Quality Inn & Suites Bandera Pointe - סן אנטוניו

Look, I got this hotel room for $50 a night; and as 50 dollar rooms go this one was great. The staff was courteous and helpful, the room was clean, plenty of pillows, decent bathroom size, and it's in a good area.

You pay for what you get.

I was having work done on my house. I needed someplace affordable and easy to get to and from in rush hour traffic. This location filled the bill perfectly. The breakfast buffet was better than expected.

I thought the front desk staff were excellent, very knowledgeable and the complementary breakfast was great. I thought the room service could have been better, but was adequate. Overall my stay was great.

The room cost with a hot breakfast was a GREAT bargain. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ida & John. Due to work being done on my house, I needed a temporary place to stay. This QI didn't disappoint. Ensure you try the texas-shaped waffles!

I thought the rooms were slightly cramped. We also stepped out and when we returned later that evening the room still had not be tended to. Hotel was clean and overall it was decent for the cost.

Our parties arrived on two separate days & stayed in a total of 3 rooms. NONE of the rooms were ever available at check in time. My microwave was filthy. The ironing board in another room was in pieces. I left an item when we checked out (yes, I know this was my fault), but I called numerous times, was always told someone would call me back & they never did. After the fourth or fifth phone call I was told they couldn't find it. Yes, it is less exspensive than area motels, but there's a reason it is!!

My stay was for three nights. The location was fine where restaurants, shopping and entertainment was nearby and the room was generally clean...not super spot, eat off the floor, clean, but decent. The hot tub and pool are warmed but not kept up (clean) from what we could see when we tried getting in one evening. The maid staff did not change the sheets our entire stay, but did make the bed (the duvet cover anyway). Kind of made me wonder if they even cleaned the bathroom, but I did not want to ask.

Mr friend and I chose this hotel for its rating and price. It lived up to its great rating. Ida at the front desk was quick to help me with a double booking issue and Gloria, who took care of the breakfast made us smile. they were both very professional and took pride in their jobs. There was a cute, well maintained play area with a grill in the front of the property. The lobby was neat and updated. The breakfast was typical make your own waffle type fare, but it was fresh and well maintained. At first set, the beds seemed a little hard, but we both got good nights sleep and decided they were OK. It is in a pleasant, quiet location. The pillows are a bit odd, kinda small, but not enough to take away from a pleasant stay. The shower was great. If you are interested in this price point and a good, pleasant nights sleep - I would highly recommend this Inn.

The staff went above and beyond to help my family while desling eith a family emergency. Though the hotel was doing renovations / repairs, the staff was always willing to help. I will be going back to this hotel!

The hotel was ok, but it was noisy. The room walls and the door seemed paper thin and you could hear people walking and talking in the hallway. You could also hear the person in the next room. The breakfast was good, the service was good, and the people working there were friendly. The price was also good.

Outstanding looking to stay again very soon

It was great except dog handlers were given rooms on the floor above us and they were jumping their dogs all night with continual thumping on our ceiling. We complained to the front desk about it multiple times, but it did not remedy the situation. They also came and went throughout the night...and slammed doors all the time.

We only stayed 1 night yet the pool and park were perfect for a quick trip. Staff was really nice and I loved how there were ice cream machines--yet dippin dots machine was broken-- was bit of a bummer--otherwise great QUICK place to stay at!

I really wanted to love this hotel! The location and price were great! The breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful, the playground was wonderful and my girls loved the heated pool! However, these were the hardest beds I have ever slept on! My body actually ached all night and the next day. The bathroom light switch was on the outside of the bathroom. This meant that at night, you had to turn the light on and then close the door which disturbed the others in your room. It had the loudest commode that I’ve ever heard, and the sink wasn’t in the bathroom, but in the bedroom, which again disturbed others at night. You could easily hear conversations from the hall and the rooms on both sides, and walking from the room above. The closet was small – not even as wide as my shoulders, and the pillows were these hard little squares. Again, I really wanted to love this hotel because of the location and price, but because of the beds and bathroom we won’t be staying here again.

