AMERICAS BEST VALUE INN - דלאנו

The hotel has a friendly atmosphere in the lobby. Desk clerks have been polite and professional. Hallways are usually quiet and clean. Room has a very comfortable ambiance. The mattress has a firm supportive mattress. Only suggestion I would make is to change the shower head. You don't get as much water pressure as one may like, but still able to take a reasonable shower. Just takes longer to rinse off.

TV remote did not work. Some unpatched holes in the walls. Windows and mirror not cleaned. Refridgerator was not cold, even though it was plugged in. Continental breakfast was good. When I called the front desk 3 times there was no answer.

I stayed for two days to visit friends in the area, I was satisfied with the price I paid but I was not satisfied with the room condition. There were three lamps in our room and only one worked, So at night time my room was pretty dark, I informed the cleaning personal they changed the bulbs and it still didn't work. So I am imagining it was faulty lamps. Also the TV only got about 10 channels it wasn't very entertaining. Also the pillows were a bit flat so I asked for extra pillows and the cleaning lady brought me the pillows she was super fast and nice about it :)

Good place to stay over night. A little rundown

This Hotel/Inn was the least expensive with in walking distance of 3 other Hotels in the area. We have stayed at all of these 4 properties. The difference between all these properties is that some are newer than others. This property is one of the older ones and it’s not perfect, it’s a small property, and clean, the front desk staff was very friendly at all times of hours. Our room came with a continental breakfast “our kids loved it” nothing fancy cereal, milk, coffee, juice, toast, muffins, and Danish. P.S. I hope this helps....

the staff and stay were both acceptable. it was conveniently located ... the room was clean, although the request was for a non-smoking room it wasn't to bad!!
