Park Plaza Beijing Wangfujing - בייג'ינג

מלון מאד נוח, תמורה מלאה עבור כספנו עם שירות מאד קשוב. המיקום יוצא מן הכלל (מעט קשה למצוא בהתחלה מכיוון שהוא מוסתר מאחורי מלון גדול אחר) אבל הוא נמצא בקרבת מקום לכל האתרים העיקריים. הצוות אדיב מאד ומועיל במיוחד בדלפק הקבלה וה-concierge. יש WiFi בחינם בכל שטח המלון. רק הערה (מאד קטנה) - שים לב לחיוב מאד גבוה במרכז העסקים. בסך הכול שהיה יוצא מן הכלל. אנחנו בהחלט חוזרים לשם.

שירות ללא רבב ומיקום שאין דומה לו. ממוקם סמוך למקומות דיור הרבה יותר יקרים. כל מה שרצינו במלון בביג'ינג. צוות concierge יוצא מן הכלל! מסעדה טובה מאד בתוך המלון עם מבחר מזון מערבי. מבחר יפה של ערוצי חדשות וסרטים דוברי אנגלית. תלונה יחידה: החדר היה קר מדי. אני בהחלט אמליץ על הנכס הזה.

מלון זה הוא בסטנדרד טוב מאד. צוות המלון מקצועי, ידידותי ודוברי אנגלית ברמה טובה. תהליך הקבלה שלי היה מהיר והמזוודות הובאו לחדר ללא בעיות. שהיתי בחדר deluxe במפלס השלישי. החדרים היו נקיים, מרווחים וכללו טלוויזית LCD. אני הייתי חוזר שוב למלון הזה ואני מוכן להמליץ עליו לאחרים.

מלון טוב מאד. חדרים נקיים ונוחים. קרוב לכל האתרים כולל מסעדות. הצוות היה ידידותי ומועיל. השהיה שלי היה לשלושה לילות ותמיד יכולתי למצוא לפחות שוער אחד דובר אנגלית. תמורה טובה.

מלון מצוין. נחתתי בשדה התעופה בחצות הלילה. מלבד זה שנהג המונית לא ידע איפה המלון אפילו כאשר היה לי את שם המלון כתוב באותיות סיניות שמחתי כאשר נודע לי שהמלון שדרג אותי כאשר הגעתי לקבלה. הזמנתי שני סיורים נהדרים בעיר דרך ה-concierge. אני בהחלט אבחר את המלון הזה בנסיעת העסקים הבא שלי.

מיקום יוצא מן הכלל, עסקה עם תמורה מלאה וצוות נהדר. רק איזור בריכה/Spa היה חסר אבל היה זמין מעבר לרחוב עבור 80RMB. הליכה של 30 דקות ל-Forbidden City וחנויות ליד המלון. לך לאכול Peking Duck במסעדת DaDong בהליכה של 2 דקות מהמלון.

מיקום יוצא מן הכלל סמוך לאיזור החנויות WangfuJing וה-Forbidden City. המיטה היה יכול להיות יותר יוקרתי עבור מלון של רשת בינלאומית. ערך מצוין בהשוואה למיקום והאווירה. אני הייתי אמליץ על המקום בכל עת לנוכח המחיר הזה.

המלון הוא במיקום נוח מאוד. השירות והחדר היו טובים מאוד. המחיר היה טוב בהשוואה למתחרים באיזור.

המלון הזה היה נחמד מאוד. החדר היה נקי והמיטה הייתה טובה מאוד. המלון לא רחוק מדי משדה התעופה (30 עד 40 דקות, תלוי בתנועה) ונמצא בדיוק במרכז כל אתרי התיירות. תחנת הרכבת התחתית נמצאת 5 דקות הליכה משם, ממש מעבר לפינה. הדבר המעצבן היחידי היה שהעובדים לא דיברו אנגלית טובה כל כך, מה שצריך להיות בסיסי בשביל מלון כזה ברמת המחירים הזאת. היה קשה גם לתפוס מישהו בספא (הם לא דיברו אנגלית בכלל). למרות קצת מחסומי שפה, הייתי ממליץ על המלון הזה. הקבלה וכל העובדים עושים כמיטב יכולתם כדי לתת לך שהייה נוחה במלון.

