Chiaja Hotel de Charme - נאפלס

This hotel is located in an old building in a fashionable shopping district. No public transport nearby, no problem, so long as you are willing to walk a lot. Lovely walking; friendly streets full of pedestrians, quieter at night, after the stores close. Hotel has the feel of a small European hotel, not a modern business hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, even though we speak no Italian. Mix of Italian and foreign guests. We booked deluxe room for extra space; it was a good size, for Europe. Minor complaint; the breakfast buffet attendant was always overwhelmed, but pleasant. Willing to produce a second capuchino with a smile. Buffet is very basic contintnetal.

This hotel is hidden in the historical center of Naples. A bit hard to find, but it is pretty big inside. The rooms are large and clean, but our room has no view at all. Breakfast is average. Major sights are within walking distance, and there are a lots of restaurants nearby.

Location is close to the Castle and you can enjoy their great beach and sun loungers. A lot to do at the hotel including rooftop jacuzzi, basement spa and hamaam area. Indoor and Outdoor pools and their own private beach. It's a great hotel with nice clean rooms only issue is it's about a 20 min walk to the Port but it was never a problem with us,

Great location, it's easy to miss though. It's in a pedestrian only area and there are large doors open to the street that close up mid day. The room is small, European-style, no wash clothes, and very warm inside! We arrived at breakfast right at 7am the morning after our stay and there were knats and flies, it was not good. The bed and bedding looked very old.

The hotel is located in a pedestrian street, so it is very hard to get to it with the car. It is in the downtown of old Naples, but not a very nice neighborhood to walk at night. Would not have chosen this place if I knew. Room was clean, but bed was very hard, and shower incredibly small. Breakfast was decent (nice capuccino, yogurt and pastries) and staff was very helpful.

This hotel was hard to find as it's on an upper floor of a building with other things in it, We walked past it twice before knowing we were in the right place. A cab can't take you directly to the hotel, it has to drop you at the end of the block, so you will be hauling your things. its on a pedestrian street filled with shopping. it's easy to walk around the area, but after a certain point at night it gets very deserted and sketchy. As long as you're in for the night by then, you're fine. The bathroom wasn't great- the jet tub and hair dryer both didn't work, and the water smelled moldy. There was some mold in the corners of the tub also. The bldg is very old, so there are cracks in the walls and the age shows, for sure. The staff was very nice and helpful, but it's not for anyone looking for a luxury or higher end room.

Our family ( 2 adults, 3 teenagers) stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The location is excellent and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast is good and there are many restaurants within walking distance.

This is a lovely quiet retreat in a courtyard just off a busy pedestrianised shopping street. We loved the hotel & the area & wish we could have stayed longer

best position in beautiful via chiaia, close to everything in napoli & you feel like you walk in to old thruly place & steel you get modern place & service even get to the train station was very easy with the bus u2 & not needed a taxi crew lovely & helping smell of old time in 2011

Other than the pillows, this was a fantastic hotel. The staff was very helpful and it was in a good neighborhood walking distance from most everything

We stayed at this Hotel in late July. The Hotel is ideally situated for touring Old Naples as the Royal Palace , Castle and Main Shopping districts are just around the corner. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic but very good quality.

Hotel in Ottima Posizione e Molto Caratteristico: era un vecchio casino! Tenuto molto bene, personale molto gentile.

posizionato adiacente alla piazza del plebiscito e a pochissimi metri dalle attrazioni piu importante di napoli ... con l'auto si arriva facilmente anche se si proviene dall'autostrada !!!! solo una notte ma tutto perfetto sia il personale ( particolarmente cordiale e disponibilissimo ) sia la struttura e la pulizia della camera ... una certezza : ci tornero' quanto prima !!!!!

très bon accueil de charme très bons conseils de Pietro le très séduisant maitre de maison mais chambre supérieure sans table pour écrire, jacusi ne fonctionnant pas, espaces communs petits Ascenseur payant On s'attend à autre chose de la part d'un hotel qui porte le nom d'hotel de charme Rapport qualité prix pas terrible en chambres supérieures Mais très Napolitain et sympathique

キアジャ通りは、おしゃれなショッピングストリートで、このホテルはキアジャ通りの中程、通りに面した入口をくぐったところにある綺麗なプチホテルです。部屋よってはスタブがあり、王宮などの観光スポットから徒歩5分圏で便利です。ホテルの受付の人も親切です。少し困ったのは、部屋のドアに「サービス不要」の札を下げていても、ハウスキーパーが何度も入ってくることです。一度は自分が部屋にいるときに入ってくるのに遭遇し、それも午後6時半ごろの時間で、驚きました。部屋には貴重品は置かない方がよいのではと思いました。またタクシーについては、ホテルまで送ってもらうときは、近くの王宮広場までで送ってもらうとよいと思います。（キアジャ近隣に泊まっていると伝えると高い料金を取られました。その時は中央駅から乗りましたが。一般に乗る前に、タクシーの料金を交渉するのがナポリでは必要のようです。）

Un hâvre de paix dans ce quartier très animé. Accueil exemplaire. Malgré notre relatif confort avec la langue italienne, l'hôte de l'accueil s'empresse de nous répondre dans un français impeccable, facilitant ainsi notre séjour. Petit déjeuner avec produits frais et savoureux. Deux points à améliorer: 1) La chambre est d'une grande propreté sauf la couverture recouvrant les draps du lit qui n'était pas propre. 2) L'appareil de climatisation est bruyant et ne peut pas être contrôlé par le client. Je retournerais néanmoins avec plaisir dans cet hôtel.
