Good size room. Friendly staff. Free breakfast was just coffee and bread. I will stay again if in the area.

We were checking in late on Saturday 5/25/2013. I had to beat on the door and glass for several minutes to wake the night clerk who was asleep in the lobby. It took him several minutes to figure out if we had a room.( it was prepaid) When we got to the room, it had not been cleaned, the bed was unmade and there were pizza boxes on the table. I had to reawake the clerk. He finally found us another room. It was ok except the bath linens were in short supply. Our second night, we still needed bath linens. We will not stay there again, when we visit family there.

From the price, we weren't expecting to stay in a luxury hotel. However, this hotel didn't even hold up against low standards. The advertised "Free Breakfast" was 2 prepackaged pastries and a coffee maker. And that wasn't per person or room, that was for the ENTIRE hotel. Our room was under stocked when we arrived. When my wife asked the front desk for extra towels, they gave her bath mats. Not once, but TWO consecutive nights. Also, the towels were stained. The Wifi was constantly disconnecting and the walls were paper thin. We'd booked a reservation for 2 nights and our room was untouched between nights. If we hadn't prepaid for the room, we wouldn't have even checked in and just found another hotel that actually had what it advertised. The price is alluring but don't be fooled like we were.

Nice place for the price, lovely neighborhood in Martinez immediately off the freeway. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The room was decent and the wi-fi easy to access. My only complaint is a big one, though--the non-smoking room, with a non-smoking sign on it, stank horribly of stale cigarette smoke--I mean, really, really bad.

Very nice accommodation at a very reasonable price. Front desk staff was very polite. Maid service very professional.

We booked last minute as we were on the road. Check-in was easy but the person at the desk may have well been a vending machine. I think she had a pulse? Hmmm

the staff, although twice tried to tell me it was time to check out after i had already paid for another day. they were very pleasant. knowing they had been mistaken. i never got close to having to dispute it i just said paid already they did not question i would follow up and they had it straight with a thumbs up. love me some thumbs up,with a smile. okay however cleaning in a more detailing manner would serve the place well. the most unpleasant was my fellow guests kind of like small town folk not takin with the smilin blond dude. i would stay again the price stayed the same on the weekend as well a nice change to what i was expecting. the man who seemed to hold the most power among the staff made me feel i would be missed when left inviting me back with truth to his words calling me friend with a smile not of force. i am smiling now. yes the staff is the main +. DJL.

their pool and spe were not working the rooms were dirty totally un satisfy with this hotel

It was what was advertised. I would stay there again. It was very quiet even though it is located on a main street.

Good value for the price. All I need is a bed, a TV and a shower.

I will never stay here again! Very concerned about the battering ram marks on the door. Breakfast was nothing like expected, it consist of a single danish (to share with multiple people) and coffee. Internet they promised to have wasn't working. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Too many concerns.

The hotel was adequate. The room amenities could use some improvement..

Nothing fancy, but good value for the money

I Paid For Two Adults And The Front Desk Wouldn't Allow Me To ADd The Second Name And Had A Problem Issuing Two Keys.This My First And Last Stay

People that were at the front desk were rude.. When we got there we made reservations through thier website and they said that we needed the card we used to make the reservation. We used a cooperate account from Lowes because we were there for a meeting and they would not let us check in. For over an hour they told us that we had to get paperwork faxed over that we could use the card. Then they finally told is that if we were to just re reserve the room at hotels.com it would be ok... This was over an hour and a half later. We used hotels.com and had our rooms in less then 10 mins.... I have never had this horrible of device anywhere!! My co workers and I were VERY disappointed.

We will never stay ther again. The service is lacking when checking out no Thank you , how was your stay, nothing I had to ask for a recipt. The mattress the bottom one looked like they pulled it out of a grabage can gross. Where is the hotel health inspector he really needs to go visit this one but you get what you pay for. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY THERE.

The front staff was very rude, everything seamed to be a bother. The bed was very uncomfortable, pillows like a rag. The shower curtain was broken, and could not be closed. The toilet backed up and when we called the office, Oh when the maid gets here, we will have her look at it. 2 hours later! We stay at places like Motel 6 or Super 8, so we don't expect things to be perfect, just Right.

You can't beat the location.Lot's of restaurant's and my bank was only one block from the room..Manager Sam and his staff are friendly and accommodating.My room was always cleaned and bed made when I returned in evening.I was very pleased and had a peaceful and comfortable stay.
