The room was comfortable but the hotel is too close to the roadway traffic. Staff was friendly.

The hotel was off the beaten path with minimal amenities.

It was a nice place to relax. Beach is a walk across the street. Quiet and not too congested. For the price, its is better than expected.

The outward appearance wasn't very appealing and the hotel is located right off of a very busy one way street. Parking was limited but free. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall it was not the grandest place to stay but it was reasonably priced and close to the beach.

Clean, comfortable, freindly staff & nice guests. Stayed there on business because of rate and last minute booking; will book there again when traveling with the family.

I will never recommend this hotel to anybody...

very uncomfortable

This is an excellent place. Well maintained and clean.

Although this was an older motel, the price was good for the area, without the parking or reosrt fees. Room very clean with no mildew smell at all, which usually happens with old hotels in the south. All we wanted was a place to sleep while visiting family in town. Close to family and of course the beaches. I would stay there again.

I liked my room as it wasn't too small and even had a small couch. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been if they had had blow dryers in the rooms and irons and ironing boards. You can request those things at the front desk, but you also have to leave a refundable $10 deposit each for the iron and the blow dryer.

Horrible hotel, stained clogged bathtub, stained towels that feel like sandpaper, nasty carpets, horrible bed covers and "blanquets" if you can call them like that. We paid for two nights but couldn't stay, we escaped the next morning and lost our money. Don't make this mistake...

A good place for the price!!! However, if the room carpet could be changed it would make a significant difference in the quality of the place. The room carpet is old and dirty even if it's vacuumed every day by the room service.

Stayed one night before heading home. 5 min walk to a very nice part of the beach. Awful surrounding near the hotel but the room was nice.

This is the horrible place that I had ever been. I was supposed to stay for three nights and left after the first night and cancel my reservation.

got there just on time, OK location near the beach but far from the mall, small room, very few towels just the essentials

I usually stayed at 4 or 5 stars hotels. I was very impressed with this hotel's service. Free parking and good location. Nearby, South Beach and safe surrondings/neighborhood. Room comfortable and has meets all the basic needs. Free internet and swimming pool. I did not expect the great service. I was very impressed. You can't beat it for the price. If you want a place to have a good night sleep and bath, I recommended.

The hotel is not new but the just painted it, the pool is plaisant.Too but that it's a little far from downtown and there is n brekfast (but microwave and coffee machine to do it yourself)

Hubby and I enjoy the place. Pool clean and well kept. I suggest you get a room in the back becasue the noise of the Main street Harding is kinda rough on the ears.

Great price, good location, and helpful staff.

Specially apprieciated the free and convenient parking.

atleast 6 miles from South beach which is the main happening area.. around 20 bucks from South Beach.. We took a bus everytime we wanted to go to South Beach.. Bus stop is very near to the hotel... so if u dont mind staying away from the hotel or have a car, it is fine at a cheaper price

Good place and clean for the price I paid.

i enjoyed my stay at beach place miami very much the only drawback was that i was missing the turntable to my microwave.

Overall average to above. Room and bath small but clean. Biggest negative was no heat, so our early Jan. stay was a little uncomfortable. Minor repairs needed.

Everything you need and than something. Exelent.

It wasn't that bad only thing that could be better is that the name should be changed to "Beach Place Miami Motel" cause it wasn't very hotel-like. Other than that we had a great stay and for the price it wasn't bad at all.

This hotel had two features that made us take it: - Close to a quiet beach (and a park) - Free parking The quality was as expected. The rooms could be renowated and the bathroom smelled bad. Although you really cannot expect very much at this price range, so we were satisfied. If you have a car, this is reasonably convenient location. If you're looking for hardcore partying, you probably should choose a place closer to South Beach.

Good location, accomodation and price

this hotel was confortable but i feel afraid because the ubications of the rooms is available for all people in the street. The bathroom was ugly

Nice hotel with mid siz swimming pool. Service is good and staff are helpful. Need hair dryer in the room, prfer to have either a breakfast included which is not availble or a full kitchette instead of the fridge only.

Yuck!!!! I feel so bad that I forced my family to stay here in Miami. All 4 of us got eaten by bed bugs from head to toe. The kitchenettes are a sink and microwave. They don't give you silverware or plates and cups. You get paper plates foam cups and plastic spoons. the pool is so dirty you can't see the bottom too well and I don't think they clean it but once a month. Pool towels are not provided so bring your own. The washer and drier are outside and smell funky so we didn't wash clothes. Only good part is it's a block from the beach. Other than that this is a nasty hotel to stay at. Be sure to lock everything in the safe when you leave.

The Beach Place Hotel is not close to anything other then the beach unless you feel like a sweat soked hike to shops and south beach. When we arrived we couldn't get into out room because the lock was broken and was given another room right on the main road. We got a shock waking up to the sound of truck horns and screetching brakes. We then got moved to a better room away from the road however the door lock didn't work properly and there was no plates, cups or cutlery in the Kitchenette even though it said there should be. The staff was very helpful especially the night guy who was more then ablidging even at 1am. The washing machine also ruined some of our clothing. I would not stay there again.
