Very convenient to get in and out. Shuttle to festival right across the street,

I was very impressed with the hotel. The grounds are colorful; the lobby, welcoming; and the room was a retreat. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was just what I needed before the day out: thank you to the wonderful chef for perfect omelets. In the evening coffee and a cookie was waiting.

Hotel was clean,quiet, and conveniently located to the Cajun Dome. The only negative was that there was no free Wi-Fi only an Ethernet connection:( I would definitely stay again and bring my PC instead of iPad.

I went to Lafayette to visit my son at College. I was very pleased with Customer service , Room was very clean , Breakfast was excellent . I will go back to Hilton and that will be my Hotel we stay for the weekend .

I enjoyed my stay here! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was within 3 blocks of my destination, so that was great. The hot tub was warm, and the elliptical smooth. To top it off, the bed was unbelievably comfortable! I WILL stay there again the next time I am in Lafayette!

We booked this hotel as part of a road trip solely on the fact that we were going to an event at the Cajundome and this is the only place to stay within at least a mile radius that we could find. It seems the Cajundome is the primary reason for this hotel's existence and this is the first time I've stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn, and it's definitely of a bit of a lower quality than previous Hilton's I've stayed at, yet still good. The hotel is in good condition with good, clean, spacious rooms and very comfortable, big beds. The swimming room / fitness centre has no shower or changing room which seems a bit odd, and the sauna has been converted to a disabled toilet. Seems lie a bit of an afterthought, but no criticisms elsewhere. Didn't have the breakfast, but had some of the restaurant food and was above average condition.

very nice location and awesome hotel next to the cajun dome and conf center where we had a mardi gras ball. We got the King suite and had plenty of room. The price was right also. breakfast was great.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family & all my friends anytime! I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room where we stayed in. Although I brought my own bed sheets & towels (as usual...) this hotel's bed linens & towels were bright white & spotless! I will definitely stay here again next time...

the lobby area is nice and inviting , rooms are clean and comfy. great deal all the way around !!

Very conveniently located for a Rouse's with lots of prepared food (nicer than the one we have here in New Orleans), and several fast/quick restaurants (e.g., Raising Cane's), directly across from the CajunDome and next to the big hospital. Easy access to interstate off University Ave and to the soccer fields (Moore Park) off University on the other side of I-10. Indoor pool, nice big lobby with conference table on one side, overpriced mediocre food on the other, but if you buy a bottle of wine for $25, they will let the team sit at the tables and eat dinner brought in. Will let you do late checkout (1 pm from noon) if you ask early.

All good except price being jacked up for hurricane evacuees.

I was very impressed with how the hotel was decorated, which was very current and stylish. The room was very clean and modernly decorated. I Loved that the pictures hanging in the room and bathroom were Louisiana photography. It even had a Herman Miller chair at the desk! The staff was helpful and made check-in and check-out very quick and easy. We were there for our son's baseball tournament, and staying there with children was very easy and comfortable.

The bed was uncomfortable and the number comfort system broken. The television repeatedly went off and we had to unplug it to reset it. The business center was over-run with pre-teen girls playing on the internet. Periodically, several of these girls would run down the hall screaming and then slam a door. This continued until 2:00 am, at which time the drunken party started in the parking lot.

When we got the the room to go to bed, our sheets were disgusting. There were blood stains and various other debris left behind. The manager quickly brought us new sheets, but we had to change them ourselves. The staff was sparce. The pillows and bedding is not confortable at all. The rooms need an update. I have stayed there 4 years in a row for the holidays, but I do not think i will return.

I would recommend anyone staying here if they were going to the Cajundome for an concert/event. The price wasnt bad and it was very convenient. The people that worked there were very very sweet! I would come again.

ENJOYED MY STAY - CLEAN, COMFY AND QUIET. CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN AND SURROUNDING ATTRACTIONS!

Nice place, a bit out of the way for downtown. Bar was small and closed at 10 pm? Breakfast was good!

The staff was amazing, very helpful and nice. It was quite pleasant to be in a hotel that the staff was so friendly. I will be back to this hotel next time I am in Laffayette, Louisiana.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. I will be staying here more often.

Even though I only live 40 minutes away, this is a must stay after concerts. Located right across the street from the Cajundome. The suites are huge, everything is clean and I will definitely be staying here again.

Hotel elavator was down for repairs. Very slow Cable went out - not their fault but detracks from the stay. Average location

Hotel was extremely accomodating for our group who had to hang out all day. It was hot outside, and they let us hang out in the lobby. Hotel was clean, beds comfortable, bathrooms clean. no noise.

This was one of the best Hotels I have ever stayed in. Awesome service.

I always seek out and stay at Hilton properties and specifically HGI's. I may have to cross this one off my list. The front desk clerk was not very helpful and seemed to be put off that i reserved and paid for my room through Hotels.com. Even thought i reserved and paid for a standard room, the clerk put me into a hadicap Accessible room. To make it worse, he did not tell me he was putting me into a HA room. I did not find out until I moved all my paperwork, luggage, etc into the room. I had to go back to the front desk to ask why i was placed in a HA room, he admitted they had standard rooms available but would not move me to a new room.