Just went for a weekend trip with my kids and for the most part, not a bad place to stay. I spend very little time in hotels when I travel because you should be out enjoying your trip, not hanging at the hotel. Location is great, lots of restaurants close by and not too far from Sea World. My biggest complaint was the bed. I can't give above 3 stars solely based on them. They were hard and the pillows were small, made for a long night of tossing and turning trying to get comfortable. Get some better mattresses Quality Inn. Probably wouldn't stay there again unless I brought something else to sleep on. I think a sleeping bag on the floor would be just as comfortable as the beds were. If you dont mind a nice firm mattress, you shouldn't have a problem though.

Good value for the price. Convenient to highway, restaurants and shopping. Assigned a room that had not been cleaned, but was given another room right away by excellent front desk staff.

Staff was courteous, professional and friendly. Very clean hotel and easily located from major areas of need. Had all the required amenities that was needed as well without having to request for it upon check in.

The room was fine. Location is great as its close to Sea World. But I wouldn't stay there if I was going to spend any time in the hotel, except while asleep.

The beds were great. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I had was my room needed a good cleaning. The coffee pot was very dirty. They did have a fridge and microwave in the room which I did not expect but really appreciated because I was traveling with a 3 year old. Overall it was a good stay.

The regular price for this hotel was 108/nt, so when we saw it on sale for $47 we thought it'd be a major steal! What a mistake! The hotel was way out of way and the room was very small and seemed dirty. Upon walking into the room, our a/c unit was detached from the wall and we could see outside, they fixed it immediately, so that was good! The walls and door to the room were dirty, not to mention the size of the bathroom and look of the tub! Plus guests actually had the windows to their rooms open ( I thought hotels rooms couldn't do this for safety purposes???) it felt like we stayed at a motel! Granted for the price we paid it was ok, but being that it was "on sale" and the reg price was over 108... It was a major disappointment! Will never stay at a quality inn again!

I had booked two rooms for three days and was happy with the one, but the one my parents had the cleaning staff had missed a bottle in the TV stand and some garbage that had been left in a corner under one of the chairs. After mentioning to the front desk staff it was still there the next day. The hotel is a little out of the way, but we felt that at the price that it was still a great value.

Great price for a nice, clean hotel. Nice free breakfast included.

Ida and all of the staff were great! they definitely went the extra mile of customer service for us. the king bed was comfy the pillows were small but comfy, when I was reading other reviews before choosing the location I was kind of nervous about staying here but it was the perfect location in many ways, i'm sure if I had scoured the room over I could have found some things that needed to be done or fixed but that was not why I was there, the room was clean, it smelled good, the towels were on the small side but nice and soft, I liked the sink and mirror on the outside of the bathroom, there were plenty of mirrors and good light, I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will most likely stay again

Rooms were very nice the only thing drain to the sink was a little clogged and coffee condiments were not brought to the room everyday. Beside that it was a very pleasant stay Thank You!

My 2 queen bed room is clean, nice and got a 40 inches LCD TV. Breakfast is same as other hotels. There are a lot of restaurant in that area but you have to make a u turn. It only takes few minutes. Price is cheap but hotel is good. I'll stay here again

the hotel was well kept, the furniture was modern, the bed was comfortable and the price was right.

This hotel was very fast at check in and out. The room was very clean and the king bed was very comfortable. The location is kind of "middle of nowhere" and you have to go take a turn around to get back to the bandera area. The breakfast was not too great; at least not as good as its described. But overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice and clean. Located in a safe area, but on a main intersection. Difficult to access b/c there was only one way in and out.

my stay was a little uncomfortable the pillows on the bed were sofa pillows not pillows for a bed the matteres was very hard and their was a bump on the left side of matteres. the breakfest was very good but i will not stay at your hotel again with the mattress and small pillows

Hated that it was right off highway 410 hard to get n e where cuz of traffic....otherwise this is my favorite place to stay so far in san antonio!!!

Hotel was clean enough and comfortable enough for the brief stay that I was there. The value was definitely appearant. I would probably not stay here for a longer stay. The staff that I did encounter was friendly and helpful!
