As usual. Disney lives up to their reputation of service,efficiency,etc.

I have stayed in many of the disney hotels and have never had a problem with any of them. I can't say enough about the staff. They are always helpful and friendly. Disney hotels are clean and well maintained. The pool at this hotel was very nice.

This is a good hotel to use when visiting Disney parks with kids. My granddaughter loved it. The only negative is not having a coffee maker in the room which I read about in advance.

The shuttle service to and from the airport and to Disney parks was great, very convenient. Very good place for families, but if you are not on a family vacation with children I would recommend staying somewhere like the Coronado Springs Resort, as the Allstar Resort is very catered to children. Great service, the staff at the front desk can help you with your flight check-ins and purchases of park tickets. The cafeteria food is quite good and has a pretty good variety of food, although you will need to go elsewhere if you are looking for a nice restaurant with table service.

The shower was not clean upon arrival. I did clean it and then noticed it was not cleaned the second day, so I complained and had a spotless room for one day. Then, same old thing. I was not impressed at all with the concierge services either. We wanted some guidance on things to do and they just were not helpful. Plan in advance and do not count on them to be helpful (they pretty much are just there to take your money for the things you have planned to do). I do have to say that management seemed to care about my issues, but as I said, nothing really changed for more than a day. This could be a great place, yes, considered a value resort, but it was still 186 a night and that is not "cheap," so it should be clean and the staff should be more attentive to the customers.

huge toy story characters were great

very fun stay. very close to all Disney parks and downtown Disney as well. Lots of stuff to explore and check out on the Hotel grounds. we stayed in the Dalmatians building, were there are Two HUGE statues of Purdy and Pongo from 101 Dalmatians. Lots of great picture opportunities. There are also two pools and the dining area stays open late, the hotel info says they close at midnight, but we went down there later than midnight a few times and they were still open.

Rooms are small.

It was very nice. However, I ordered a King size bed and a "preferred room" but received neither.

I stayed for 3 nights along with my wife and 4 year old son, we thorougly enjoyed the stay. Disney resorts provide complimentary shuttle(magical express) from Orlando airport to the resort which is nice, well the catch is when you book through Hotels.com, you have to call Disney magical express separately and confirm it(they ask for the reservation number and you may not have it, since you only have the Hotels.com confirmation number, you have to call Hotels.com customer service and get the reservation number). Apart from this minor inconvenience, the stay as such was great. There is a food court in the resort, 2 swimming pools and shuttles to disney parks. We asked for bed rails for my 4 year old and they provided that asap. we will definitely stay here again...Thanks Hotels.com

Hotel very easy to find, using Disney bus system was great, convenient and easy to get to various places on resort. Beds were clean but bathroom shower liner could use attention

If you want to live at Disney's resort under $100, it is a choose. They have 10 different story buildings - Pixar's Toy Story, Fantasia, The Love Bug, The Mighty Ducks and One Hundred, One Dalmatians...etc......

For the price and location, along with the bus service, we were happy. It has been updated since our last visit and was much nicer. We did have to walk to buy a coffee in the morning but otherwise the kids loved the pool area and the Disney experience . I think if Disney continues to maintain their properties, we will continue to bring the kids!

The Disney All-Star Movies Resort was perfect for our two day stay! Check-in was a breeze since I had done online check-in, and my 2 year old was thrilled with the balloon she received and with the cast members calling her princess! Our room and grounds were very clean, and our room was plenty big for our family of 3. The room comes standard with a mini fridge and iron that hotels.com said was on-request. We took our own milk, drinks, and cereal to cut down on breakfast costs. We could hear some noise from other rooms like showers and toilets flushing, but it wasn't overly annoying. We didn't eat at the food court, so I can't comment on the food, but it was a big area. The grounds were very nice and the character statues were fun for my daughter. The pool areas were nice also. The hotel was very close to Disney park entrances and McDonalds was just outside the hotel gate. Overall we loved our short stay and would stay here again.

The resort was great but would like room a little closer to the dining hall.. Otherwise a very good choice.

We have no complaints about All-Star Movies Resort. The bus service was reliable and plentiful. The service was spectacular and very friendly. We were there over Christmas and could not have had a better time. I found no issue with crowds, cleanliness of the resort, or anything else that people have complained about. We were at Disney to enjoy the parks, not hang out at the hotel.

Disney's All-Star Resort is a good hotel for those who want Disney service at a budget price. Room was small, but good enough for the amount of time we actually stayed in the room. I liked the themes of the different buildings, and the Disney service is exemplary. Next time, we'll upgrade to a fancier Disney hotel. Oh,and the pools were good, too.

Other than some minor housekeeping issues such as cups and ice bag and some communication problems as most do not speak English, the room and site was great.

The room was small and the bathtub walls had a little bit of mold. To have been in a Disney hotel, the experience was not so "magical". The food court staff was rude and the front desk staff appeared tired and grumpy!

Considering price, this hotel is perfect, especially for family vacation with little kids.

The room was clean, plenty of room for a family, transportation to the parks, food court had good food at reasonable prices. Activities for the kids, etc

enjoyed the clean rooms. pool is open until mid-night though it was not heated in October and temperatures were mid 60s to 70s. lifeguards on duty. crowded caffeteria but food prices were reasonable. bought a disney mug for unlimited refills. arcade was nice and got tickets to win prizes. extra amenities were character artist and hair artist(yarn with beads) available nightly.

Very nice hotel. Close to downtown Disney. The room was clean. Friendly people and the hotel is pretty.

This hotel is great for a DIsney experience on a budget. My kids loved it. I enjoyed the transportation to the parks and the free paring included both at the hotel and at the Disney parks. However, there was no WiFi. Also, I requested a later check out and my request was denied. This has never happened to me at any other hotel. The food selection was limited. Some frayed carpet in my room. Housekeeping began knocking at our door at 8AM- so be sure to use the "Do Not Disturb" sign if you want to sleep in. Basically, it is as great hotel if you want to stay on the Disney property, but I have paid less for much more at other Orlando hotels.

It was relaxing we felt very safe. When we had maintenance problems they were immediately addressed.

It was fine

The beds are truly awful, but for the price and conveniences, it's well worth a little discomfort. We were down for a Disney race, and I expected the shuttle services to be a madhouse out of the All Stars like it is with the parks, but I was surprised to discover it was quick and easy. I feel good about staying here for another Run Disney event.