בעינינו המלון היה נוח בכל מובן. יש לנו רק דברים חיוביים לאמור עליו. דלפק הקבלה והשוער מדברים כולם אנגלית טובה. זה יתרון ענק. הצ'ק-אין עבר צ'יק צ'ק והעובדים הסבירו שאנחנו יכולים לשדרג לסוויטה תמורת תשלום נוסף, והסכמנו לכך. הסוויטה הייתה יוקרתית. השוער עזר להשיג לנו מונית לכל היום כדי לנסוע לחומה ולעיר האסורה. בנוסף, ביום קר עם רוח, הם הציעו מקום במרחק כמה מטרים שאפשר לאכול בו ארוחת ברווז בייג'ינג. המיקום של המלון כל כך טוב, קרוב מאוד לתחנת רכבת תחתית, קרוב מאוד לעיר האסורה ולכיכר טיאננמן ובדיוק מול סטארבקס. אם הייתי נוסע שוב לבייג'ינג הייתי שוהה שם שוב בשמחה והייתי ממליץ לאחרים לשהות שם גם כן. עם זאת, המזנון החופשי של ארוחת הבוקר שלהם יקר.

We had one club room and one standard room, both were SUPERB. Excellent reception service!!! The reception employee that welcomed us and explained all the information was VERY pleasant and most welcoming, helped with everything we needed, was very pleasing and caring. Entire personal service was top notch, friendly, helped with everything, smiling all the time, were kind and polite at all times.

Excellent hotel to stay at. It is located close to transportation and major sites to visit. The staff is very well orientated to customer service. It was a pleasure to stay there. Thank you.

we started our asia adventure off in beijing. stayed in beijing for 2 nights, 3 days. This hotel was great! It was clean, sleek, great staff! We had breakfast included in our stay and we really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. It had a lot of international choices. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel staff is friendly and all speak some English, far more than at most hotels. Staff were helpful, but there were several attempts to up-sell me. Club floor with Happy Hour additional $50 a night, limo to the airport instead of Taxi, $80 vs. $14. Taxi instead of subway...Other reviewers recommended the club upgrade, but if you don't drink, or only drink beer, it isn't worth it. The appetizers were excellent, but there is a lot of great inexpensive food and beer in the area. The "health club" is a small room that didn't even have a full set of weights, and only two machines. No pool, no sauna, no steam.

We were spending the weekend in Beijing. The location was great. The staff spoke very good English and was very helpful. We upgraded to include breakfast and happy hour. That was well worth it. Happy hour was a great time to have a drink and some appetizers and rest. Breakfast was great too.

I liked this hotel. I t is in a great location so you can walk to many different places like Forbidden city, Tiananmen square and others... The room was great, comfortable and quiet. We took an executive room so we could get free breakfast and it also included free "happy hour" with free wine/beer/liquors and hors-d'oeuvres (we ate there a few night as we were not hungry for a large dinner - free!). Personnel was very polite and eager to help. A GREAT EXPERIENCE IN BEIJING :-)

We found our room very clean comfortable and had every toiletry we needed. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful . It was very close to subway. Hotel staff were very helpful organising trips.. We had club room which included breakfast and Happy Hour. This was brilliant value. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and bathrooms huge for a hotel. Loved the buffet breakfast and free happy hour was a great way to end the day. Close to major attractions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Beijing.

Having stayed at 5 other hotels in China throughout our stay we found the concierge to be the best here. Found us a taxi at peak hour when others gave up after 10 minutes. Made sure drivers knew where we were going and were always welcoming and polite. The bar was exceptional also with amazing staff.

Overall, we are very happy and as all the staff, including the chef are very helpful and nice. The check-in was fast and simple and we were even serve with a drink. We were upgraded to the Club room and will given some free drinks at the club lounge and two hours of free drinks and snacks. With such friendly people, if I go back to Beijing, I will stay at this hotel again.

I've stayed at over 10 hotels in Beijing over the past 4 years, and the Park Plaza Wangfujing was by far the best. It was important to me that the internet worked well, for Beijing this was a great connection. There was free wifi and ethernet in the room, and free wifi in the hotel. The room was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. For an extra fee I was able to check out at 16:00 instead of 11:00. There was no cigarette smell in my room (often in Beijing hotels, even in non-smoking rooms, you smell can smell cigarette smoke). I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is hidden behind the Regent & hared to see/find. Very nice hotel in an area of other nice hotels. There is a subway station almost attached to the hotel so it is easy to get around. Forbidden City is about 20 min walk. Concierge can organize tours for you. Be advised that the tour may not end up showing you destination if traffic conditions force changes. The tour is more likely to make sure you are taken to the "factories" (Jade & or silk) for their kickback than to the actual sites you want to see.

