Heffley Boutique Inn - סאן פיקס

Travelled from Whistler and once past Kamloops had a bit of trouble finding Sun Peaks. It was dark and raining and started to snow, which didn't help to find the place. Once we arrived had a very friendly reception and booked in quickly. Parking was 10cad in underground or free outside, car was fine left at front of hotel. We had booked 2 rooms and both were large, clean & comfortable, there was also a connecting door between the rooms, which was a bonus. I would definitely stop here if I was staying a week or more, but it's a bit out of the way for an overnight stop. The Black Garlic Restaurant on site was very good, staff helpful and friendly.

Very friendly welcome. Assisted us in locations,car parking and internet. Good sized room. One of the best locations and accommodation we have enchanted over the last three weeks of travel.

the description of the hotel - the room opens to a balcony, taking in mountain views, pillow top bedding and a down blanket, deep soaking bathtub w slippers. lounge by the fireplace. When we checked our room there was no balcony and the view was of the opposite hotel! The bathtub was a regular tub with a cleaning rag left in the drain!! No slippers, no fireplace. We spoke to the desk person and they said description of room sounded like the honeymoon suite and we are not getting that. We were instructed to pick up cleaning rag in bathtub and throw it in the garbage. Additionally the pop machine does not work. We tried putting in loonies and toonies and received nothing! Hotel staff left at 7:00pm and there was no one to help us. The room advertised/description was a far cry from what we received. Staff admin and cleaning were uncaring and lax. We felt cheated and unsafe in a hotel that provided no staff and security during the night.

While the location is fabulous, this hotel is in desperate need of a make-over. The beds are hard (no pillow-top here!) and the rooms are dark and dingy. The price is high because of the location. But being within walking distance of the Lake Louise hikes is a big plus - no parking hassles.

Vary nice and helpful workers. Found the room to be quite hot as there is no AC, the second night I was given a complementary fan.

OVERALL VERY SATISFIED EXCEPT THE PARKING PRICE WAS CHEAPER FOR THE GUESTS BOOKING IN FRONT OF US $12 AND WE PAYED $15, SERVED BY DIFFERENT STAFF SO RECOMMENDATION IS TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE BOOKING IN AT SAME TIME PAYS SAME PRICE. OTHERWISE VERY GOOD. THANK YOU

This was a bittersweet stay. I booked the room and was given wrong info, so when I got to the hotel we had to pay extra for the room I thought we were getting. The deskclerk said he could have charged more then he didn't so I don't know if I should have been thankful. :s ??? Then was advised that the room had a kitchenette but we couldn't use it. The sauna and steam room didn't work. The fireplace in the room didn't work and when we tried to put the sofabed together in the morning it seemed broken. :s

Friendly helpful staff. Warm and comfortable room. Handy to all village resources and ski lifts.

Awesome room & location! Clean & super quiet- loved it. No phone service at night, but beyond that- A1!

Good: Location, microwave and burner, and clean room. Bad: There was no mention of parking charge but parking was charged at $10 underground and $5 outside the hotel. There was smell in carpey in the door way.

This hotel was right in the heart of the village and we enjoyed our stay.

El hotel es correcto. La zona está muy bien pero en temporada alta, para visitarla en otoño no merece la pena ya que no había casi ningún restaurante o bar para cenar (solo había 2 abiertos en todo el pueblo).
