Sterling Resorts- Twin Palms - פנמה סיטי ביץ'

Overall this property is in excellent shape. sweet pool, hot tub, beach access, very clean and great value. the rooms all face the gulf with the most breathtaking view you can imagine. private beach access. I would go back to this property without any hesitation in the future.

very happy with the room we had. only needed a broom to sweep the tile for the sand. great view and nice kitchen.

Very nice rooms with great views of the beach. The furnishings were modern and very comfortable. The location was great. Close to lots of attractions and restaurants. It was much nicer than I expected and I would stay there next time!

My husband, I and our two children stayed at a one bedroom condo at this resort. We stayed in mid August 2011. The ocean front balcony was very nice. We ate breakfast out on it daily, lunch once, and several times we just sat our there. It was very calming and peaceful. Our bed was very comfortable, and our kids loved their bunkbeds. I loved that it had two bathrooms and a door that separated our sleeping area from thiers. The only negative thing I could even say is that the floors b/c of them being tile got dirty with sand and you couldnt really sweep it up and so had to keep shoes or sandals on at all times. All in all we were very pleased. We are very picky. Cleanliness is very important it was very neat and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we couldve stayed longer.

We liked the hotel - we didnt like the pool area wished the room had carpet Other than that we liked it:)

I really enjoyed my stay at sterling twins palms especially the beach front view and it is in the heart of all the action. We had a spacious 2 bedrm condo wit fully loaded kitchen that we enjoyed and walmart is walking distance!!! The only downside to my stay was that our a/c was broken the first 2 nights and someone came to check it out but didntt fix it! I had to complain to get moved to a different condo where the a/c worked for the remainder of my stay but overall i loved it!

Without Wi-Fi or interner and a phone for me to use and work. I hope Twin Palm sould be have the equipments for information. Thanks a lot,

Check in is a little confusing, the condo still had wet carpet when I checked in. It was clean over all. In regards to Maint, several light bulbs are burned out, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom only ran on high and no pull chain to change the speed, the light did not work, neither did one of the lamps on the night stand, two of the four bulbs were burned out in one bathroom. In the master bedroom three of the blinds were missing off of the sliding glass door, I did find spares under the love seat and repaired. Everything thing else was just like home. Nice location on the beech, good pool. The other guest like to srart there partying after midnight though so we were awakend several times, but overall a nice vaction spot.

Everything was amazing, the staff, the room, the view, and the price. Thanks.

Very nice, plush! Condo environment is very nice, and in the heart of Panama City Beach.

I have stayed at the twin palms before always a great place to stay. However this time i think the cleaning service skip on cleaning the floors. You couldn't walk in the room without your feet turning black

I guess we've been spoiled by "name" hotels with good to excellent customer service, and check-in counters manned by smiling faces and warm voices. At the Waterstone Twin Palms, we were greeted by a piece of typing paper stuck on the door of a dark, locked office that had a phone number on it to call for after hours check-in, but this was in the middle of the week in the middle of the day. We called that number about 7 times, even left my cell phone number on their answering machine but they never called back. Finally on the 8th try, I got an apologetic voice instructing me to drive up 2 miles to the Calypso Hotel and check in at their counter. Good thing we brought our car along with us on this trip. When we finally got up to our room, we thought maybe it was all worth waiting for. Spacious, clean, and everything in order... except for the stuck balcony door that kept us from that fantastic oceanside view we paid for and couldn't enjoy until they came and fixed it on the last day of our stay. Other than that everyyhing else was absolutely wonderful.
