This spot is a great value. The service is great and room was clean, what more could you expect for the price!?

Overall the hotel was great and what I was looking for on this trip. I wanted a reasonably priced, clean hotel. I would have given it all 5s but for the fact that it got missed for a daily cleaning so it was a little disappointing to see my bed not made and no fresh towels. I mentioned it to the the staff and no credit or coupon was given to make up for this oversight. That was disappointing. The complimentary breakfast was fine but could not enjoy much of it as there were very few gluten free items.

Clean hotel and very friendly employees. Had a great stay.

We enjoyed most aspects of the hotel, with the exception that the water pressure wasn't very strong, and it took a while to figure out the hot water in the shower, which wasn't very hot. Other then that, it was quiet, clean, comfortable and our room had a fridge, microwave, free movie channels and free wi-fi with no password set up! We were also down the street from a busy shopping strip and within 15km of our final destination.

Great room, wonderful service, awesome people. Hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was very tasty. Loved the waffles. Great experience.

we travel to this area about once a month, I found the hotel clean and very friendly, but felt the cost for a room was too high.

This was our 45th Anniversary weekend. The hotel simply added to what and how we celebrated. Thanks for everything!

Overall, I was very impressed during my stay at this hotel. Because I was looking for something as inexpensive as possible, I opted for this two-star hotel. I think the star rating should be changed, however. I think it could pass for higher. The staff was friendly, my room was much larger than I expected, and breakfast was great. I was glad to see that my room had a really nice television, a decent sized fridge, a microwave, coffee maker, and lots of space. Not to mention, it was extremely clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was continental, but it included homemade waffles and other great options. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I was ever in the area.

good for staying one night, even if we were waked with sound in the corridor

The view was very pleasant with a view of the Bay of Quinte. We were only minutes to downtown and restaurants. Room was very nice and made the stay enjoyable.

we foun the room clean and comfortable. the continental breakfast was more than sufficient and very very good. My son had waffles and loved them. we have no complaints at all. Thank you.

Excellent stay!! Your employee on the front desk "Vicki" on the evening of our arrival was wonderfully courteous and helpful. She had a sunny disposition and was always available for some of our questions. She did her job with a smile and pleasant disposition.

Room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast spread was better than i expected - waffle maker! The hotel grounds extend all the way to the river and we enjoyed watching the little rabitts playing, but there are no real facilities to enjoy the surroundings.

We only stayed one night as we were travelling, but we had a perfectly enjoyable time there. The town is a delight,with regard to restaurants, activities, exploration.

We enjoyed our stay it was excellent in all respects

This hotel is very convenient if you have business at CFB Trenton. It is perfectly fine but has been used over the past couple of years by work crews working at the Base and it is getting quite worn, especially in the public spaces. The owners need to stay on top of this or it will become much less desirable for others and will affect business once the work at the Base is done and the crews leave.

I stay at this hotel each time I travel to Trenton. Each visit is always welcoming and very satisfactory. Thank you once again. GC

Though the room it self was very clean, when I went to get a coffee cup out of the cupboard, one of the cups was chiped and the other cup was dirty(it had been washed, but not fully) The over all appearance of this hotel was that it is ran down. The hotel clerks count has a long crack in it. The back entrance where we entered, was dull and drab. There was a flower arrangement, but it looked like it was very old or not kept up. The surrounding outside area at back enterance could of been alittle more appealling(grass had not been cut for some time)

Qveralll the rooms were quite comfortable. The staff were very helpful with all the little problems that we encountered. (eg. dead batteries for remote) The cleaning staff were very professional and they listened to the guests requests and did their best to accommadate them.

Huge garbage bin at the rear entrance of the hotel emits a terrible stench all over the parking spaces and into the windows. The hotel needs more management attention, the personnel is lacking friendliness and attention to customers

Construction worker's where staying on the same floor then me. Lots and lots of noise well after midnight. I Talked to the management about the situation. Results, after a talk with the, it stop for about five minutes and wnt back as it was. Te next morning I was told that they would take care of the situation... IN OTHER WORDS A VERY BAD NIGHT

Chambre propre et lit confortable. Appels interurbains gratuits partout au Canada. Déjeuner continental bien garnie. Hotel près de la base militaire de Trenton et à proximité du Musée de l'aviation. Entrée gratuite soit dit en passant.

Chambre très confortable excellent déjeuner malheureusement l'accueil de la réceptionniste le matin à été inexistant elle ne nous a même pas dis bonjour peut être à cause de la langue? Mais ce n'est pas acceptable ça a refroidi notre séjour dommage car on a bien aime l'hôtel
