Great place, great service from the transport to the front desk. 4 blocks from subway. One little detail...I'm not sure why they stopped including Bibles in room (used to be standard)...nice feature after a long day.

Awesome ethnic restaurants all around. Super super clean. Only complain is the walls are very thin and lots of sound travels (more so than I've experience in other hotels). Wifi worked.

I had the best experience staying in this hotel. Marco LaGuardia Hotel by Lexington has the best employes ever. I will recommend friends and family to stay there, and I will definitely coming back whenever I plan to visit NYC again soon! Thank you Marco LaGuardia Hotel by Lexington employes. I appreciated.

This is a GREAT hotel and their service was exceptional. I had a slight problem with the cleanliness of the room when I checked in and as soon as I told the staff they immediately moved me to a new room and apologized profusely. Mistakes happen sometimes, but how the staff reacts makes all the difference. They made it right and quickly. They also went above and beyond the call of duty in taking care of me, including helping me get to the airport on time when the shuttle was a little delayed. They were Wonderful and I highly recommend this hotel!

Could hardly sleep due to noise from the outside, and from the adjacent room (through the connecting door). Asked to be moved to a quieter room, but was refused as the hotel "was fully booked". Doubt that was the case. Ultimately, booking there turned to be a big (and expensive) mistake. Light sleepers, beware.

we were flying in late at night and didn't want to pay for a rental car until the next day so we wanted somewhere close to the airport rental car companies. The area around the hotel was a little worrisome as there was a lot of construction and it ended up being in the middle of china town, but the staff was very friendly, they bent over backwards to be helpful. It was very close to the subway, the rooms were very spacious, modern and clean. It was a little noisy at night as one of our rooms was on the main street but the other room was not and was very quite.

Driving up to the hotel we were not thrilled. It is in the middle of what seems to be a run down asian neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The hotel is very clean, the staff friendly. Parking for our car in the garage around the corner was very seamless. The only thing I can complain about is the fact that the hotel bar was already closed when we arrived back at the hotel at 11pm, even though it says it is open til midnight. Also, there did not seem to be much nightlife within walking distance. We also wanted to order food when we arrived back at the hotel and there were no restaurants open. We did end up getting ice cream and snacks at the vending machines (an ice cream vending machine!), which turned out great. I would stay here again.

this is a great hotel with terrific service. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to New York. Skip the restaurant, they are not part of the hotel and are rude and expensive.

Booked this room 3 months in advance as part of a Christmas present for my long time girlfriend. 1st the parking is public parking and the hotel does not have a lot of its own, OK no biggie. Then, when checking in the give us a room with two double beds, is this the sender 1940s? So when I go to address the issue the manger has the nerve to say that those rooms are more expensive and it is kind of an upgrade. We finally were moved to a king room but if this room is deluxe, I don't want to see what a regular room is. Its half the size of the previous room. Moving past that we attempted to eat at the restaurant but they had 90% booked for a party and the when we sat at the bar, we were ignored. Finally, the morning, I was told out breakfast was included and it wasn't but you get 10% off at the restaurant. No thank you. Worst experience ever and I will never stay at this hotel again. P.s. The walls are thin.

Our flight was cancelled, so we found this as a place to sleep, but it turned out to be more. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel and several within walking distance. Room was nicely appointed with microwave, fridge and coffee pot. This is very close to LaGuardia if you are looking for a nearby hotel. According to the staff, this hotel was built new 6 years ago, so it's beautifully done.

the free wi-fi didn't quite work out as I couldn't get connected due to "number of connections for this hotel have been met...please try again later" comments. Also the neighborhood and hotelk itself was noisy; they were vacuming the hallways at 6pm. Otherwise the staff was friendly and the bedding was A-quality.

Overall cleanliness and service was adequate. After reading previous reviews, I was really looking forward to dining in the Magna restaurant. The reviews were over rated. The food was decent, but nothing exceptional in my opinion. My biggest disappointment was the parking. When I booked my room, I specifically was told that a parking pad would be available. I took this to mean that a parking spot would be available for me as a guest. Bad assumption on my part. Parking was available in a garage at an additional $22/night. If that wasn't bad enough, they charged me extra if I left the garage and returned. What a rip off. I realize that parking in New York is a challenge, but I specifically selected this hotel because I was led to believe that parking was included. This will be my last stay at the Marco Hotel.

The front desk lady was very helpful and tended to our needs. Had great time.

