Platinum Hotel - לאס וגאס

I really liked this hotel. I have stayed at Bellagio and Palazzo before, but this room was great for the price. The room was huge (with a full kitchen, balcony) and I had a laundry inside. My kids enjoyed the open space and gave them the feeling of home.

Huge room, great view, immaculately clean, i cannot recommend it enough!

Nicely situated a 15 minute walk away from the strip. A proper hotel with excellent service. So glad I did not choose one of the themed hotels on the strip

Good non smoking hotel, with good restaurant, beds soft & road noise constant -all day & night ! If you are a light sleeper you will need to ask for a room away from road

The hotel was good value and is about a 10 minute walk to the strip. It is a non gaming non smoking hotel. I was disappointed there was no hairdryer in the bathroom for an otherwise very well appointed hotel and spacious bathrooms. The cold water in the lobby was a nice touch.

Our room was very spacious. The staff was helpful and friendly. We have stayed at the Platinum for 5 years in a row and will be back next year!

This was the first time I stayed at platinum hotel and I absolutely loved it! The staff was more then friendly and helpful. For example I asked the front desk girl if she knew how to get to Fremont street she didn't just tell me but she printed out directions for me! I was pleasantly surprised for that gesture :) I will plan all my future trips here ! And I also found out my brother in law is getting married there next year! Thank you for a great stay!

A fairly nice hotel except we didn't know it was valet-only parking and although it's supposed to be complementary, I felt obligated to tip them every time we had to leave or return to the hotel; it was a major added expense!

No casino and first rate rooms. Wife and daughter loved the spa.

Nice place.not really what we were looking for coming to Vegas tho.its a nice clean hotel but we were looking for more of a service oriented place, they didnt really have alot of services at the hotel. but the room was awesome and couldnt beat it for the price.

We love The Platinum. Service by hotel staff is great and full kitchen, sitting room area and separate bedroom is exactly the type of room we enjoy. Since we drive to Vegas, the location is not an issue for us. The hotel is in need of updating but I understand that renovations are planned.

Great stay,very friendly staff and Great bar.Everything you need to stay in vegas in style can be found at the Platinum.

We loved the hotel. The room was wonderful as was the services. We thought the food for breakfast and lunch was really good. Everyone was so very friendly. We will go there next time we are in Las Vegas. We prefer a non-casino hotel - no smoking and quiet.

Very friendly staff in bar and restarant.

Unstisfied with the rug being dirty and the spa tub.

We liked the hotel. Location: a little far from the strip, but we knew that when we booked. We liked the kitchenette, rooms were nice, but worn. Our room smelled like fish. Maintenance tried to help with deodorizer, but is still stayed, so we received a $25. food credit, which was nice, but still did not fix the problem. We weren't informed about the location of the restaurant or other places to eat close to the hotel, or happy hours, or the pool, or anything when we checked in and we 'overheard' the girl at the desk three days later, telling someone else some of this information as they were checking in. Overall, the price was really high for what we got. The cleaning crew, maintenance were very nice and friendly. And the Valets were awesome. Front desk, mmmm so-so.

This time we ventured into the Well Spa and we are hooked! We can't wait to return. The Spa is very reasonably priced and relaxing - I love it! As usual the food was great - room service is fast and the quality good. I really like the Kilowat restaurant (breakfast & lunch only) but it's usually empty and I don't understand why - seriously love it! Oh well at least we don't have to wait for a table. I was advised through reviews to not pay for the best room but get an upgrade so unlike the first booking I tried it and when checking in asked if there were any upgraded rooms available...much to my chagrin no upgrades available! Oh well. :)

This hotel was clean, staff was friendly, helpful, and the hotel location was perfect for a family with small children. Perfect for visiting the strip, but far enough a way to enjoy some quiet times.

This is the 4th year running that my friends and I have stayed here on our annual weekend trip. The hotel has been consistently good the entire time. We don't use a lot of the amenities, but we like the condo style rooms and we usually spend some time in the bar downstairs. Valets are especially efficient and friendly, and they've gotten better at getting taxicabs quickly when we need them.

The Platinum is a walkable 1.5 blocks from the strip and the Bellagio monorail station which means it's possible to ditch your car in the hotel parking lot (which is valet only) during your entire stay and walk to strip or monorail station. Since it's off the strip, it's much more quiet and less chaotic than staying in strip hotel and even better you don't have to lug your luggage through any casino chaos to check in. The staff are friendly and helpful. Room service was great, good food, reasonable prices for room service. The room wasn't immaculately spotless but is anything in Vegas? (some hair/dirt on the bathroom floor when arrived, and I strongly recommend to wash any dishes before you use them but that's applicable to all hotels). Overall, I'd stay here again.

The hotel was just right for us. We loved the princess suite. The staff was very accommodating...making a room change, bringing us a DVD player and assorted kitchen items as needed and helping me when I was locked out. Even the bartenders were especially nice providing a much needed specially drink and conversation on Christmas Eve. They hotel even left a treat on our door on Christmas morning. The walk to the strip was fine and the hotel is on Flamingo which is basically in the center of the strip so you can explore on foot in both directions.

We come to vegas often but this was our first visit to the Platinum. We found the staff to be very friendly, room was large, and quiet. We were in a Princess Solitaire suite. We stayed another two nights at Mandalay Bay so we really appreciated the sound proofing at Platinum. At Mandalay we could hear the family next room talking. However, there were a few negatives at Platinum. First, the pool is small, and there were not enough towels for the few guests that wanted to use the pool in December. You will have to show up early to make sure to get the towels you need. Second, we found the location at Koval and Flamingo to be a problem. When exiting the hotel, you can only make right on Flamingo, away from the strip. There is only one way in and out of the hotel. We are seasoned visitors to Vegas and know how to get out and about without getting on the Strip. So, we really didn't like the Platinum location. It's not quite close enough to walk to the strip and getting in/out of the hotel is not easy.

