Very nice hotel, clean room, convenient location, small price, free breakfast/wi-fi, helpful staff!! They have a washer/driver for customers. Perfect for me!!

Large clean and comfortable room. The stall was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. We already referred some friends and they also enjoyed there stay.

Our room had a king sized bed, sofa, easy chair, and a desk with a large desk chair. There were only 2 of us in the room, but plenty of comfortable seating. Also, there was an abundance of storage - large dresser drawers, a closet, and several cabinets. This is the perfect place for a lengthy stay. Our room was very clean, and the only negative was the TV didn't work properly. We could still watch it, but there were faint lines through the top of the picture on the screen.

The whole experience was great. Friendly customer service. The room was clean and very comfortable. The Location was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel

We chose this location in Tulare at a lower rate than available for the same stay in Visalia. Ten minutes of distance after a slightly convoluted route to 99N, but very spacious rooms, great staff, and the very nice breakfast made this a great place for the various elements of our family to stay. Just a couple of minor issues with the maintenance, but nothing out of the ordinary. Just wear-and-tear items and architectural details that look good in the plans and when first built, but with the occasional luggage scrape or less-coordinated guest end up with more frequent damage than most operators can stay on top of all the time.

The hotel staff were great and friendly, the room very clean (I was travellng with my dog and daughter), my only complaints are that my bed mattress was lumpy, the pillow lumpy and since I was on the ground floor by a door there was so much noise from the heavy people staying on the floor above me and constant traffic in the hallway and noise from the doorway. The price was great and the breakfast way better than I expected.

Great hotel! Large, spacious, breakfast options were great, staff was wonderful!

My wife and I were visiting some family who live in the area. The checkin was simple and our stay was quiet and comfortable. My wife and children loved the breakfast and the fun they had at the pool. Great stay overall!!

Very nice hotel, however occupancy stated here (5) was not in accordance with the room of the hotel and we had to take a second room

nice place just what i expected, good breakfast

The room was small, but the amenities were perfect. Checkin process was smooth. Room was not cleaned well on the second day.

A very lovely hotel with a friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.

We were two families who stayed 2 nights at the hotel. They are very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very good for being complimentary. The only thing we didn't like was the sofa bed for our children which was very uncomfortable. But I have to thank them for giving us an extra bed when we complained. This is an overall very good hotel in its price class.

The room was great, very comfortable beds. We hadn't requested a handicapped room, because it was just one night, and the rooms tend to be farther apart. But we were delighted to get one and it was connecter to our 2nd room. My nephew has recovered from a brain tumor which left him needing to use assitive devices (walker/cane, shower chair). We carry his extra equipment for the shower, but this bath was fitted with a built in chair, and many hand rails. He loved the room. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean, there a washer/dryer on our floor, and the free breakfast was great (even had strawberries and whip cream for the waffels). If I stop in the area again would definately stay again and recommend to other. Plus great Mexican resturant just across the street.

The place needs some updating. The breakfast was pretty bad even for free breakfast standards. With another hotel popping up near by that offers free breakfast as well, this place needs to raise its game. Watery fake eggs, and not refilling the whole wheat toast when it runs out with 1 1/2 hours left in the breakfast time is not going to work.

I have a small dog (Maltese). The hotel was pet friendly. Awesome!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Only complaint was the room was warm and a bit stuffy and we had trouble regulating the temperature of the room. As is typical, the continental breakfast was a disappointment as well.

This hotel is rated to low for the quality you receive! Great hotel at a great price!

The stay at the hotel was awesome....you could not ask for a better hotel....I was surprised at the "Rating" because it was far better than the rating and I will use this hotel chain again! The only improvement would be the "Free" breakfast.....The eggs were obviously from a powdered mixture....as well as the gravy for the biscuits and gravy....plus no bacon or sausage.....otherwise, Wow! Nice place and I will return!

This hotel is easy access to 99 Frwy. They offer all amenities-wifi, refrig., microwave, tv & cont. breakfast. Very quiet & comfortable.

this is the smallest queen size hotel bedroom i have ever stayed in. was expecting more space compared to other hotels i have previously atayed in. the room was clean exept for the coffe maker. when i was getting ready to make my coffe in the room i noticed a piece of what looked napking and coffe stains on it. it needs some washing and very dusty. other than that the bed was very comfortable and everything else worked out fine. the breakfast is good although it ahould be extended at least till 10 am to give enogh time to eat comfortable. unlike other hotel rooms this one does not provide you with laundry bags. the hotel was pleasant just minor flaws. we had a few problems checking in, turns out hotels.com did not fax our reservationg promptly. it took us about 25 minutes to check in as they could not find our reservations. finally hotels.com clarified the situation.

Great clean room a little on the small side but very clean and cozy.AAA++++

Staff was courteous and friendly. Room initially provided did not resemble suite shown on website and when I brought this to their attention, they immediately upgraded me, comp, to the room I had expected. Good location for visits to Tulare, Visalia and Hanford areas, or on way to Sequoia/Kings Canyon National Parks.

I was very impressed. I loved the breakfast and the comfort of the room. The bathroom was a bit small, but other than that it was great!!

I've stayed at other surrounding hotels and I will say, this was the nicest, cleanest hotel I stayed at. I will definetly stay at this hotel again! Loved it!

When I booked the room, it said there was a seperate sitting area in the room, there wasn't. Room seemed much smaller than the picture, however it was adequate. So the room wasn't as spacious as expected, but otherwise everything was just fine.

Nice hotel rooms a bit small but clean. Nice front desk service. Awesome breakfast! Will stay again!
