הדבר הכי טוב במלון הזה הוא המיקום - כ"כ קרוב לתחנת Termini!! החדר היה מאוד מרווח אבל במקלחת הייתה מקלחת שבורה. באופן כללי המלון נקי למדי - אבל המגבות לא תמיד נקיות - משהו לא ממש נחמד! במהלך שהותנו, הם שכחו לשאוב את רצפת האמבטיה פעם אחת. המסעדה הייתה מאוד נחמדה והצוות היה ידידותי במיוחד ויעיל. למרות זאת, האינטרנט לא היה חינם. אני ממליץ על המלון הזה פשוט בגלל המיקום שלו. תודה

המלון ממוקם קרוב לאוטובוס לשדה התעופה ולמסוף הרכבת, 5 דקות הליכה. לפעמים החדר היה מעט רועש, זה תלוי במיקום/קומת החדר שלך (אני הייתי בקומה הראשונה), אנשי הקבלה מאוד ידידותים/מועילים בדרך כלל. קשה לשלוט בטמפרטורה בחדר, למרות שביקשתי פעמיים, אבל החל ממרץ טמפרטורת החדר בסדר, החדר נקי. ארוחת הבוקר היא בסדר - שימו לב לבקש את הקפה שלכם שתי כוסות כל פעם, לפעמים יכול לקחת זמן מה לקבל את הכוס השניה. זה מלון 3 כוכבים.

מיקום טוב אך חדרים קטנים ויכולת שמיעה טובה (ניתן לשמוע את השכנים מדברים). צוות ידידותי. המזגן לא פעל.

המלון היה נאה ונקי. השהות הייתה מהנה.

המלון היה מאוד נוח לתחנת הרכבת Termini, רמת הרעש ברחוב היא נורמלית. הבעיה היחידה שהייתה לנו היא הבידוד הלא טוב בין החדרים. חוץ משכן רועש בדלת הסמוכה, אנחנו היינו מרוצים למדי עם המלון.

המיקום נהדר, קרוב לתחנת הרכבת המרכזית. המלון נקי. אולם, שירות הצוות לא כפי שציפיתי. הגברת בדלפק המודיעין לא ידעה לענות נכון לגבי שעות פתיחת מוזאון הואתיקן. שזה בסדר, אבל, במקום לחפש את המידע המדוייק במחשב, היא נתנה תשובה מיידית ושגויה בניחוש, 900-1500 היא אמרה, כדי לסיים איתנו מהר ככל האפשר. (התשובה הנכונה היא שקופת הכרטיסים פתוחה 900-1600 והמוזאון נסגר בשעה 1800) . כששאלנו רת פקיד הקבלה כיצד מגיעים לנמל התעופה הוא הציע שניגש לדלפק המידע ברכבת ונברר זאת שם. מעבר לשני נושאים שוליים אלו, אהבתי את המלון.

המלון היה בסדר, אבל ארוחת הבוקר לא הייתה מה שציפינו לה. היינו שם במשך שבוע וכל בוקר הביצים והקפה היו קרים. אם הדברים האלו חשובים לכם אל תכללו ארוחת בוקר עם השהות שלכם.

מערכת החימום הייתה קשה לוויסות. המיקום והמצב הכללי של המלון היו בין טוב למצויין. הצוות היה מועיל למדי והגיב טוב לכל הבקשות. אני לא יודע אם הייתי מגדיר את המלון כ 4 כוכבים. המלון מוקף ע"י הרבה מסעדות קטנות וטובות. סה"כ זו הייתה תמורה מצויינת למחיר.

ביקור שני במלון, תמורה טובה במיקום נוח קישורי תחבורה. צוות עוזר, הליכה קצרה אל מסעדות טובות וחנויות. מסעדה ובר קטנים במקום. הגן בגג לא פתוח בתקופה הזאת של השנה.

ברצוני להתלונן על האינטרנט במלון Piram. אין לו WIFI חינם !!!

The hotel is clean and convenient to the train station, but we were hoping that our last night would be a little more romantic, given that it was a 4 star hotel. Our room facing the inner courtyard (where we could hear kitchen clean up until late) was definitely not one of the rooms that advertised as originally selling for $700+/night. It was worth what we paid, just not the advertised (inflated) full price.

In general the hotel was OK, with the exception of the restaurant, where my wife was treated badly when she made a complaint regarding the quality of the food. So much for customers rights.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were large and comfortable. The staff were nice. They weren't very engaging but I didn't mind that too much. I would have minded if they were horrible, which they weren't. The only downside to this hotel was that we paid approx €109/night and that didn't include a breakfast. The price purely reflects the location of the hotel. Right beside the Termini and within a short walk to some of the main attractions (Colosseum,Roman Forum, etc.). It is right beside the Hop-On, Hop-Off buses as well. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The Hotel was in the perfect spot to explore Rome. The only problem was we had requested twin rooms and they were all set up as doubles. We were given sheets to convert 4 rooms but two rooms could not be converted due to the type of bed.

