From the moment we landed this place was a 'no go'! Reception staff were barely able to speak, the corridoor was clean and fresh but when we walked into our room in a 4* hotel (not) I thought I was in a cheapy appartment. The tiles in bathroom were dirty, grout coming away from wall. We had a 4 year old with us and were told we would have a double and a single bed, my husband had to sleep on a pull out bed (not good enough in a 4*). The only good thing about the room was the fab view of the ocean. Lamp shades and headboard were all very very dusty. Pool are was not clean, there is no shallow part of the pool for non swimmers or children, the most shallow end was up to my chest and I am 5ft 8". The location is not good, its all up hills and steps. I was not in any way satisfied.

My 10 day stay in the Boa Vista Hotel was indeed a treat, from the beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel to the general area. I was one of a part of 7 who stayed, two couples and three single people, and we are all of the same opinion, that we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The reception staff were so very helpful, the ladies who cleaned our rooms, daily, and dilligently, were so very pleasant, and we came away knowing the owners of local shops and restaurants by name.

Chambre relativement spacieuse avec un balcon (avec une vue magnifique), ce qui est très appréciable. La salle de bain est de bonne facture. Le petit déjeuner continental est extrêment complet ! Petit bémol : le wifi n'est pas reçu très convenablement dans toutes les chambres. L'hôtel se situe à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville, ce qui n'est pas excessif. En conclusion : un bon hôtel que je recommanderais.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und erhielten eines zur Strasse. Es hatte kein Meerblickzimmer frei und erst am nächsten Tag konnte das Management entscheiden, wie wir für dieses Downsizing entschädigt werden. Wir haben am nächsten Tag ein tolles Meerblickzimmer Delux executiv erhalten. Das zweite Bett war etwas bequemer als im ersten Zimmer, wo jede Feder spürbar war.

Kurzzeitverweilung.Dass Hotel muss dringend auf Vordermann gebracht werden.Kein oder sehr schlechter WIFI-Zugang.Es verdient die 4-Sterne überhaupt nicht.

Cet hôtel est bien entretenu et propre. Les chambres sont très simples pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, toutes les chaînes de la télévision ne fonctionnaient pas et quelques petits détails permettraient d'améliorer le confort des chambres. L'accueil est agréable, les réceptionnistes à votre service pour des renseignements ou réservations d'excursions. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré mais reste correct. L'hôtel est bien situé, du côté de la vieille ville, un endroit calme la nuit mais à seulement 5/10 minutes de marche à pied du centre animé en journée et en soirée. La plage (relativement propre et surveillée) est également à 5 minutes à pied.

Hotelet ser fint ut med en gang, men når du kommer på rommene er det er greit. Det er mye feil på rommene, som maurer, vannlekasje, tette avløp og sprekt dusjslage.

Agréable hotel avec un bon petit dej bon service mais conditions à rénover. Belle piscine et bien placé.
