convenience of location, out of date/poor equipment (e.g. TV, elevator). Internet is low and broken here and there. Breakfast is so limited.

Good location, a minute walk to BTS sky train. Room is clean and comfortable enough with minimum facility. DVD player, TV. Safe. Friendly staff. Good hotel for those who go out shopping or doing activities most of the day. The wifi is a little hard to stay connected but ok enough for checking email and social network. It would be good if the house keeper would leave a spare roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. No pool or place to relax outside your room, price is good for what you get. What I like best is the location. BTS and MRT connection right at your door step, plus eating / shopping on the walking distance (2 minutes)

Location is very very good. Perfect location! It was so close as if like you stay at Terminal 21. If it's not for the condition of the room (standard old type of room furniture, standard air-con, hot water is not running when electricity got in trouble as such requires staff's intervention, slow one small lift ), Westin located opposite will be running out of business. Staff has the best hospitality. Always smile and willing to help you as best as they can.

Efficient service , close to skytrain & underground & well priced restaurants adjacent.

Great location, and free wifi. The rooms are clean, and functional. I was upgraded to a larger corner room which seems like twice as big as their superior room. I had trouble adjusting the room temp, too cold at times. This is mt second stay here and will return.

Great location, and free Internet to boot! WooHoo! What can I say, less than a block to the entrance of the Asoke BTS station. Spotty WiFi but free, what more can I ask for? This is my second stay at this property, this time 2 rooms, and I WILL return.

I LOVE this hotel! Great location, and free Internet. This is my third stay and will repeat if the rates don't skyrocket after this review. The staff are really helpful. The Internet is spotty at best, but at least free.

I LOVE this hotel mainly because of it is SO close to both the BTS Asoke station, and the MRT Sumhumvit stations. I don't have to walk another mile after I get off one of these stations. This is my second stay at this property. My only complaint is the whistle blowing at all hours from the mall next door.

Construction started on a new Argentinian steakhouse, on the hotel premises on the first floor, but independent of the hotel as I'm told. Result: constant banging, hammering, drilling etc from 8:30am to 6pm, every day. And when I say banging, I mean tearing down interior walls. So, forget about afternoon naps, and keep your sleep schedule 12-8am. Another problem: the shower water pressure is absurdly weak. I mean, can you say trickle down water? I have no idea how ladies would wash their hair here. Location is great, right next door to Terminal 21, internet was good and the AC was ok. But if you're looking for a restful sleep or a good shower, look elsewhere.

The internet is terrible at the hotel but other then that it is a great place. It is very close to the BTS which allows you quick access to the rest of Bangkok.

I'm not a picky guy, but I do demand certain things without compromise -- cleanliness, comfort, noise-free living. This hotel satisfied all of those. AC was sufficient, which is a very important aspect of a hotel stay in the hot months of Bangkok. To boot, the staff was passably pleasant. Two significant downsides -- shower water was NOT hot, not even lukewarm -- it was slightly cool, which was kind of unpleasant. I was in two different rooms over the course of 4 days, so it was definitely not a fluke. The other thing is that the internet in this hotel would go down every 10-20 minutes, and I would have to call down for them to reboot the router because it had lost connection with their DSL provider. Pretty annoying.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, but is in desperate need of modernisation. Rooms are out-dated and tired, WiFi does not work well, if at all. The hotel lift is on its last legs etc.

Nice clean hotel in central location. Breakfast was inadequate however. Soi cowboy round the corner, no problem to bring lady to your room.

This hotel is excellent value for money, only 1min to Sky train, took 45mins to go to airport and similar time to return. Close to all amenities with new shopping mall recently opened next door to hotel. One can actually walk almost all the way under cover to Soi Cowboy for some night life. Can reach all major shopping locations within 20mins with Sky Train. Hotel, great location, value for money, will use again on my frequent trips to Bangkok.

Good location if ur into that thing however do not get room with breakfast or with internet. Internet is free and breakfast is very small. Toast and coffee. Go to mcdonalds which is right next door.

The hotel is in a great location, 2 mins from Asok sky train. We use this hotel as a base for travelling through Thailand, we have stayed there 3 times in the last month. It represents great value for money, very very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and great transport links

It's a very good location, hotel for the price. I ll stay here again the next time.