This a nice hotel to stay if you have business in Chinatown Flushing. The rooms are clean. There is a garage connected to it. Forget the price for parking, but was not shocked :)

The Marco is convenient to LGA, they have a free shuttle, and the companion restaurant, Magna, serves up some wonderful NY Italian food..Rooms and bedding are superior, however the hotel faces busy Northern Boulevard so you might request a room at the rear, as the constant public safety responses are quite loud.

this hotel is always the first choice whenever our fds came to visit. But during holiday season, its price becomes very unreasonable which makes us to consider the other hotels around the area. Overall, the room is clean, convenient location, and many decent Asian food around and nice places to hang out.

The room size and location are very nice to us. However, the hotel is not a Non-Smoking hotel so when they over-booked, you will get a Smoking room that you really do not want. Even they offered and used the air cleaner but the smoking smell still there on the pillows and in the room. ** I would say we suffered during the night that we stayed. We only stayed for one-night and did not think the effort of arguing was worthy. ** Not sure why they want to offer Smoking room since all the branded hotel chains are all converted to Non-Smoking Hotels.

room and hotel are lovely. the hotel staff was kind enough to open a bottle of wine i had but balked at the idea of lending me a wine glass. they instead offere me a paper cup. the hotel manager then proceeded to steal my deposit. I admit i smoke a lot but i did not do so in the room. she insisted the smell was proof and took my money and embarassed me in front of everyone.

I would have liked someone to greet me as I arrived and offer to carry my rolling suitcase up the stairs so I wouldn't have to go searching for the ramp.

Free hotel suttle from La Guardia Air Port is a plus, customer service is good, friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient as it's near to airport and little china town Flushing with lots of restaurants, bakery shops and subway to TimeSquare & Manhattan. Will definately pick this hotel the next time we travel to NY.

I booked this hotel simply because it was so close to LaGuardia Airport. After being stuck in New Jersey for three extra days following Hurricane Sandy, I wanted to make sure I got to the airport early so I wouldn't miss my flight. The Marco hotel was a 5-minute FREE shuttle ride away from the airport and it was clearly a better choice over the other available hotels in the area. I was a little uneasy when I was driving through the surrounding neighborhood but once I got to the hotel I felt much better - it is the hotel that many flight attendants and pilots stay at. I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you plan in visiting New York City. Spend a few extra bucks and give yourself the true NY experience. It's just not the same. The service was good and the staff was friendly. If you book directly through the hotel, you receive a complimentary breakfast in the neighboring restaurant - Magna, which was quite good for dinner. The room was clean and, even though I could hear some noise from the street, it wasn't overbearing! You're in a big city and there's always traffic so I expected a little commotion. For a one night stay before a flight out of LaGuardia, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great little hotel. The location wasn't quite what we expected but not a real far walk from a subway ride into the city. For the price it was very clean and very comfortable with nice extras. Great little restaurant downstairs.

This hotel was very clean and very comfortable in the heart of bustling Flushing just a few blocks from the 7. I don't know how old the building is but it is very well maintained. Room was large, mattress was great.

Very convenient shuttle between LaGuardia and the hotel, available until midnight to accommodate late check-ins. Front desk staff, concierge, and shuttle drivers all very friendly and helpful. Boutique hotel room was spacious enough for two people, clean, and comfortable with a flat screen TV. In the middle of the Queens Chinatown, so a perfect location to enjoy Asian restaurants (including vegetarian-only) and bakeries. 5 blocks from subway line #7. Caution: Italian restaurant connected to the hotel does not have clearly posted times for the end of breakfast and the beginning of lunch. If you're a light sleeper, earplugs are a must because of the busy street traffic. Must be 21 to check-in, even if you purchased your reservation through a third-party website.

Hi, this is an excellent hotel which offers free wi-fi and shuttle to and from LaGuardia (as long as your flight arrives before midnight). It can take up to 1 hour to get to Manhattan on the 7 subway station, which is a short four block walk, especially on the weekend if track work is going on. As for the neighborhood, it's vibrant downtown Flushing - a Chinatown. I felt perfectly safe walking to and from the hotel at any time of the day or night.

The people were VERY friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar were an added bonus. Great food and drink always adds to a good stay!

Very pleased. Room and hotel were clean. The room was a little small (two double beds) for two couples, but the bathroom was very large. It might have been a handicapped room. We were very satisfied and would stay there again because it is so easy to get into and out of the downtown area for a reasonable subway fee.
