. I had high hopes for this hotel. It was nice but I will never stay here again. I picked this hotel because it looked nice and came with a very good price. However upon arrival I was told about other charges I would have to pay, for example I would have to pay extra for my kids even though they were on my reservations (I paid in full in advance) and if I wanted the pots and pans to go with my kitchenette I would have to pay extra for those. The staff was nice but had a very, it's not my problem attitude about things. The day we left we needed a taxi and since our room phone was down we asked the front desk to call one for us. The next morning we were surprised to find our taxi cab fair was being doubled because even though we informed the front desk about needing one at around 1900 they didn't choose to call until 0100. There is random other stuff that I just don't feel like going in to detail about. Bottom line, call and ask about all their hidden fees and get all the details about their bus to the parks because it only runs once a day at some random time and its expensive. If you don't you might as well just stay somewhere else because you may just make up the cost difference in fees.

Nice hotel we drove to the park as advised by receptionist just as cheap to park as it would have been using buses the only real complaint is the lack of cooking equipment impossible to cook with only one saucepan, no kettle or toaster. Also the pillows are a joke . Apart from that couldn't fault it.

hotel is what you would expect for a 3*. Good value for money, would be disappointed if we had paid more. The only complaints are the lack of pans in the kitchen(only 1 pan to cook with) would have liked a kettle to make tea/coffee, also a toaster would have made our stay better, as it would have been nice to have toast for breakfast. Also the pillows are rubbish, hardly worth having, if you drive, take your own. Very clean, lovely shower, comfy bed. 10 minute drive to Disney car park

Very basic hotel to visit Disneyland Paris. Don't expect luxury but it is affordable and convenient. Bus stop right at hotel to take bus #42 to Marne La Valee station which is right at Disneyland. But read the bus schedule and plan accordingly otherwise you can face long waits between buses. But it's a fraction of the cost of the shuttle. Val d'Europe station is the bus in the other direction (or even within walking distance) where there are lots of stores and restaurants.

Within easy reach of Disneyland Paris and the shopping centre is a drive away by car. However, there is very little within walking distance of the hotel. Rooms were basic and there was no bar. There was free WIFI and very good connection. Not easy to get to if you want to travel to Paris as stations are a drive away.

No bed, no shower. I know it's cheap but I expect every hotel room to have a bed and a shower

We stayed here for 3 nights to visit disneyland and to go into paris itself. Easy to find and in a very quiet location, which is always a bonus. The room was ideal for us, 4 adults and a toddler, although the carpet was rather stained and we no kettle...everything else was good value for money..the staff were also great. Ideal location for disneyland, 10 min drive and the shuttle is available for a small fee from right outside the hotel. One night we wanted to order a pizza and our french lingo was not great so the staff on duty very kindly ordered for us. The only problem we had was trying to get the car back into car park at night when the only member of staff was on a break...we were stuck outside for 30mins. All in all tho a good hotel and i would definately return.

A bit disappointed with this hotel. Quality of the service very poor. Continental breakfast become croissant and coffe...? Would not come back again.

Great for what we needed, close to station for day trip to Paris. Room well equipped, pillows could do with being replaced. Reception team helpful and pool area a god send after a long journey. Bakery not open on Monday mornings!

overall its fair. the walk way floor carpets do need some changing, there are heavy old stains mostly everywhere.

Not very pleasant experience. Cleaning of rooms were charged, rooms very hot and A/C apparently not working. Shuttle not available during early part of the day.

Excellent, relaxing, comfortable and kids enjoyed well. Only problem that water cattle for tea was required.

The hotel was nice, nice to have a shuttle and all. The front desk was usually very helpful and spoke well english! Only bad part was location, to far from anything we wanted to travel to and the bus stopped running around 9:30sh so it was inconvenient.

Stay was good, Room could of been cleaned better each day,Contintal breakfast could of been better,THE HOTEL SIGN NEEDS PUTTING AT STREET LEVEL NOT ON ROOF WHEN DRIVING HARD TO SEE ALSO ON A ROUNDABOUT.

Family with 6 year old and 4 year old. Fantastic for staying near Disney with children. Kitchenette very useful saving fortune on eating out. Pool enjoyable. Pictures don't do it justice and area pleasant. Hugh downfall was comfort of beds. Otherwise would give it a higher rating.

The hotel is ideally located for Disney. The family room was a decent size with good facilities. The pool area was great. However, our toilet was broken and despite repeated promises to fix it, they never did. Breakfast was chaos. The lack of staff meant that we were cleaning a table for ourselves each morning, and then having to ask for the various buffet items to be replenished.

This is a OK hotel only 6 kilometer from Disneyland parks, but to be honest it wasn't many hours we were on the hotel.

We had a great family vacation at this hotel, especially close to Disney land. This hotel is good value for money, and comfortable except stains on the carpet which are not a big deal.

The room is nice the downside is the sofa bed which is quite hard and heavy to fold I think they should change it to a sofabed just like in travelodge in UK and also the aircon is only on fan mode so its quite uncomfortable to sleep but over all it in an average accomodation...

A basic hotel, in a good location for Disney. Nice pool, small breakfast area, comfortable rooms.

Was alright, nothing serious

we didnt stay, we left immediately. we went in, waited over 30minutes to get served, girl at desk was having a personal conversation and ignored the people in line. / we finally got served, went up to our room, which was for (4) a suite, bed was damaged, upon bringing this to someone's notice, we were then 'downgraded' to a small room with a couch (no bed) - and downgrade in what we had paid and organised online. / upon reportig this to the desk, they didnt care and told us to go elsewhere.

