Fantastic high quality hotel with excellent rooms and a great Spa on site.

The staff were friendly & helpful. The hotel was too far out of town in an unfinished shopping area.

Hotel. Was superb, unfortunately our overnight stay clashed with a large conference, resulting in lobby and dining room overflowing. We could not get dinner due to the overcrowding and noise from delegates. If we had known this function was being held we would have stayed elsewhere. I really feel the hotel should have advised us on arrival and off reed us alternative accommodation. Also the breakfast was very mediocre

Another stopover on our trip down through Spain. Super modern hotel, huge room, excellent facilities, great pool. We chose to eat in Aranjuez in the evening so can't comment on the food apart from the breakfast which was superb and discounted for us. Aranjuez well worth the visit it is a shame that the surroundings of the hotel appear derelict unfinished.

The hotel is conveniently placed reasonably close to the centre of Aranjuez and the fine Royal Palace and also to the main road we use en route to our apartment in the Costa Blanca. The rooms are clean and functional; although those at the front can be noisy if above the main entrance and we always choose to be at the back for that reason. There are good views of the adjoining Golf course and the mountains beyond. On our last visit, the restaurant was closed and meals served in the bar area from a limited menu. The buffet breakfast was acceptable. I cannot understand why there's a charge for Wifi, although it is freely available in the reception area. We have stayed at this hotel more than six times in two years. As I do not play golf, I would find activities limited if I were to stay for more than one night at a time.

Excellent hotel just off the main route south from Madrid. Very good facilities; excellent bedroom except the aircon was not working properly. The hotel restaurant does not open until 8.30pm but there is a very good cafe/bar across the road. On departure we drove through Aranjuez to access the motorway and it looked as if the town deserved more than just a fleeting overnight stay. This hotel is well worth a stay!

It's a very nice hotel with and definitely worth the four stars. The only one thing was, even though I had a non-smoking room I could smell that someone smoked there before.

Nice light and airy hotel. The staff are excellent and the service is really good. They go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. However, there were two downsides to this hotel, the food and the location... It really is the middle of nowhere (and that nowhere is not very pretty!). You need to either drive or get a taxi to Aranjuez, which is not cheap (approx 6-10 euros each way). Unfortunately the food was not great either, except for the breakfast, which was very good. Saying that, the food was not expensive for a 4* hotel, and the drinks were relatively cheap too, so at least you aren't paying over the odds for being a captive audience! Overall, I would recommend this hotel, but only if you are driving!

La estancia fue estupenda en todos los sentidos

Situé à 5 min en voiture, de la ville et de ses monuments, à côté du Casino, dans un quartier nouveau. Hôtel moderne de bon niveau, au prix correct, il tourne un peu à vide, crise espagnole oblige, sauf lors d'organisation de séminaire d'entreprise, très bruyants.

Seul regret : le wifi est gratuit à la réception, mais payant dans les chambres(12€/jour). Dommage, sinon tout était très bien!

Fanns mycket aktiviteter, väldigt fin spaavdelning, tennisbanor och golfbana rakt framför hotellet. Casinot låg också precis brevid om man gillar det. Rymliga och fina rum. Läget på hotellet är väl inte det ligger ute i ingenstans men har man bil spelar det ingen roll. Se till att boka med frukost, väl värt, riktigt bra! Prisvärt med tanke på standarden.

4/7,8のイースターに宿泊した為か、小さい子供連れの宿泊客が多く、ロビーとロビーのレストランで大騒ぎをしていて非常にうるさかったです、特に7日、また、朝食のレストランも同じく騒がしかったです。（近くに遊園地がある為なのかも知れません。） ただ、部屋は遮音が良く、問題ありませんでした。

Me ha gustado mucho la habitación, la super cama king size, el desayuno buffet y las instalaciones comunes.

En la recepción hay un imbécil que no esta a la altura del hotel. Creo que se llama Heredero o algo así , tiene un tic nervioso.... El el tío mas imbécil y mal educado que he visto en un hotel.... Barcelo, no tiene la culpa. Pero, que lo vigilen

he estado varias veces y lo recomiendo a todos. es un gran hotel, muy moderno, limplio y habitaciones amplias.

Hotel nuevo, muy buenas instalaciones y servicios, cercano al centro de Aranjuez y bien comunicado con la A-4.

Hotellet lå perfekt for os som var undervejs fea Madrid til Malaga cirka 1 time fra Madrid lufthavn. Køkkenet er åbent til kl 23 og med lækkert mad. Morgenmad til EUR 10,- var helt i top! Vi kan varmt anbefale det til en overnatning undervejs.... Henrik

El personal de recepción estuvo muy servicial y agradable. La habitación resultó ser muy amplia y cómoda. La ubicación del hotel no es la mejor, ya que se halla a varios kilómetros de la ciudad y de la estación de ferrocarril donde se toman los trenes a Madrid: el servicio de autobús urbano del hotel a la estación es infrecuente aunque útil. También nos decepcionó el cierre prematuro de la piscina del hotel a mediados de septiembre, ya que durante nuestra estancia hizo un tiempo caluroso y soleado que hacía apetecible el bano. Pero lo peor de nuestra estancia fue la cena del primer día. Mi esposa se pasó la noche con vómitos y diarreas a causa de una carne de cerdo en malas condiciones. Por ello, la segunda noche decidimos no cenar en el hotel. La calidad de la comida no está a la altura del hotel y la falta de cuidado en la preparación pudo haber tenido graves consecuencias para la salud. En cambio la calidad del alojamiento es muy buena.
