfortable-morning staff was rude including the janitor that banged on the door at 10am reminding checkout was at 11am

The manager on duty was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. For the $ it was a great deal. The ONLY gripe I would have is that the a/c was not turned on for me and it took about 30 mins to cool the room down, other than that no complaints and I will definitely be staying there again.

We only stayed one night in route to the airport which is only ten minutes away. The room was very comfortable with all the necessary amenities.

We stayed here two nights while our motorcoach was being worked on across IH-35. Staff is wonderful, cheerful and helpful. Rooms are clean, bedding and towels crispy clean AC worked perfectly and dis not kick on and off as some window units do. Breakfast was added bonus, well above the usual continental fare. Pool is immaculate We were very happy with our stay here and will stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing was we never really got a hot shower and the remote for the t.v. did not work. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast, overall it was a pretty good stay.

Tub leaked so bad it went to the 1st floor a/c heat did not work. The tv would shut off randomly they gave us the room next door to take showers the drain plug did not work so you had to stand in water the tv in the 2nd room had no remote the a/c worked so we opened the door so we could heat our room. And they wouldn't give us our Best Western points becouse we booked with third party Rooms were clean and the night staff was friendly.

Room was clean and neat; maid service was very good. Plug for hair dryer did not work. Bathroom had needed some things fixed. Location was quiet; hotel staff were very plesant.

Overall very satisfied. The one down side was the breakfast, not much different from any other continental breakfast, low end.

Plenty of parking, well lit. Rooms very clean and property maintained very well. Good value! Downsides: continental breakfast very poor, no WiFi. Patch cables were provided, but still could not hook up to internet. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

After spending the night, the next morning we found that our car had been broken into. Car window was broken and we lost @ $2000 in merchandise. The motel security cameras are worthless. Only ONE camera was recording and it is a sorry video that cannot be used. The cameras appear to be only keeping track of the grounds keeper location. Theft occurred at 3:30am. No one monitors the grounds after hours. Stay at your own risk!!

Most Best Westerns are pretty good, but this one drops the ball. The carpets in the room are old and filthy. Everything is extremely old and outdated - old television, old bathtub/showerheard, the toilet had trouble flushing, the bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine when the light was turned on. The bed felt like a wooden box with a sheet on it. The price of $55.00 should have told me not all Best Westerns are created equal. You'll save money here, but you're NOT getting a deal.

We came to San Antonio to go to Schlittterbahn and Fiesta Texas, and this hotel was equally distanced between the two. It was also only about 15 minutes away from downtown. Overall its a clean, comfortable hotel. The breakfast did not have a huge variety, but the waffles were really good.

Upon arriving early (2 hours), we were allowed to check in. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy on and off access to freeway. Great stay!

room ok pool clean, no ice, close to Natural Bridge and Denny's

EL primer dia me parecio inseguro, tener la habitacion con puerta al patio de parqueo, y por la notas de seguridad que te recomiendan en la guia de Best Western que esta en la habitación. Pero en realidad resulto ser un sitio muy seguro sin molestias y confortable, por el precio es muy buena opcion. Estube 4 dias sin ninguna novedad.

Booked the hotel due to its location. Service was excellent, and the only bad thing was that I could only stay there for 3 days :-).Rates are high, and WiFi and breakfast are not included, but that is typical for hotels in this class in the US.

La alfombra estaba muy sucia al igual los sillones, la cama limpia aceptable, la alberca muy limpia aceptable, el desayuno un verdadero desastre, solo un dia de los tres que me quede, habia huevo....los demas pan, jugo y nada mas....no lo recomiendo.