Do not get the suite on 6th floor, it is basically an attic. Ventilation does not work in toilet. No body lotion, conditioner, no closet. Cleanliness and location ok. No smiles from the staff at all. Poor restaurant food in the basement. Really substandard compared with the other 4 star hotels we stayed in Italy. Will definitely not recommend to my friends.

Great location, everything in Rome within walking distance and If not a fan of walking its about 45 second walk to the metro station which can transport you around Rome. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean, would consider stopping here again in the future

We went to Rome to celebrate our anniversary and I can safely say that this was the worst possible hotel where we could celebrate. The location is great. All attractions are closeby. But the hotel staff and service is bad. Upon arrival, we were not greeted but grunted at the reception. The room was small and nothing like the pictures on the website. There is no wifi in the rooms as advertised. We were told that there is a cable that you need to plug into your laptop! Who carries laptops these days? Its tablets and phones. The reception told us that wifi is only available at the restaurant/bar. We tried having dinner there one night - there was no wifi. When asked at the reception they said it works only in the breakfast room!!! The service at the restaurant was even worse. We had to go to the waitress to order dinner and drinks as she was the only staff working. Imagine getting up each time you wish to order a course. And the worst was this guy banging away at his keyboard croaking songs from the 80's! Breakfast each day was awaiting game - when will the staff ask us for coffee and tea. After asking, they would serve beverages after 30 mins of finishing breakfast. You will be better off staying further away from the attractions just to receive better service.

Oh and a FABULOUS location a block from the main train and metro terminal

this is a charming hoptel with period features and is just a short walk from the Termini Station. When we arrived we were given a complimentary 3 course meal in the Hotel's excellent restuarant which was delicious and most welcome. Rooms are spotless and although the bath(shower)rooms are small, they are functional. Breakfast selection has both a hot and cold selection and although it doesn't vary, it is more than adequate although they have one of those infernal toast machines that either undercooks or burns the toast. Great reception staff who are both friendly and helpful. Recommended!

The star rating of the hotel is not correct by US stardards or really any standards. The pros: good location, near Termini station and most tourist attractions, affordable for Europe prices, breakfast. The cons: even though affordable compared to others you dont get much for your money. We had a triple room with a double bed and a single. It was very small. The double was essentially two twin bed pushed together. The bathroom was ok, it would have been better if the shower didnt back up. The bedding was old and minimal, mattress was not plushy. We knew booking this we were not getting a luxury hotel since most of the time we would spent around the city and this would be just a place to sleep so I cant complain too much. But I just want to make others aware. It is close to like a Motel 6 in the United States.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Termini station, but it's not a 4-star hotel. Also, if you value internet connection beware that their advertised "free wi-fi" is very slow and free for only for 30 minutes per day, you'll have to pay if you need more... this was a bummer.

Good location if travelling by train but the hotel is by no means a 4star

We were moved three times in 4 nights because something was always wrong with the room. In one room the electricity stopped working. In the other the toilet wouldn't flush. The staff was very unsupportive. There is no concept of room service. Even to get blankets (not provided in the room) we were asked to come down to the reception to collect it ourselves. Don't let the four stars fool you. This is not a good hotel.

Lobby is nice but slips from there. Put us on the alley and we heard breaking bottles and local restaurant clean up much of the night and then trucks and carts reprovisioning early. Tiny single beds and charges for every little thing. The ad says free wi-fi but that is only 30 minutes of free in the lobby, then pay. Charged more for the local tax than we were told and than the other place we stayed; a bit fishy. Nice staff that you hear politley listening to complaint after complaint as you are in the lobby. Nothing great. Would not go back.

Hotel staff were helpful. Airconditioner worked but was so noisy it was difficult to sleep. Surrounding area is not safe, some female guests were threatened - would not recommend walking around after 7pm.

If looking for a quiet and soft bed this is not the place. Otherwise the location and the access to trains and busses as well as a very professional and pleasant staff. Like Rome be ready to climb steps, one set to the elevator and the Restaurant. Breakfast not bad but better restaurants near by or a train ride away Sante Anne raviolee excellent.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Piram for two nights. It is close to everything - the Trevi Fountain, the Basilica of Maggiore, the Piazza of Republica, and for convenience, the train and bus terminal and Avis car rental. The staff was very helpful, polite, and efficient. The room was decorated beautifully and it was spacious. The rooftop bar and pool was charming and romantic. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Oh, one other thing - it was reasonably priced!

