A great stay with great service. Exactly what we have come to expect on a consistent basis from the hotel and the hotel staff!!!

We like this hotel as it offers good service, a good breakfast and a short ride to the airport

Great location and reasonable price if you need to stay close to airport. Good restaurant, gym andinternet. Shuttle to grom airport.

elevators very small 3 people with luggage it was tight and no ventilation. Not nice when we have all been traveling for the entire day. Had to hold my nose. room bit small for 2 people and became stuffy quickly. no thermostat in room, asked them to turn on ac and told me they could not. they lent me a floor fan. when I threatened to leave room door open for fresh air they retuned and switch me to a room with a thermostat. sink did not drain. they had to return twice to fix. by now it was 1 am. Ride to hotel was less than 5 min, ride back to airport was like 15 min through a neighborhood I would not want to go through in the late evening in a van marked Ramada. Better options that are walking distance to the terminal in mexico city airport. Last time at this hotel, Breakfast buffet looked good but at this point I just want out of there.

I was concerned when I read other reviews, but thought it was a fluke. Not so. When we checked in asked about their free wifi. No problem. I checked at that point and did have a connection. Got to the room and had a marginal connection, but no internet. Called down, no answer from the desk. Went down and was told internet was working, showed them it wasn't, and they argued with me. The girl then went to reset the modem, it didn't work. Bottom line, no internet, lousy front desk service, but otherwise a nice facility. Note that the van went to Terminal 1, then 2, which is quite a distance away. We flew out on Delta, which was in terminal 2. If you fly delta, for sure try a different hotel.

The ad says complementary breakfast and when I asked I was told no both times I stayed there. Also, the very day after I booked the hotel the rate when down $10 which was pretty annoying.There is no rooftop viewing place which I thought I had read in the description. There is a gym with a view.

I had a early morning flight out of MEX and a friend recommended this Ramada. The physical hotel looked a little rough around the edges, if you're used to slick American hotels. The staff and service shone. The people were super friendly and helpful and helped bridge my lack of Spanish. The free shuttle to the airport is 24/7 and was great at 4:00 am.

I was really disappointed with this Ramada. The rooms seemed to have been updated somewhat, however they are dingy, the air is stale and the air conditioning didn't work in the first room we were put in, and loud in the second room we were moved to. The worst of it was the smell. The whole place smells like sewage. Not so bad in the room but the hallways, and outside the front door was horrendous. The neighbourhood is dicey, in fact I was instructed not to leave the hotel. They apparently have wifi on every floor but I was not able to connect in my room. Positive note:The bell men were very attentive and kind enough to run out to the store to get us some snacks. The complimentary breakfast was very good!

Good Location for Airport, but distant from Metro for other Mexico City site-seeing. Good services of bellboys, luggage assist, airport shuttle good (but could have advertised on our original reservation, as we unknowingly took taxi expense from nearby airport without knowing of Ramada shuttle), front desk staff personable but did not have small bills peso change when asked on two separate occasions, good internet service and printer for air boarding passes, excellent food service in restaurant dining room including breakfast brunch (included in hotel meal coupon).

NOTE: For anyone staying at the Mexico Airport this place is GREAT! I rarely find a great hotel when all I need is a one night stay for an overnight at an airport but this time I did. I made a giant mistake and stayed at the Hilton 8 days prior when we overnighted on our way here. The Hilton at the airport is DISGUISTING AND CANT EVEN BE CALLED A HILTON. So I tried Ramada and SCORED! To begin it is right accross the street F rom the airport terminal so if you are flying on Interjet you just get your baggage and walk over a freeway catwalk and bigngo you are right at the airport. However if you are on American airlines take a shuttle because its about 400 yards down the street. NEXT : Our room faced the freeway and the airport but it was 100% sound proof. We heard NOTHING! Also our room looked brand new and the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I ever slept on in any hotel ever. This place looks adn feels like a 5 star hotel. Also the lovely Mexican staff spoke very good English. They also have a lovely free breakfast and a nice shuttle van to the airport the next day. LAST: The subway/ metro is right outside the hotel and we rode it to the Presidential palace and art museums. It was very convenient and easy to use and felt very safe . The next time I overnight atthe Mexico City airport we will stay here.

Booked this hotel based on reviews and I agree. It is a great place to stay on a layover at the airport, not to see Mexico City. The room is exactly what you would expect from a chain hotel. The breakfast (included) is great, (It doesn't start until 7 a.m. so if you have a really early flight iis not available) the staff is friendly and the shuttle to airport is very convenient. (it would be a very inexpensive cab ride to Terminal 1 if you are in a hurry, you could walk in 5 or 10 minutes) T2 a little further.

The hotel is clean and close to the airport and metrostation. But there is no wifi in the room

I travel all the time for business, so it is nice to have a place that you feel comfortable and safe. This hotel is located 2 minutes from the airport. Just go to door 8 and the lady there will get you the shuttle. The breakfast buffet is very good, lots of delicious options.

I was there just for one night because my flight was canceled. Very good service, specially the lady in the airport, she called the shuttle and it was there to pick me up in a very short time. The restaurant is very good.

The shuttle bus and the close proximity of the airport make this a perfect place to stay for an overnight connection between flights. Using the bus is much quicker and less walking than staying at one of the hotels right on the airport property. The rate includes breakfast which is excellent, it would be nice if there was an option for either a breakfast or a dinner as we often have to leave on a very early flight which means we aren't able to take advantage of a complimentary meal. The in room wifi is not very good but there is a business centre available.

