Embassy Suites Charlotte-Concord/Golf Resort & Spa - קונקורד

Everything was great!

Stayed at this hotel prior to doing the NASCAR Driving Experience. Less than 5 minutes from the track made it a perfect location. The employees spoke when passing them and were very friendly. Buffet breakfast was good along with the managers reception which provided two free beverages with chips, dip and vegetables. Would definitely stay here again!!

I loved the hotel and everything about it, except the food. You should consider the chicken wings without the distasteful batter or not overlooking the fries. The pizza left a lot to desired also.. Otherwise beautiful decor and scenery.

Great hotel, very nice rooms, good breakfast too,,the shuttle drivers were very nice and helpful..took me right to the gate

A great experience with absolutely no problems.

My family and I traveled to Concord, NC during the kids spring break. There wasn't anything special going on, but we wanted to stay someplace comfortable and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay at the Embassy, and this Embassy Suites was the first that we stayed at where there were 2 bedrooms suites. Very comfortable for a family of 5. My husband and I could have our space and the kids their space. The whirlpool was great, the kids loved the pool, and a full breakfast each morning was great! Couldn't have ask for a better stay.

We really enjoyed the hotel, restaurant, and amazing spa. Didn't get I to the pool because it was full of small children even late at night.

Everything was great!

We only stayed one night, but wished it had been more. The bed was so comfortable, we slept really well. The only criticism I could give is that my children were uncomfortable on the sofa bed. The breakfast was great and all the staff was wonderful. We will stay there again.

Very nice! Clean room, pool was nice, breakfast was fantatstic.

Only issue really had nothing to do with the hotel, road construction on 85, made it difficult sometimes to get around. Hotel and service, very good.

The staff was knowledgable and very friendly

The hotel was very nice inside rooms were cleam. The morning breakfast n room service was the best just didnt get the room i wanted n the request of a balcony altho my overall stay was a nice experience

The only issue I had was when I asked a lady at the front desk to have someone bring up extra wash clothes and forks and the items were never sent. Very nice hotel. Breakfast was great.

Excellent

My stay was excellent with one exception-a big one! Housekeeping did not clean my room on the following day until 5pm and I had to call to let them know that my room had not been cleaned. When they finally arrived, they did not do a good job. However, when I check into my room it was emaculate.

The hotel was beautiful. Definitely worth the money. We plan to return. There is a lot of places to go that are close by. You have to try the spa...it was amazing!

Came for the NASCAR Summit. The hotel met and exceeded every expectation. Can't say enough, good food, wonderful rooms. Great conference center

Nice hotel with beautiful decor. Front desk staff were nice & professional. Great breakfast and free happy hour. The only issue we encountered was housekeeping. We slept in one morning and left at noon. We asked the front desk to ensure our room was cleaned and they said they'd be sure it was done. You can imagine our displeasure when we returned to an unclean room later that night.

We all had a blast! Our daughter lives in Concord but it has gotten to be a tight squeeze in her home over holidays. Our grand daughter's birthday was the following week so we decided to have a little "mini vacation" with our two older grandchildren for three days over Thanksgiving. We were still able to have a wonderful Thanksgiving feast at her in-laws. We all used the incredible amenities often. The breakfast buffet is awesome! As was the manager's reception every evening. We also used the pool, hot tub, fitness center and arcade and enjoyed it a lot.. Plus our grand daughter got a birthday manicure in the beautiful spa. We hope to return again and again!

Frank was great to take us to and from our 5k event! The entire experience was wonderful.

Hotel and room looks nice. We ordered room service and everything but the soup was cold. The Next morning we went down for breakfast and there was one person clearing tables so after walking around searching for a clean table we ended up cleaning our own table and by that time our food was again cold.

Excellent room , nice hotel. One small complaint... The suites have hd tv's but low def cable. get the hd feed in the rooms! come on man!!!

The hotel is nice, quiet. There was trash on the floor in the room when I checked in and it remained there until I left. the coffee and towels used were partially replaced. The included breakfast was not very good but it was free so there's that.

My third stay there. Everything is always perfect!

Loved the location!

The hotel was very nice and the staff was great. My only down point would be that the double beds are really small and they dont have queen size beds at this location.The sleeper sofa bed was bigger then the main room bed. All of the king suites were booked since people were in town for the convention. One the other hand you do get free breakfast and the kids really enjoyed it.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The location was great, right off the 85 North and South! The breakfast buffet was wonderful, along with the cocktail hours from 5-7. Very nice.

This hotel was great but our vehicle was broken into in the parking lot. Security isn't good at all and the officers that responded to our issue stated that this was a HORRIBLE area for vehicle break ins. The hotels naturally don't want you to know this because they want you to stay there. We stayed here at the beginning of the DNC in Charlotte so security was hightened.....I guess just not enough. The lighting in the parking lot isn't great and there are no security cameras. The hotel took absolutely no responsiblity nor did they share much concern about it. If it weren't for the vehicle theft, I would have nothing negative to say about our stay.

Love this place bc it has everything. Huge pool, most are nowhere near this size and a huge hot tub. Very well maintained also. Front desk staff is always super nice and the free breakfast has everything. You have to try the chips and ranch at the restaurant, served at lunch with your meal complimentary. Nearby is Texas Roadhouse with a great $7.99 menu Mon-Thurs bef 6pm. My husband was in training during the day so I had no car with the kids at the hotel and it was like we were on our own lil island or something bc it was no big deal to be here with no car. Went to the spa and got my hair highlighted and my daughter a princess manicure. She gave me a whole new style and I LOVE it! My daughters green glittery nails are so fun! If you can't tell, we love it. Oh, we booked an extra night and stayed another day!

It was like coming back to civilization after a stay at a less than perfect destination! We had only 2 complaints. One, that we couln't stay longer and two that Wi-Fi WASN'T complimentary. In a day when even the corner diner has free Wi-Fi, you should never have to pay for it at a fine Hotel. Truly the only thing we were less than happy about.

I would like to say me and my family really enjoyed the stay there we wish we could have stayed alot longer in fact we did stayed another night. We were very lucky to got to stay stay there another night. Because when we check to see if we could have at first they were booked. Then me and my family went to check if any other places had any rooms they did but not to are likeing at all that would fit all 6 of us. So we went and had dinner at the Texas Steakhouse and we came back and they had a room for us at Embassy Suites. And thats how we was lucky that night. loved it. It was beautiful, clean and welcoming there. I will be checking back in to that hotel always.....!!!! Oh did I forget to say that it was the first time we ever stayed there! :) Everything there was Great.
