Hotel Monarque Torreblanca - פואנגירולה

This hotel offers great value. Right beside the station for travel to the airport or to Fuengirola. Breakfast buffet is wonderful, hot and cold selection unmatched for the overall price paid for this overnight stay. Car parking a bit difficult, as hotel car park is a 200 metre walk. However, overall, really good.

I've stayed here a number of times now. I only use it as somewhere to sleep so can't comment on facilities or entertainment, it's rooms are clean and comfortable. A big plus is its right next to Torreblanca station and only 35min train ride from the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beach is a 5 min walk, though it is quite steep for those who have mobility issues.

good value for money . always plenty of beds around pool . food in restaurant very good always a wide choice to choose from. would return again

Bad food and bad service.

I stayed here on my own for a week in October. Paid for a single room but got a nice big twin room to myself. It was on the 8th floor and had great views. I think the lower floors would see only other buildings so ask for upper levels. That said there are only two lifts and there can be some long waits. The food was very good in the evenings and I loved the various salads. There was always choice though. One or two things could have been hotter but there is a microwave to give it a blast if it needs it. Location is good, right at the station, 2 mins to the beach then a nice flat walk into town if you want shops etc. Staff were great and I would be happy to go back to this hotel

the torreblanca hotel is very close to the station which is great as you can go into fuengirola, los boliches or to malaga the trains run frequently which is great and it only takes about 15 minutes to get to the airport once you are on the train, we loved the beach which is a short walk which plenty of cafes and restaurants along the front, the only thing we did not like was that we found the beds a bit hard and the fridge took a long time to cool the water we put in, other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The Hotel was over my expectaions, it was quiet and near the beach and the hotel suff was very helpful and nice. Nice rooms and clean and a sleept vey good evevn i the mornigs, there was no noice from the corridor or the next room . They have two pool also very nice. I strongly recommed this hotel, near the train if you want to go to Fuengirol, Torreweja and the air port is only 30 minutes away.

My third visit to the Torreblanca on a golfing trip. Ideal location with easy parking & a train station right at the hotel which is two stops from Fuengirola. Nice restaurants/bars down on the front as well. Good sized clean rooms with balcony. Only two minor points - breakfast is not up to much but can be had at the restaurants at the front quite cheaply and two 6 person lifts for 9 floors! Can get very congested at peak times

The hotel is 4 minutes walk from the beach and you can walk there in your swimwear. Decent choice for breakfast for vegetarians and others I guess. Sizeable rooms and balconies. Two swimming pools with lots of sunbeds to soak sun in. The interior is dated in places but for what it offers -- a base for a sun-drenched pleasantly uneventful stay -- I could not care less. My only gripe was with the pool lifeguard who wanted to get home early and so locked gates to the pool ares half an hour ahead of the closing time, and if you were there he stared at you like you ruined his youth.

The hotel was clean, airy and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would have no problem in recommending this to any one who asked.

30 min €1.50 trip by train from Malaga Airport to Torreblanca Station. Out of station and left up a Cul de Sac for 3 minutes and your in the hotel. Very helpful and efficient receptionist. Nice big rooms with sea view. Breakfast had plenty of variety all self service including tea and coffee from vending machines which were quite good. Lunch and dinner also self service with plenty of choice. I don't eat meat but there were plenty of soups, salads, paella and fish plus several desserts. Drink was self service but at €7 for a bottle of wine worth the walk. Most of the residents were Spanish and over 60 which suited me as they make less noise than children. The hotel had two good pools and gardens. It was only 5 mins downhill to beach with miles of beach both directions. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Hotelli oli iso 9 kerroksinen, huone oli tilava joskin hieman kolkon askeettinen. Ei ollut mattoja lattialla, myöskin valaisimet oli seinillä niin ettei ollut varsinaisia lukulamppuja lainkaan, vain yleisvalaisimia. Valaisinten katkaisijat sijaitsivat sen verran kaukana, ettei sängystä yltänyt niihin, se oli hieman ärsyttävää kun piti nousta illalla väsyneenä lämpimän peiton alta niitä sammuttelemaan. Ilmastointia emme saaneet pelaamaan, ehkä toimii vain kesäisin... Patterissa oli kyllä lämmintä, mutta öisin oli silti kylmä ohuiden vilttien alla. Aamiainen oli runsas ja sillä pärjäsi pitkään iltapäivään. Tuoremehut olivat oudon vahamaisen makuisia, niitä emme juoneet. Muuten ok. Huoneeseen ei kuulunut hotellista mitään häiritseviä ääniä, ei edes tanssiravintolasta. Siellä soi iltaisin musiikki melko kovallla volyymilla. Ainoa ääni joka kuului ulkoa, oli junan äänet. Hotellin yläpuolelta kulkee juna, jonka pysäkki on aivan vieressä, se oli kätevää. Hotelli oli kaiken kaikkiaan ihan ok, hinta laatu suhde, parempi kuin odotimme, Voisimme mennä uudestaankin.