Excellent 24 hour shuttle to airport, 5 minutes away. Good big breakfast with friendly service. WiFi connection almost nonexistent in the rooms, but works ok in the lobby/restaurant.

very friendly staff, polite and considerate. Staff will go out of their way to provide quality service. Some desk staff speaks French and all speak English.

No internet in room!!! Bad attitude from personnel at check out

Convenently located next to airport, but a basic hotel with limited services. This hotel is OK for an overnight stay, but not suitable for longer stays.

This was only for one night on the way South and one night on the way North. Much better than the Closer one, called Real or something. English spoken at checkin and at breakfast. Good shuttle service.

The hotel was perfect for an overnight stay between flights. The gym is well equipped with a variety of equipment and it has a nice view of airplanes coming and going. Also, the breakfast included was surprisingly good. Don't forget that there is a free shuttle service to/from the airport, so no need to pay for a taxi.

The airport shuttle driver Javier was extremely friendly and helpful. He even took us to one of our meetings.

The staff was very helpful, taxi was organized and all was great. We were there for the football match

We stayed a night here during a connection before a morning flight to Cancun. Overall a very nice hotel, clean rooms, modern decor and a friendly staff. We didn't try the included breakfast as our flight departed early but we had dinner in the same restaurant and the quality was good. The location is a double edged sword - it's really close to the airport (a couple of minutes drive) but there's really nothing to do there in the evening, so don't plan on an evening stroll in the streets of Mexico City... The hotel has a free shuttle service that will pick you up in the airport and also return you there once you check out. Very useful and was much appreciated. The bottom line - a very good option if you need to spend a night near the airport, but no more than that.

Hotel was very clean. Staff very helpful Room had two double beds with very comfy mattresses.Breakfast was included in the room rate which was good with a variety of food on offer. There is a shuttle bus which is supposed to be booked 24 hrs in advance but we had no problem getting a ride to the hotel.

I've used the hotel in the past and everything was fine. But during my last visit in January the entire hotel was freezing cold, including my room. I brought it to their attention and they sent a porter up straight away who adjusted the thermostat. But the heating system continued to blow cold air, regardless of the thermostat setting. That evening in the restaurant all the diners were wearing jackets. Same in the morning for the breakfast buffet. Even though my plane didn't leave until early afternoon, I departed the hotel at 7AM. There are plenty of hotels close to the airport. I'll try another next time.

Room was clean. Internet only worked near main desk. Good value to dollar for airport. You can walk from the international terminal door #4, to the left outside, and over the pedestrian bridge (across the highway). Takes 5 mins. You can also call for a free hotel shuttle too.

Nice hotel and very close to airport made it very convenient for us. For 3.5 stars i think it is a very nice hotel. The bed WOW! pillow top mattress and nice pillows, very comfortable and made for a good sleep before our very early departure. Room was quiet and comfortable. Shower head was excellent (rain shower), we have been travelling for 6 weeks in Mexico and this hotel had the best shower and bed anywhere! Restaurant seemed nice but we only ate a small snack meal.

Very clean rooms. Very friendly staff.. I'll recomend this hotel to anybody. Across from the airport. Shuttle. Available..breakfast till .11 am.. very good food..

Everything was good except there was no internet in the room and if there was it was very, very, very slow.

As we had a next day connection at the D.F. airport we opted to overnight at the Ramada. Picking us up and dropping us off at the airport is a plus. The staff is friendly and hotel restaurant was decent. The room was clean and beds comfy. The towels were old and a bit dingy and we never really got hot water for showers, just luke warm in the evening an morning. Price was average for airport hotels.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed at this hotel overnight before our flight out the next day. The staff were very friendly and kind, they also served wonderful food in the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel.

For an high-quality international hotel chain as Ramada claimed to be, the experience concerning this hotel was disappointing. My wife and I stayed a week at the Ramada for a family visit. The location of the hotel was close to where they live. Here are a few areas for improvements: 1. The King-size bed is too hard for our back and the pillows are too hard or too high for our necks. It wasn't pleasant at all to wake up very morning with a sore back and a sore neck.! 2.The TV screen was tiny, had only domestic channels and the remote control was too difficult to operate. No CNN, BBC World or any other international news channels. 3.The floor of the shower had peddles cemented which looked nice but it didn't feel pleasant for our feet when taking a shower.. 4. Don't ask the hotel staff for a taxi because they will call for a 'taxi turistico" and you will end up paying ten times more than the "taxi autorisado". The stand for the "taxi autorisado" is only a few feet away from the hotel. 5.There was a technical problem with the phone in our room: we couldn't call out. 1.The only thing that stands out was the fabulous breakfast! Every morning there was a delicious buffet ready and if you'd like something special such as Huevos Racheros, tacos, sun-side up eggs etc. they will prepare it for you. Overall we rate this hotel a 3 out of 5 stars a star more than planned only because of the delicous breakfast.

the hotel offers everything you need in case you are just staying overnight, except for the internet. Only the suites have a decent reception of wireless. All other rooms are just so poor, that it is equivalent to non existent (3 min to open google). The staff at the reception did not really understand the need for an internet connection.

I picked the hotel for its closeness to the airport. This was a lucky move, because I arrived at 1 am and the phone number provided by hotel.com was wrong and I wasn't able to contact them for the shuttle service. Their phone number online was wrong, too. I ended up walking there it took me about 10 minutes.

Everything was great! I have stayed here before and I think it was even better this time! The only draw back was that the air conditioning in our room didn't work! The windows don't open so it made for a warm night! Other than that, it was a convenient and the staff was incredibly accommodating!
