Good rate - in April lots of hotels around with good prices. Location a plus.

Hotel is in a great location and is nice and quite. Room was satisfactory but the carpets and linens were discustingly dirty and we were unable to obtain any new clean ones as the front desk stated the hotel was full!

Very good location. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and pastry shops. Easy acess to Edgar Quinet and Vavin metro stations, it is easy to reach Versalles-rive gauche by Edgar Quinet metro station to champ de mars RER (line C). With the Vavin metro station, you can visit Tour Eiffel, Louve, Notre Dame, Champs Elysees etc. very easily. Front desk people are very friendly and helpful for directions. All in all, I am very happy with my stay. Thanks.

Was convenient to most amenities and Metro made the rest accessible quickly.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station in a lively area of Paris. It has both a courtyard and a rear garden which are pleasant for relaxing on a summer's evening. The room was comfortable and clean and everything worked well. The building itself is modern and lacks any real charm. The bar is little used and a bit disorganised, but does at least provide the option of a quite late night drink. Staff were helpful and friendly. The price seemed very reasonable for the overall package.

Location perfect very close to many restaurants & Metro bakery,grocery store , wine store.Saturday morning market at far end of street. Room OK ( in need of update) but price was right. Looks like renos in progress.

Very convenient. Good hotel. See it in the google maps before you go, so it will be easy to find. as the building is kind of hidden behind a very old look entrance. Some of the staff is very good. Area looks like very famous for dining. So restaurants around are full and very costly.

I saw the 4 and 4 and a half star reviews and by no measure, not even Parisian hotel ones, is this a 4 star hotel. . Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad place to stay but but not a 4 star. Great location and friendly staff.

We arrived in Paris on a Thursday and were taking the train out of town at 9AM the next morning. Our decision to stay at the hotel was influenced by it's convenient proximity to the Gare Montparnasse train station. It is very modern with a beautiful courtyard at the entrance. We arrived about one hour before check-in. They provided a secure place to store our bags while we went to lunch. Unforturnately, the room still wasn't ready at the 2PM check-in and we waited another 40 minutes. After an overnight flight to Paris all we wanted was to get in our room, so the delay was disappointing. That was the only problem we had.

We liked this hotel a lot due to the configuration of the family room with a closeable door in between the sleeping areas. Also, the location was convenient to the Metro, marche and brasseries, and walkable to Luxumbourg Gardens and the main parts of the city. We were glad to have the air conditioning option, too. The only drawback of the experience was the cigarette smoke that wafted into our open window when we wanted fresh air.

The location was excellent! it was right near the metro, there were lots of restaurants and markets nearby. The street itself was nice and quiet. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean it could use a bit of an update. But overall would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely stay there next time I am in paris.

This hotel has a nice courtyard and rooms are away from the road so its very quiet. Had a triple room which was meant for 4 so it was spacious. Bathroom and wc were separate rooms which is convenient. There was a bit of a smell from the carpet or something whenever we come back to the room but soon cleared after turning on the air conditioning. Free wifi. Service staff was friendly and helpful but could improve. Generally, a good stay and recommended. Nearby to 2 metro stations, restaurants, and supermarket.

Three of us stayed here in April and had a perfect room with a bed + 2 bunk beds. The room was clean and comfortable and as we faced an inner courtyard, it was also quiet! The toilet room was separate from the shower room which was convenient for 3 people. It is a 3 star hotel in France so I knew not to expect a lot of amenities/toilletries and that was fine. We loved the location, being in the Montparnesse and enjoying the outdoor cafes. The metro stop is very close and we had no problems finding the hotel or finding our way around Paris. The desk staff were just wonderful and helpful and they spoke perfect English. I would stay here again and recommend it to others!