If you want it close to Disneyland and cheap and don't mind it basic then stay here. If you're fussy, then go somewhere else, and pay a lot more. Simple as that really.

We chose this hotel primarily for it's price and proximity to Charles De Gaulle airport. CDG ended up being a 40 minute drive in rush hour traffic, but it met our needs from that perspective. We stayed in one of the 3 bedroom apartments. The rooms were very small, extremely basic in terms of furnishings and ours was pretty badly battered due to heavy use. The walls, doors and furniture had chips or other damage. The shower bracket had fallen off, forcing the user to hold the shower head to wash. The most egregious aspect was the carpet which was extremely worn and dirty with many stains. My wife was extremely unhappy with the room primarily for this reason and would not stay there again. AC on cool actually did the opposite so we turned it off and opened the windows which would not have been an option in the summer. We were tired and stayed for just one night so did not want to press the AC issue or the carpet. The hotel staff sported handy badges showing the languages they spoke which was helpful. The hotel has two parking lots each side with large iron gates which you need to request to be opened via intercom. This lead us to believe the surrounding area was not safe (it appeared to be fine) and made entry and exit more complicated. In order to leave you have to drive up to the gate and wait to be spotted on CCTV before being allowed to exit. New arrivals frequently parked blocking the locked gate and then disappeared to check in which prevented us from leaving.

Overall, I can't say I was satisfied with this hotel. Although it had a nice pool and the hotel looked modern and inviting, the room hadn't been cleaned before we arrived. The shuttle was a bonus and the driver was friendly but the breakfast was minimal and could be improved.

Pros: very close to disneyland, free parking and free breakfast Cons: evening staff hardly speak english, poor breakfast menu, no business service like printing etc.

The rooms definetly need a new carpet and new furniture.The swimming was close even the outside temperature was very hi. Very poor breakfast. I will never stay again in this hotel.

the stuff were very kind ,the room is a littlebit small but in general it was ok and i recommend others .it s a good 3 stars hotel.

Friendly and very helpful staff, good breakfast, room basic but comfortable. Would certainly stay again.

they change blankets and do beds,clean. but since we entered the room the tables were dirty, and the floor was not clean at all, & it stayed like this until we left. that's my only down point there otherwise all the rest is perfect

This is more of a residence as the name suggests than a hotel. It is very close to Disneyland but you need to either have a car or take the bus #43 to get there. The hotel provides a shuttle which is 7 euros per room. It is a pain to locate the residence the first time, but once you find it it, is a straight shot from Val de Europe shopping mall. The outside looks much nicer than the inside. The carpet in the halls need serious and immediate replacement. They are torn and so are the wall papers. Make sure you use the underground parking which is free, as the ground parking is small and fills up very fast. The room has a stove, a microwave, and a fridge. We bought groceries from Auchan which is a very large store located at Val de Europe shopping mall. There is free internet in the residence but at night it is extremely slow. It is best to use it early in the morning. The breakfast was available for 7 euros per person but we did not try it. I am not sure what is up with the Paris showers having only half of the glass that covers it. When taking a shower, the entire bathroom gets wet. They had nice toiletries for guests to use. We stayed there for two nights and for the price that we paid (compared to the rest of the hotels in the area) we found a god value.

Highly recommended,good for the price,most of the staff are friendly.management needs to review the following:change of pillows to good ones,pillows are rather too flat,provision of shower curtains,maintenance and regular checking of facilities e.g cooker,fridge etc as the cooker in my room was not working and had to change room,provision of satellite for tv due to language barrier,provision of wall clock especially at reception area.Other wise the hotel is good and highly recommended

The location,price/value and the layout of the appartment-rooms was very good. But the room was VERY dirty. We were glad we didn't have a crawling baby with us. The carpet hadn't been vacuum cleaned for weeks it seemed. There was still food leftovers...disgusting!! After complaining we took the vacuum cleaner and cleaned ourselves. And you need to bring your own pillows. But we had a great time,the two seperate bedrooms and the livingroom were perfect for us and the three kids. We would go back there.

The fold out bed was rather hard and bumpy. The room was small but functional. We purchased a 7 day 5-zone Metro pass and took the bus everyday into the train station. The bus (#43) dropped us off right in front of the hotel a regular stop. The Val de Europe train & bus station is only 2 stops from the hotel. There is a huge shopping mall with the biggest super market I've ever seen. We picked up all of our cooked in the hotel room meals there. There is a number of places to eat at the Val De Europe. The train into Paris (RER A) was quick about 45 minutes. We discovered that the high speed train came into the Disneyland Paris train station... Coming we suffered with the metro 1 hr 30 minutes and the high speed train to CDG was only 10 minutes. The staff at the hotel had OK English. The breakfast was basic but worked for us.

Very nice facility in a convenient location,the staffs are brilliant always available.. 9 out of 10 from me.

Clean hotel with free parking. Had a hob, microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. A bit cold but a heater was provided. Had to pay 1 euro per adult per night which was a bit of a surprise. The wifi was not working in room so had to access it from lobby. Lamp in 2nd bedroom was not working even though it was reported. TV reception in room was poor. The pillows were too soft and limp. Take washing up liquid and sponge. Overall good value for money

I guess there's a reason the star rating is not available. I was uneasy the moment we stepped off the elevator into a hallway with unmaintained carpets and walls. Thankfully, the bathroom had been clean/wiped down but the floors were full of dust. I was so uncomfortable with the dirtiness that I couldn't sleep. I wouldn't stay here again, even if it's a quick night stop over like we had. I would pay a few more euro to stay somewhere clean and comfortable.