Vähän kulunut neljän tähden hotelliksi. Tilava huone. Aamiainen muuten monipuolinen, mutta kasvissyöjälle lähes olematon, mehut ei aitoja tuoremehuja jne. Hedelmiä kyllä monipuolisesti. Ystävällinen palvelu respassa. Vapaa Wifikin toimi melkein koko ajan yleisissä tiloissa. Sijainti hyvä ajatellen yhteyksiä välillä Malaga-Fuengirola, ts. junalla puolessa tunnissa esimerkiksi lentoasemalle hotellin vierestä tai Fuengirolan keskustaan kaksi pysäkkiä.

Mycket nöjd med vår vistelse på Torreblanca. Ingen störande biltrafik men bekvämt avstånd till stranden och till tågstationen. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Trevliga gräsytor vid hotellet med gott om solstolar och 2 pooler om man inte ville gå till stranden och betala 40 kr/st för solstolar. Det enda som drog ner omdömet var att sängarna var onödigt hårda och frukostutbudet blev lite enahanda om man inte älskar bacon, korv och friterat som huvudsaklig starter på dagen. Vi hade halvpension och åt även middag eller lunch som alla dagar var buffé med bra variation och välsmakande.

Buenas instalaciones, aunque algo anticuado. Buen servicio del personal del hotel. Inadecuado estado del aparcamiento del hotel. Y deficiente variedad de la comida, no todos los clientes somos ingleses.

We enjoyed the stay in the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to families with children or to older people. The location is really great if you wanna spend whole time at the beach. The train stop is just next to the hotel (you can't hear it), so you can be within 10 minutes in the citycenter. If you preffer to party during the night, it's quite far from the center. You have to take taxi (around 8 Euro).

Bikker dette hotellet neste gang....

Good hotel considering the price. Breakfast was included for me and it was much over expectations. Alot to choose from and good quality. Location is good, only 1 minute from the trainstation with conection to Malaga. Just a few minutes from the beach.

Hotellet liger lite off (ca 3 km från Fuengirola). Hårda sängar. Personalen är trevlig och fixade ett rum på 8:våningen med utsikt över havet utan att tjafsa om pengar etc. Frukosten som ingick i priset var helt ok.

Skulle kun være der en enkelt nat, men tager man pris kontra kvalitet kan det helt klart anbefales. Stort værelse, fanatastisk udsigt og rigtig godt badeværelse. Morgen maden måske lidt kedelig men den var incl. og der er grænser for hvad man kan forlange :-) Sødt og venligt personale

Hissi oli aika ruuhkainen. Odottamista oli jonkun verran. Huone oli siisti muttei ylellinen. Hotelli ei ollut aivan keskustassa. Junalla, taksilla tai vuokra-autolla keskustaan. Kävellen ainakin paluumatka voi olla turhan raskasta.

Das Hotel ist gut. Das Personal hilfsbereit, Zimmer dürfte ein wenig sauberer sein ( Staubig,Sandig, im Zimmer) WC/Bad Oky

Hoteli on hyvällä paikalla, mutta on jo aikansa elänyt. Jos paikkoja ei laiteta kuntoon, niin luokitusta pitää laskea. Ajan hammas on jo purrut monesta paikasta...

Bad food and bad service.