Beautiful hotel great room excellent stay

We always stay here when in Las Vegas. A quick trip to the local store for groceries and coffee and we spend most mornings eating our breakfast and having a GOOD cup of coffee in our room. In the evening after a long day at the tables and walking around and seeing the sights you can relax on your private balcony and enjoy a nice drink (you did get some liquor while at the store didn't you).

I really enjoyed my time at The Platinum. Once I figured out the best way to get in to the entrance without flipping a Uturn I loved it! Valet Parking is very nice feature especially as I was a woman traveling alone. The fireplace and double sauna tub were amazing and I loved the fact that I could fill up the tub without running out of hot water. Great place close to The Strip, walking in the area was fine during the day, a little scary at night but there is nothing that anyone can do to fix that. I would stay here again!

We've stayed at the Platinum before and came back because we liked it so much. The suites are huge, lots of living, sleeping and bathroom space plus washer/dryer in unit and complete full sized kitchen. I almost hate to recommend it because I don't want it all booked up next time we go.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Platinum....amenities are great...loved the pool..not too busy. Suite was wonderful...liked the convenience of a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Would go back again.

Our room was huge! The bedroom was private and the bathroom had a door to the bedroom & to the living room/kitchen area - next time we'll bring the kids. The bathroom was giant. You could fit 4 people in the jacuzzi tub. The full kitchen was a nice bonus & saved us money. At first, I didn't like the valet-only parking. But they were always fast, and tipping only cost us a few dollars per day. The indoor-outdoor pool was pretty. The location was perfect since it is so close to the strip. This is a quiet, non-smoking hotel with no casino. we loved it! Price was excellent for the value.

Our first time in the USA and our first stop was the Platinum. We couldn't have been made more welcome from all the staff. The room cleaners do an excellent job and are always willing to help if you need extra towels etc. When we return to Las Vegas again, we will definitely be staying at The Platinum. I highly recommend it to all who need a quiet, smoke free spot away from all the madness on the strip :)

A none casino hotel one block back from the strip with views towards it but also has plenty of car park views before it. There is no glitz and glamour about it but we found it a great place to stay. The staff are excellent and little things like water and biscuits are free in reception. The downstairs bar is very nice and does great value food and drink. The rooms are very big, family orientated with all the facilities you could need for a self contained stay. There is a good pool and jacuzzi. It did have a few end of season bumps and scrapes but was otherwise very clean.

BEAUTIFUL ROOMS - HUGE WITH KITCHENS - WASHER & DRYER, WHIRLPOOL TUB, BALCONY FACING STRIP. FIREPLACE. 1 BLOCK FROM STRIP. WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN. CLEAN AND SPARKLING. GREAT FRONT DESK SERVICE.

Close enough to the strip. Just a 10 minute walk. Its nice to come back and get out of the crowds and the no smoking is a real plus! Go to Ellis Island around the corner for an inexpensive good breakfast!

Although first impressions of the side entrance next door to a gas station left a bit to be desired, any reservations were quickly dispelled once inside by the welcome of the staff and seeing the accommodation. All t.he hotel staff were very helpful and provided excellent service throughout our 4 night stay. The Princess suite was huge, well maintained and very good value and the big, easy to use and quick commercial grade washer/drier during a 7 week trip was very useful. A 10 minute walk took you to the middle of the Strip and Bellagio fountains. The smaller size of the Platinum compared to the Strip hotels I think made the service feel a lot more personal and it was a welcome respite from the bustle of all the casinos. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Platinum and stay again if we return to Las Vegas.

All I can say is I was very surprised and disappointed at The Platinum hotel. The hotel seemed older than what it claim to have been once inside the rooms. When I complained about the lack of cleanliness that's when things changed from that point on. I eventually checked out the very next morning It's not so private at all either, very enquiring staff at all times. Some staff were very nice & polite, but others proved differently -very visually judgmental with sarcasm. Last but no where near the lease is the "hidden" surprises once there. Please be aware!

My room had all the amenities of a small apartment and more. The kitchen was a definite plus. But the bathroom was my favorite. Extra large showerhead felt wonderful. And the separate 2 person jetted tub was amazing, not like other places that claim 2 people can fit in the tub ( yeah, if one is in the other's lap). This one actually had room for 2 people to stretch out comfortably side by side. LOVED it! We only used room service for breakfast one day, but it came exactly at the time we indicated on the card we hung on the door the night before and was delicious. The room was quiet and clean. Close enough to easily and quickly get to the strip (we had our own car, just remember money for the valet) but far enough away that we weren't affected by the lights and the noise of the strip.

Hotel is about a block and 1/2 off the strip with an excellent night view. Staff was extremely accommodating and the room was well worth the price

The hotel was Smoke Free and Non Gaming. It was dog friendly and quite excellent for the rate we paid for a suite! A quick walk through the back of Ballys and you were on the monorail!

We were upgraded to a Princess Suite and loved everything about out room: the view of the pool and the Strip, the double-size tub with jets, the comfy bed, and the quick response to any request we made. Very friendly staff and easy to get to the monorail from this hotel or walk to some great Casinos. We did LOVE that this was a non-Casino, non-smoking hotel...nice get-away from the craziness of the Strip!
