Mirrors. Everywhere. Clean, mini fridge, and large tub. Tub had the smell of chlorine on it, made bathing slightly uncomfortable than it should have been.

The stay was good,friendly staff. Location thru Hotels.com was confussing.. Once we foind out it as west it was very easy to find.

The shower curtain poll fell down along with shower curtain,they conintial breakfast was horrible the coffee wasnt hot old stele donuts,bread had flys around it on the table by bananas that wasn't ripe not very kosher

Over prized room

The hotel did not deliver what was advertized. Said that it had shuttle to cruise center with stay and park. They did shuttle us to the cruise center but said that they could not pick us up. Had to take a cab. The motel it"s self was not well kept and the first room they put us in had a broken toilet. The second room was set up for activities other than sleep (mirrors on the headboard, ceiling and one whole wall). Would not recommend.

Convenient location and great price.

It's okay for a night stay. The room key didn't work and it is from old school style. the front entrance door didn't close smoothly. Room 122 was right next to the lundray room.

The location and access to the hotel is good but then everything goes downhill. Looks like a rundown place and the look and feel is old. Although the rooms are refurbished but nothing special to write about. The carpet and the sheets looked clean but no toilet supplies provided and the tissue roll was also not stocked. Before leaving next morning we posted a sign for maid service and were disappointed to find no service being done when we retured late night. Had to call up front desk to get tissues, towels and toilet rolls. The breakfast was also very basic bread/dougnuts/fruits/juice/coffee.

Very clean room and well priced

We chose this hotel for the free parking and free breakfast and they delivered on both counts. The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean enough that I didn't think I'd get bedbugs, but the hot tub was broken when we were there, the wifi was spotty and when our toilet clogged, they demanded that we plunge it ourselves. Seriously.

what kind of hotel or motel charge for ice. the carpets need to be shampooed. i stepped on it after my shower with the towel and you can see all the build up years of traffic on the bottom of the towel. after i seen that we would not step on the carpet with our bare feet or socks.

Compared to how the other motels in the neighborhood looked, I was extremely impressed with this one. Because the price was so reasonable, I wasn't expecting a flat screen tv, frig and microwave. The hotel is a little outdated, but overall it was a comfortable stay.

a perfect place to stay, buitifull scenery of the pier and beaches. very clean and very comfortable.so close to everything.

Staff was friendly and attentive . Rooms were clean and Price was right . Didn't care much for the free breakfast but considering the rate i paid i won't complain

The hotel room was in OK condition with fridge and microwave.Pool wasn't clean and jucuzzi was not working either.

No hairdryer was included but listed in amenities. Could have got to hotel by bus but when we called the hotel they had no information about that. They just said take a taxi or super shuttle.

My overall stay was ok. the service was good and the clerk was very helpful and polite. Good price but hot tub did not work.

No problems here. Just an FYI, this room had ceiling mirrors. Nuff said.

We should have slept in the car at the beach this place was awful. The bedspread had a fishhook imbedded in it, I called the office & he sent up a replacement bedspread filled with cigarette burns. Then my wife turned on the shower and we had no hot water, I tried to call the office again but phone didn't work. The bed was hard as a rock, it felt like we were sleeping on the floor so yeah I guess it was kinda like sleeping on the beach. My overall rating would have to be a zero.

I was impressed with the hotel. They only need to repair their walkway to the rooms on the first floor.

Stayed here a few weeks back......exceeded expectations for the price. I figured I would roll the dice. The room we had last time was huge with 2 large queens. Thought it was a great value. I called ahead and requested the same room. They said no problem. We arrived, they screwed up and gave us the room below our requested room. When we walked up all the windows were open...bad sign. The room was as big as last time, but smelled like URINE!!!!! That is why the windows were open. We requested another room. Next room smelled like an ASHTRAY. Moved us again and the room was ok. 2 doubles, not 2 queens. BTW the parking lot is very small and if sold out, will not accomodate all guests. Won't go back.

The Eldorado was a fine place for the money. As far as the mirrored ceilings, my room didn't have it. I did manage to find one that was open being cleaned by the maid service. It was curious, but it wouldn't have bothered me. I have friends in the area so I'll be staying there again.

The hotel advertised transfers to the cruise ship pier and free parking for 10 days. Extended parking was available at $5 per day. Upon checking in we were told the transfers were only to the pier, not return. We would have to take a txi back to the hotel. The assigned room had a faulty toilet and when we complained to the manager he brought up a plunger for us to use. When I asked how you turned on the exhaust fan for the bathroom he said it was automatic. Ours automaticly did not work and the shower was mouldy so we asked for another room. The new room was clean and every thing worked. We though the service was terrible and the hotel is in obviously in need of repair. I would not recomend this hotel even though they allow you to park during a cruise.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it is a very convenient, cost efficient place to stay. The rooms are very decent. The lack of the availability of smoking rooms is one of the few things I can say wasn't the best. Otherwise I enjoyed the fact that the rooms have excellent flat screens and plenty of cable channels throughout. The rooms also come with refridgerators and microwaves, which is nice. I've noticed some expensive hotel rooms don't even have those. The beds aren't always the most comfortable, depending on which room you get. My last visit was also last minute so we didn't get the room we originally requested/reserved, but the service was appreciated and we still had a decent place to lay our heads. This is my "go-to" hotel when I need a place to stay and I can expect what I will get, which is satisfaction.

Ok, so my room had mirrors on the ceiling and walls and I thought I had time traveled into the 70's. It seemed like a joke. However, it was one of the most comfortable beds I had slept in, the room was very clean and it was extremely quiet.

Park and Cruise special was just as advertised except they tried to say it was changed from up to 21 days and charge us an additional charge They backed down when we pointed out the deal was up to 21 days when we booked. The free shuttle to the cruise port at San Pedro was free and easy to use. We were gone 14 days and our car was fine and there was no problems. The trip back from the cruise port was about twenty dollars by taxi. The printed in-room info still said could park free for up to 21 days for free. So double check.

Everything was satisfactory.

The corner rooms are huge and spacious, hotel receptionists was awsome and kind and gave us an extra bed for the extra people we had in the room. Didnt eat breakfast there cause we didn't have time. Parking kinda sucks but all and all i would give this entire hotel a rating of 3.8 of 5

Hotel looked clean but when you walk around in the room your feet where black on the bottom pipes make alot of noise. Rooms need alot of repair. If your going on a cruise the location is alright for the price. would not stay longer than one night. may never go back there again.

We didn't expect alot considering the low price but we were disappointed to find that in our opinion the 2.5 rating was not merited. This hotel is at the most a 2 star hotel. The reception desk staff were very friendly and the room was spacious but sparsely furnished. The table was small with only one chair and the towels were very rough, no decor to give it a homie atmosphere.If you are on a budget and the niceties aren't too important this hotel will do. They do have new flat screen tv's with HBO on Demand which we enjoyed.

It was verry convinient for our needs.

Hotel has issues. No blow dryer in room. They made me go get it. When I got there was an unhappy customer demanding his money back.

Good servce, front desk very nice and responsive. Entire parking lot on a good camera system. room was fine met our needs good central location, close to Long Beach, Rancho Palos Verdes Torrance & Redondo Beach. at a great price, wish the hot tub would have been cleaner. remodeled room and bath.

is very nice place,near to everything about 5 miles of many places.

I booked the room because of the pool the pool was dirty and the hot tub was had dirty water that smelled really bad