This is a decent hotel in a convenient location just a few minutes walk from the skytrain,also close to Robinsons and Mcdonalds.as well as soi Cowboy night life area.But the location is also its downfall as there is constant traffic noise from nearby sukhumvit road and also soi 19 is very busy. They did allow me to move from the 4th floor to the 6th but wasnt much quieter.There is also major construction work going on behind the hotel although noise from that wasnt too noticeable when in the room.The room itself is not luxurious but fine for the money. The staff were just ok, not friendly apart from the bellboy who was very helpful. Overall not bad for the price but not for the light sleeper. l

Hotel's near many amenities/facilities & hotel itself is an overall good value for money

Things started off great with a very nice checkin receptionist/staff lady who allowed me to check in earlier in the morning. The location is a great location for the price. If you get a room where you encounter no problems, then the price is a great deal. Otherwise, you wonder if the hassles are worth it. My elevator was broken which is problematic for those on the 6th floor. The hot water pressure in the shower alone was ridiculously low. The maintenance guy would tell me that at least there is some hot water which means no problem. Later, he tried to blame the pressure not building up quickly enough wihch is a curious explanation considering the hot water in the sink had more presssure than the shower when the shower faucet was turned towards the hot side. There was no email for a few hours one evening and it took me taking the initiative to call Amari corporate office to get the IT guy moving on this. They claimed my room was a non smoking one but it had the smell of a faint smoking musty odor. But the room view was very good and it had a nice balcony facing the Westin's water fountains across the street. If you are lucky, you won't have any of these problems, then the room is a good deal.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of January while in transit and were very pleased. The bed was so comfortable after a long flight. Free wifi in the room was super handy for making plans and the restaurant for breakfast was a pleasant spot to start the day. Be sure to book through hotels.com as they have the best rate with no add-on costs.

As a single female traveller I felt perfectly safe in this neighbourhood and in the hotel-security guard 24/7 and CCTV.Its a 2 minute walk to SkyTrain and Subway which both provide an excellent service or short taxi ride to canal pier.There are plenty of taxis available-the metered ones are very good value.You take your life in your hands using motorcycle taxis and tuktuks-most of them are completely mental! The Thai people are very friendly but dont expect many of them to speak English.Decent sized room with air con,mini bar,balcony,bath&shower,kettle,hair drier,TV,safe and spotlessly clean.Not much difference between deluxe/superior rooms.Dozens of restaurants nearby-did not eat at hotel as it seemed a bit pricey.Although there is internet access in the rooms there is no public access so bring your laptop or there are plenty of internet cafes nearby .I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here (2 weeks) and would return.I got a good deal with hotels.com,dont think I would have paid the full price booking directly with hotel.

We stayed a the City Lodge for just one night and it is in a great location. Unfortunately, this means that it is noisy, noisy, noisy. If you're out and about all day, though, this doesn't matter too much. The best Robinson's is across the street, the best Top's market is under Robinsons and the Asoke Skytrain is a one minute walk. Perfection. Tiny rooms, but wifi was good. I'd stay again as a single, but not with my 13 yr old son. We changed hotels because we didn't want to share a king bed, the only offering.

The combination of the traffic noise, construction activities and very noisy aircon makes it unbearable to have to a comfortable stay. Not recommended unless you get back drunk every night. The flow of the water at the bath was only a trickle. Bad..

스쿰빗 부근에서 일정을 잡고자 하는 분들에게 가장 최적의 장소입니다. 로빈슨백화점, 터미널21, 아속역, 스쿰빗역, 헬쓰랜드 등이 가깝게 위치해 있습니다. 하지만 호텔은 4성급이라는 급수에 맞지않게 오래되었고 오래된 에어컨과 소음이 상당히 거슬렸습니다. 모든걸 불문하고 장소만을 따진다면 최적의 장소입니다.