This hotel is in such a great location, minutes from Notre Dame and right next door to 2 metro stations which take u directly to loads of sights. The neigbouring streets are great with lots of great cafes for breakfasts and a street full of places with amazing crepes. The staff were so friendly and helpful at check-in too. The room itself was nice and clean. The only downside was that we booked a triple room and it was tiny. The third bed was squashed in at the bottom of the other two beds and there was no room at all to move . I think this hotel would be perfect for a couple to be honest. I would definitely stay here again though if I was in Paris. It was great value for money.

I would happily use this hotel again. The room are a little small, but are very comfortable. Overall we were very happy with the hotel and would be happy to recommend it. The hotel is ideally located for exploring the city. It is about a 20-30 minute walk to the very center of the city, and is around the corner from the nearest metro stop. The surrounding area is full of bars and great restaurants. In short, we found this to be an ideal location.

This is a good hotel in a pleasant lively area of Montparnasse. I would certainly stay there again.

This hotel was well located to Montparnasse Train station and Airport Bus. Good food shopping close by. Markets and restaurants and good access to subway transport around the city

This was a a very nice hotel. Helpful staff, two blocks from a Metro, grocery store several stores away from hotel. The only negative comment was that the air conditioning was not working.

Prix des petits déjeuners en chambre scandaleux au regard de la prestation minibar non garni pas d'oreiller supplémentaire chauffage par radiateur posé au sol. Réputation très surfaite

excellent impression. Hotel bien situé . station de metro et gare proche. rien a dire en ce qui concerne la prestation Hotelière.

Not luxurious, but if peaceful hotel with good brekfast and complimentary wifi is what you are looking for, I warmly recommend!

il faudrait penser à renouveler les couvre-lits ( brulures de cigarettes chambre 408 )

Chambre trop sale. Inadmissible!!!

Med unntak av at airconditioningen sviktet og at gardinopphenget gjorde det umulig å åpne dør/vindu var det øvrige svært hyggelig. Hotellet har et åpent "torg" foran inngangen, skjermet fra gaten og en svært hyggelig hage der man kan nyte både vått og tørt. Beliggenheten er perfekt med La Coupole, La Rotonde og Le Select bare noen meter unna. Nærmeste Metro er to minuitter fra hotellet. Konfortable rom og flott bad. Bad og toalett er atskilt.

Accueil très agréable pour l'arrivé .par contre pour le Check out le stagiaire un peu inexpérimenté mais qui sait tout sauf comment indiquer un trajet ,etc la chambre il faudrait qu'il change le matelas j'ai l'impression qu'il est déjà bien amorti ,minibar vide ,sinon pour le reste pas mal du tout !quartier d'artistes tout près de gare Montparnasse ,super petit restos pour touriste à proxi et vie pour noctambule assurer

A proximité de Montparnasse et malgré tout au calme. Le jardin et la cour sont très agréables et permettent de ne pas rester confiné dans la chambre d'hôtel. Le service du petit déjeuner est assez désorganisé. Le confort et la propreté de la chambre sont corrects.

Dommage, le buffet du petit déjeuner est moins bien que l'année passée. Au niveau des fruits frais, de la qualité du jus d'orange.

Hotellet ligger som en oase i enveiskjørt gate. Fredelig og allikevel midt i smørøyet. Kort vei til Metro, mange restauranter like ved, kjekk betjening, god mat m.m.Vi kommer igjen!

Il s'agissait de mon premier séjour dans cet hotel qui m'a été recommandé par un ami. J'ai pu constater que l'hotel est très agréable, calme (ce qui est important lorsque l'on séjourne dans une grande ville).J'ai pu facilement et rapidement me rendre à mes différents rendez-vous. L'accès depuis la gare Montparnasse est très facile et rapide.Les services proposés par l'établissement sont corrects. Les chambres sont tout à fait bien avec toilettes séparées de la salle de bain. L'ensemble est propre. Le petit déjeuner est bien avec un léger bémol : si j'ai envie de me servir une autre tasse de café ou autre, à mon retour, le personnel a déjà desservi sans savoir si j'ai terminé de prendre mon petit déjeuner.L'accueil à la réception est agréable. Je recommande l'établissement.
