The hotel was clean, beds and bath acceptable. Pool clean and well attended. The flying bugs all around the pool were such a nuisance they almost made the pool unbearable. These bugs were at all of the all star resorts as we stayed at two while there. They didn't bite but were bothersome. I hope that next time I visit for the cheer competition they will have zapped the bugs! Otherwise the place was great for the price.

Disney caters to those who stay in their hotels. Very good bus service to airport and theme parks. The only down side is the rooms are small.

Friendly staff, great pool, easy access to Disney Parks. Rooms are o.k. Refrigerator is nice, could use a coffee maker or microwave.

They really bend over backward to make sure your stay goes right. The location is great if you are planning to spend all your time on Disney properties because they have free buses that go between them all. Not such a good location for doing other things. The food was passable at best. They have only a food court with burgers and pizza. Great of you are with kids but plan to get good sit-down meals elsewhere. The rooms are nothing fancy but they are fine for sleeping.

Great price! Excellent hotel for the kids. They have a lot of activities for the kids @ the pool area. Transportation to the parks is very fast.

Courteous Guest Services and prompt check-in. Room was clean and even had towel animals in the window! Restaurant on property was quite good, plentiful variety & reasonably priced for quantity. And, of course, it's Disney - yipee!

This time we decided to save money and not stay in a "Preferred" room which was very nice and quiet - but quite a hike from the lobby/transportation. Always enjoy staying at the All-Star Music Resort.

Other than our a/c and refridgerator not working well, everything was good. The bed was comfy and even though there was a marching band and a choir (aka a bunch of teenagers) staying in the same building, we didn't hear much of them. The food was edible, and the cookies are addicting, so be careful! Best cookies I've ever had. The shuttle services were great after my husband had to drive back home and it was just me and my 16 month old for two days. The staff was great and very helpful. The pools were heated and really neat. The shuttle service to the airport was extremely nice and the driver, Javier P., was very kind and very helpful. Overall, everything was great!

The hotel staff was fairly nice except the gentleman who checked me in. He just wanted to get me checked in fast because there was a line and didn't even direct me to my room, even when I asked. He set my room key for charging without asking and then told me he saw I was booked for another disney resort later in the week. He said the other resort was awful and I should rebook at this resort. The room was clean and decent. Nothing fancy!

I love anything to do with Disney- they just know how to do it right. This very well priced hotel was lively, fun and had everything we needed to make even an overnight stay very nice.

We love the Disney hotels. It's great to have free parking/ transportation to the parks. Staff is so professional. It's a mistake to stay in any other hotel while visiting Disney.

This was my first trip to disney without kids decided to stay on site and will continue to do so from now on .. once we checked in we didnt use our car again until checkout ..buses running every 20 min from different sites although a little pricey for onsite food convience of the hotel and buses made it worth it !

Beds were a little small, otherwise nice family hotel.

Just stayed the night here as to avoid travelling back to universal area late at night - nice clean - good value accommodation. Frequent buses to theme parks. Pool area well maintained & very clean. Food court on site expensive - cost me 8 dollars for 2 soft drinks - refillable cups might be better for longer stays. £ 67 per night great rate for what we got .

I really and trully enjoyed myself over there, there was so much to see and do that I ran out of time to do all of it, but next time I stay longer. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one.

inexpensive .hotel on disney property, very clean. pool was warm as we stayed on a cool day in march. breakfast was average price for amount of food. we loved the mickey waffles. will definitely stay again. the only thing that didn't work out was our booked room request. I booked a king bed and was given two double beds, which was difficult for me to sleep due to my disability but bed was comfortable. when i called front desk I was told i should of booked directly with disney resevations and there were no king beds available. It just seemed disney hotel did not really care if i was happy or not!

The amenities are great the rooms aren't great they are very simple just like any other cheap hotel. Not exactly what I expected.

The room was in the farthest building from the bus locations, I ended up driving my car around to front of hotel each time I needed to use the transportation. The rooms were very noisy, you can hear TVs, toilets, showers etc ffrom your neighbors. It was a very busy week and rhe hotels were packed so this did contribute to the problems. Otherwise you can't beat the lccation.

Had never stayed at a Disney "value" resort and was a little hesitant on what to expect, as they had been described as 'Motel-like." I was very impressed. We stayed in the family suite, with a bedroom, pull-out couch (which was very comfortable!), pull-out chair, and pull-out ottoman, so everyone had their own bed. There was a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (a toaster would have been nice). We had breakfast and lunch (sandwiches) in our room and saved a bundle. There is only a small table for two; a bigger table to eat at would also be nice. There were two wonderful pools with events going on around them in the afternoon for the kids. Did not eat at the food court. Same great Disney service as at the more expensive resorts.

The stay was great for my vacation with my son who is 4 but if it was a family of 4, there wouldn't have been enough space to sneeze in. The room was clean, in terms of towels and bathroom but the carpet could have been cleaned. The room we were in was a king sized bed and literally, when you walk in, it was the bed then a little table with 2 chairs and then there was the sink area with a pull curtain to separate that from the bedroom ... pool was nice and clean and the staff was great.

good hotel. everything was a bit expensive but I guess when you are going in vacation you can afford to pay 2-3 times price for any regular meal/drink....other then that ..all good

For the location of this hotel--if you don't have a car, it is not very convient for visit Orlando.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was great wish we could have stayedd longer!!!

This Disney resort hotel definitely needs to be updated.

It was perfect for my husband and I or any family at Disney that only wanted to sleep. The pool was nice and clean and had a great family atmosphere. Transportation to and from was a little slow, but better than having to drive all the time and park at WDW. Would stay there again. Room was cleaned every day. Concierge and other cast members were very helpful and nice. Food court was great when we wanted to eat outside the park but not drive off property. Did not use arcade but seemed to be fun for kids.

This hotel was perfect for what we were looking for. A reasonable hotel on Disney property!!!

Room was clean, but frustrating stay. After a long day at Disney, when you check in at the desk, you'd think they might tell you there are TWO building 7s on the property. We only found out when we were in the elevator with 2 sleeping kids and all our luggage that we were in the the wrong building 7!! Property is big, would not be handy to get from registration to rooms or from room to shuttle buses without your own car. Room was clean, but a little small and we wouldn't plan to stay again. Also, road signage did not make it easy to find the resort from Disney property which was surprising.

We love the All Star resorts. The free Disney Transportation is very convenient for traveling around Disney World properties. The food court has a great variety of freshly made items and the hours are very convenient for getting to the parks early in the morning, coming back to the hotel for lunch, or late night snacks. The gift shop has great options for souvenirs and snacks. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back again soon.

All Star Music was just what we needed for our 2-day trip to Disney. Room was clean and ready when we checked in around noon. Bus service to the parks was great and we had plenty of room on the buses and didn't have to wait too long for a bus to arrive at the stops. Would stay here again especially with the good price we got from Hotels.com!

I love staying at a Disney hotel. It is fun, convenient and close to everything Disney.

The hotel was basic, but nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice having the buses to transport over to the parks. Be prepared to pack into the buses and brace yourself with stops, but easy to deal with when you are saving $15 in parking fees.

I would recommend this Disney resort to any one !!

I stayed here for 6 nights with my boyfriend at the end of February 2013. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The maids were great as well as the front desk. For a value resort, the scenery and outside maintenance was great. Inside the room, the curtains were partly broken which I pinned together with my hair pins to make sure we had full privacy to undress. The beds were uncomfortable. Other than that the room was nice for the price. Very clean bathroom. The mini fridge in the room was very handy. Since we went on the off season, we didn't have any problems with noise.