Internet options were lousy. A couple of the receptionists were rude and unhelpful. A couple others, however, were very pleasant and helped save our stay;) Thanks, Nicola!

Location was great, staircases lovely. Even some aspects of the room itself were ok. The biggest issue was the bathroom, which was one continuous bathroom stall with the toilet. Even with a "curtain" for the shower, the water goes all over the floor, never drains (floor isn't slanted towards drain), so just sits there until the next day when the cleaning service comes. We asked for early cleaning and they wouldn't do it. So any time you want to use the toilet or the sink you have to slosh through an inch of water. Otherwise there's a charge for wifi, and no windows.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The shower is super small. The best thing about this hotel is that it is so close to Termini Station which is the station for the metro subway, the bus station and the bus stop. It makes it so easy to walk a block to the station and have it take you anyhere you want to go in Rome. Don't waste your time in the area by the hotel is not nice.

Hotel had a great location but the thing to keep in mind is what every you don't pay for up front will be charged extra along with the room tax. The breakfast was one option that I didn't take and they wanted 10euro.

The stay was comfortable but the service was lacking enthusiasm. Staff did what they had to but were not over welcoming. There were no taffifs anywere as to food prices, bar prices & room mini bar prices. Only limited information through leaflets as to tours and attractions available. It would be a good idea to have a folder with all information enclosed.

Our key did not work so we had to take the manager's keys and leave them everytime we left the hotel. The elevators did not work 50% of the time. There was not a pool or work out access. Great location however.

Although the location was good and close to central station and city centre and overall hotel was ok, our bathroom was a disaster. After taking the shower it was like you're walking on the water when you wanted to go to the toilet. There wasn't any shower screen. Their service was good and the staff was polite. Only There was a rude girl at the reception in the mornings but the rest of them was friendly. Overal the hotel was good and exept the bathroom and that rude girl the rest was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice quiet room with great air conditioning; outstanding hotel amenities (roof garden with bar and pool, excercise room, etc.); and very friendly staff. Location near Stazione Termini is very convenient with regard to public transportation. Also can easily walk to the colilseum, the forums, Piazza Venezia, etc. No complaints whatsoever and can highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, ideal location. Has rooftop garden with jacuzzis and sun loungers - loved it!

The hotel was in an excellent location and that is why we stayed there. Having to sit in the lobby to connect to wifi is ridiculous and in rm 126 the air conditionor was making a rattling noise ALL night long. we couldn't even sleep.

Rome is the must beautiful city and would love to go back. would look for a different hotel.

The location is great - close to the central train station. The hotel service is ok, but the air conditioning could be too strong sometimes.

Good location, very poor service and most amenities did not work or were broken. No coffee or kettle in rooms, no cuttlery, bar fridge broken, only itilian tv. Service very poor.

Very neat, had 30 minutes of free internet per day and was right by the main train station. Was perfect for what we needed.

This happened on June 4, 2012 in the afternoon at around 4 pm. I asked the hotel front desk ladies to order a taxi but she insisted that I needed to order from a private company. They are charging 15 extra Euros above the government regulated taxi fare. When I asked the lady to call a normal taxi, she said I needed to give her the phone number. When I asked for the Phone book, she said the phone book did not exist in Rome. She refused to use Google.The hotel is really good but these front desk clerk spoiled my experience. I hope the manager of the hotel investigate and suspend these two ladies.

The hotel itself was very beautiful. The rooms were very clean, modern bathrooms, the lobby very ornate and lovely. The food in the hotel restaurant was good and reasonable. There was a rooftop bar, two hot tubs that were COLD. The jets worked on only one and there was a lounging area with not enough lounges and people were fighting for them. The down-side, the hotel staff was very rude and not at all helpful. When you asked them a question about the WiFi, they didn't tell you how to link up and acted like they couldn't be bothered. They seemed to dislike Americans for some reason and it showed in their attitude. We asked for a wakeup call at 5:45 on our last day and they called at 4:45. A maid walked in on us two days in a row after the rooms were cleaned and when she saw we were in the room resting, she quickly shut the door and left. They couldn't seem to get things right.

Great location for access to Termini Station. Couldn't believe we were in Rome and didn't have free access to the internet...let alone Wifi. For a 5 night stay we were allowed half hour free access in the lobby, and this didn't work. Staff seemed indifferent to any questions asked. Room was only straightened up each day...not cleaned (dust on floor). Selection of english television was terrible. After 16 nights at different accommodation throughout Italy from Venice to Rome this place was disappointing.

my husband and i stayed at this hotel for three nights. its very close to termini and to all transportation to get around the city. it was very convinient.. staff is friendly and rooms are spacious. very clean and overall enjoyed staying here.