エアコンの電源が部屋の鍵と連動しているので、外出中は切れています。外出より帰ったら部屋がものすごく暑くなっているのでまいりました。

價格因便利性所以較高。

ロビーが狭いのと、たまたまフロントに居た女性の態度が良くなかった以外は問題ありませんでした。 ただ、一つ朝食を2人分で予約したはずなのに1人分しか用意されてませんでした。 部屋も綺麗でしたし、お風呂も問題なし。でも、歯ブラシ、シャワーキャップの設備が無いのは、少し辛いかもしれません。

Everythings OK but the "B" "B" sound come from the traffic controllers at the Terminal 21 was very annoying for the whole day.

nothing special, just a standard hotel. the 7th floor is very noisy because of traffic jam and windows are old and leaky. aircon is also noisy. the younger staff dont like his job and customers are feel that on the service quality! BUT... the older staff (where we have at the checkout) are more than perfect, they provide a friendly and professional service quality like a 5star luxus hotel!! 1A+ for the older staff!! thats the only reason to return!

BTSや地下鉄の駅、ターミナル21などへのアクセスが良く、本当に便利でした。食堂のスタッフ、入り口のガードマン、にこやかで感じが良かったです。洗面の蛇口ががたついていて、温度調節しにくかったが、バスルームは、きれいで使いやすかったです。無料飲料水、電気ポットがあって便利。有料マウスウォッシュというのが置かれていたが、初めて見ました。外の空気が悪いからうがい薬？　部屋のエアコンの強さが調整出来ず、付けたり消したりするしかなかった。これが最大の不満。ホテルの中でゆっくり過ごす、という使い方には適しませんが、便利な宿泊場所として満足です。６泊したが、途中で３回ルームキーのカードが使えなくなって、フロントに戻らなければならず、面倒でした。チェックアウト後、荷物を預かっていただき、助かりました。

問題は全く有りませんが、全体的に小さいホテルです。 明け方、ホテルに着きましたが、電気が消えていて、探すのに苦労しました。 また、エンドランスが階段なので、鞄が重いと辛いです。

初めて宿泊しましたが、買い物や食事、交通に関してはBTSとMRTの両駅が徒歩1分以内で乗れるため非常に便利。食事も徒歩数十秒以内で「ターミナル21」があるので、地下に行きファストフードや和食が楽しめて、おまけに買い物もできてしまう。立地からして他のホテルは倍以上の宿泊代が掛かるが、このホテルはその半分で済んでしまい費用対効果は良いと思う。普通に宿泊して、普通に朝食を食べて、普通の宿泊代で問題ないという方はオススメ。普通以上を要求する方はネーミングの売れているブランド化したホテルをご選択すれば納得されると思う。

Hotel's staff was not ready to take a responsibility. When I reached the hotel, I had to wait around 15min. because there was no staff at the front desk.(Her name is Ms. Thikithran, maybe) And they charged 6.5USD from my credit card without any reason!!! Don't give your credit card to them!!!

Don't argue with hotel's front desk staff!!! She's gonna angry with you, even give finger point to you!!! Last don't give your credit card for security when getting there. You will find out they charge 6.5USD in your credit card bill!!!

駅から歩いてすぐのところにあり、隣にセブンイレブンがありました。オーバーブッキングで部屋が無いと言われ移動したのでこちらのホテルには泊まっていませんが、移動先はとてもきれいなホテル（Amari Boulevard Bangkok）でしたし、移動の際のタクシー代もホテル側が運転手に先払いしてくれたりと、対応はよかったです。

Close to everything, BTS, Shopping and Nightlife. Neighbourg building is being renovated at the momement, so a lot of noise, dust and dirt are to be expected - when finished will be a Argentinian Steakhouse

Nice hotel, helpful staff. Close to BTS and Terminal21. Aircon placement wasn't the best as it blew out cold air in waistheight. Breakfast was minimal, both in size and options.

深夜で仕方ないかもしれなかったですが、ポットとドライヤーを同時に使ったら部屋の電源が落ちてしまいフロントに連絡すると、警備員らしき人がすぐに来て直してくれたが帰り際、チップを要求され気分が悪くなりました。その他は、アクセスの便利さや周辺の環境等大満足なのに、惜しい。

朝食付きで予約しましたが実際にチケットはもらえず 朝食時も料金を請求されました。 「お金を払わなければいけない」言われ続け 結果的に払う羽目になってしまいました。 伝達しっかりしてください。