Torreblanca ligger super godt med havudsigt på alle værelser. Vi boede på 8 etage (næst øverste) i iden med aftensol - dejlig stor altan med et lille bord og 2 stole. Værelserne er pænt store og i flot stand, men madrasserne er måske lidt i den hårde ende, badeværelset pænt /ok. Stor dejlig morgenbufet, men kun 2 langsomme elevatorer. Hotellet ligger maximum 5 min. gang fra stranden - absolut et besøg værd.

Habitaciones muy cutres, amplias e impersonales. Muchas grietas en paredes y la pintura está horrible. De la decoración......ni hablamos: cutre, cutre, cutre. Dos ascensores para nueve plantas y un montón de habitaciones...... Podría seguir hablando, del parking, del buffet del desayuno....¿quién la ha regalado las estrellas a este hotel....?

Hotellet har en fin beliggenhed både til bus og tog. Badestranden er også super. Alt er anbefalelsesværdigt. Har haft en dejlig ferieoplevelse.

Super hotel, som ligger tæt på, ja næsten alt. Stranden, de lokale, supermarked, div. spisesteder, mange af de lokale bar´r m.v. Selve hotellet er bare super. De 2 x pool´s så der er mulighed for Vandpjask/solbadning hele dagen, Top ! Dejlig stor restaurant/lounge med rig mulighed for at vælge mellem en del dejlig mad. Masser af god underholdning om aftenen, dans & musik, Bingo & banko m.v. Alt i alt, SUPER HOTEL/DEJLIG FERIE ! ! ! Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage.. See U... Linda & Henning...

Jeg har boet på hotel Torreblanca flere gange. Det er altid i orden. 100 meter til toget, der kører lige Malaga airport. Det er sgu i orden

Relação qualidade/preço bastante boa. Hotel bem localizado para desfrutar da praia ou para uma visita turística a Málaga e arredores pois tem estação de comboio mesmo ao lado. A área de lazer é muito boa, sobretudo para quem tiver crianças.

Stort, men hyggelig hotell. Personalet i resepsjonen og ellers er særdeles hyggelige. Bra beliggenhet i Torrenova, rett ved togstasjonen. Kort vei til stranden. Rommene er store, men litt eldre standard. Balkong med utsikt, men særdeles varmt i sola i høysesongen. Veldig fine og grønne arealer ute med to bassenger.

La estancia en este hotel nos a resultado muy agradable, sobre todo si lo que se busca es tranquilidad, la comida estaba bién, el trato de los trabajadores muy cordial, la habitación muy grande, aunque un poco antiguo el mobiliario, en general hemos quedado satisfecho con el hotel.

Hotellin yleiset tilat mm. aamiaisravintola ja uima-altaat OK, mutta huone ja parveke olivat hiukan ankeat. Myös hissejä on liian vähän asiakasmääriin nähden.

He decidido ha escribir el comentario puesto que antes de ir leí cosas horrorosas de este hotel e iba con mucho miedo, sobre todo por la comida. Decir que las habitaciones son geniales (anticuadas pero muy grandes). El desayuno y cena buffet, es verdad que es pequeñito, pero si que hay comida, no te gustará todo, pero para comer hay de sobra. Tienen fruta fresca y buena. Es cierto que quizá falta algo de dulce para el desayuno, pero no es una gran pega. La situación de hotel es buenísima, el tren está al lado. Sí que es cierto que yo le quitaba una estrella (lo dejaba en tres), pero un tres estrellas muy apañado a precio de un dos estrellas. Esta es la única pega que pongo: Los ascensores!!! Sólo hay dos para 9 plantas, y a veces se hace un poco pesado estar esperando. Nuestro último día esperamos 10 minutos. Claro, de no haber llevado maletas nos habríamos bajado por las escaleras. En resumen, un buen hotelito para descansar unos días.

Erittäin hyvä ja ystävällinen palvelu. Hyvä sijainti lähellä juna-asemaa ja rantaa. Runsas aamiainen ja buffet illallinen hyvine jälkiruokineeen. Joissain kohtaa hotellin ikä alkaa näkyä. Liian vähän hissejä.