Very friendly and well trained staff. Good English speakers. Hotel location is very central and convenient.

Great hotel which is behind a subway station so it's perfect for exploring Beijing. Couldn't fault the hotel - it was clean, modern, and the Concierge were fantastic in helping us organise trips and taxis etc... Overall a great choice for a stay in Beijing

everything in the hotel was perfect. The only problem was the heating system which was shut down due to the regulation. Hotel provided us with a small electric heater and extra blankets. The staff in general were very helpful and tried to faciliate everything. I highly recommend this hotel

Our first "non-smoking" room reeked of smoke and often the hallways smelled strongly of smoke. The fitness centre and pool cost 80RMB per day per person. Very misleading since they advertise a great fitness centre; there is a tiny gym only at the Park Plaza. The real centre is at a hotel next door. The American breakfast was good. Watch out for scams! There are a million of them - tea house, fake silk and products, counterfeit money, etc. Overall disappointed and the reviews are overrated. It was a pretty average hotel.

I've stayed all over Beijing and China. This is the second time I stayed at the Park Plaza. It's well maintained, comfortable, the staff are friendly and the rates are good. The location is perfect for any tourist activities and walking to local attractions is easy. Would return any time.

Staff very efficient and friendly, hotel was clean and room good. Location was fantastic. Subway just around the corner but top shopping area and Forbidden City is in walking distance. Number 1 rated restaurant in Beijing is only a block away. Highly reccommend.

The service was excellent, staff were very friendly. The room was well maintained. Very close to the shopping district of Wangfujing and Donghuamen.

We enjoyed our stay at the Park Plaza Beijing Wangfujing. Our stay was near the end of their New Year's break and things were rather quiet. The staff was always friendly and greeted us politely. Our room was clean, comfortable and well stocked with little extras like bottled water daily and toothbrushes. The location is near the subway system which we didn't use. It was easy walking distance to malls and shops. We felt quite safe walking at night to restaurants, but we liked the food and prices best at the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for two times. It is very clean, excellent location, and relatively new, good size room (for a Beijing hotel), and friendly staff. Will come back! PS - great green curry chicken at the Boon Cafe at 2/F.

This is a very nice hotel, the room is very clean and modern. The location is very convenient to everything. Line 5 subway is right beside the hotel. The service is excellent. It's a very nice stay!

Park plaza is a great hotel, clean, lovely rooms, very central location and close to the metro so easy to get around to sights, also free wifi in the room which is great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, we went to Starbucks which is right beside the hotel. There is also a nice Italian restaurant in the regent hotel beside the park plaza. We booked a tour to the great wall through the concierge which we were disappointed in because it was a full day but only 2 hours on the wall. The morning was wasted at the jade factory which is a tourist trap, I would advise to hire a private taxi and get at least 3 hours on the wall, there is really no need for a guide. I don't blame the hotel for this as all tours seem to include these factory visits.

Great hotel for the price. Clean, comfortable and good western style service. Good location near city center.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a weekend away in Beijing;Park Plaza was a great choice. Easy location to find from the subway and the staff was great. Everyone was friendly, english speaking, and made the stay even more enjoyable. For the price you get a great room and I know we will be staying there again.

Overall an excellent hotel to stay in Bejing. Conveniently located near metro and many shops, restaurants, etc. The staff here are very friendly, especially concierge services. Good for helping you get a taxi and every small detail. Hotel greets you with a hot ginger tea which is nice when coming in from the cold.

I enjoyed my stay at the Park Plaza. Took about 45 mins from airport to hotel. Taxi ride cost about 100CNY. We paid extra for the club suite which came with breakfast and happy hour refreshments. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. Location of hotel was just next to subway station Dengshikou on Line 5. Although not along the Wangfujing Shopping area, the hotel was located just about a ten minutes walk away. The breakfast had a varied good selection of western and local food choices. The conceige staff were friendly. Altogether a most enjoyable experience. Will likely choose this hotel again should we visit Beijing again.
