Over-all this was a pleasant one-night stop on our way to Boston. The desk staff was helpful, and the room was clean. The bed and pillows were not as comfortable as some, but it was ok. The complimentary breakfast wasn't too good, but it was better than nothing being in a hurry to get on the road. I would stay here again given the same situation of travel necessity.

The water in the tub and sink would not go down after taking a shower u had to wait 15mins before someone else can use the shower

came from Toronto on Monday Apr.22. Checked in with Felix at front desk...We were staying one night and travelling to Manhatten to see World Trade Center and everything else we possibly could in one day...and then off to Newark NJ to see the Devils play to complete my short trip with my father. Felix was awesome...totally answered every question and made every possible suggestion to make our stay very comfortable and smooth sailing. He arranged a ride to the train station..he had someone there to pick us up at the precise moment arranged to return. Everything was fantastic! No complaints at all! The pub onsite was very convenient with excellent food and a great atmosphere. The waitresses were very nice too. All in all, a very memorable father son getaway and we hope to definately return in the future and see Felix promoted....definately deserves some praise. Great hotel...about 40 minute train ride to Central Manhatten..Unless you are an absolute fusspot..this hotel will suit your needs for a comfy stay no problem! 4 stars

I was very pleased with the hotel over all. The staff was very helpful and resourceful with information.

I recently stayed here as part of a work trip. Overall I was very happy with the hotel, the room, etc. I was a little irritated that the lady assisting the man doing my check in was so noticeably annoyed that I was trying to check in an hour early. To me you just don't show that kind of opinion infront of your customers. All that said the only other complaint I had was that the hotel lobby and hallways were very warm...my room was fine though. I will definitely stay there again.

Close to airport, cheap for completely updated hotel.

The place is absolutely great for the price!! It pretty much deserves five stars for its price tag! Great helpful staffs, bartenders in the restaurant at the main level are very friendly, too!! The room has most of the stuffs we needed for the trip, but could use a couple pairs of disposable sandals, a small fridge and a microwave. I found the bed to be too hard, but still comfy enough to give me a full night's sleep. Overall a great place! Toll to the staten island is about 13 bucks and parking at the ferry is 8 bucks, so if you go with three friends, you r saving some money if you plan to go to Manhattan. A great alternative if staying in a Manhattan hotel isn't your thing.

We ordered 5 different plates of food. Everything we ordered was old, rotten or disgusting! To boot no movie service in rooms.

Booking the hotel on Hotels.com was very easy. When I arrived at the hotel the hotel staff was very pleasant and knew who I was as I arrived late. The lobby was inviting and clean. Once in my room... it seemed clean. I could tell the carpet was old. There was a sleep number bed which I don't really like. (personal preference) Pulling the covers back to inspect the bed and pillows I found hair. In the bathroom I also found hair on the vanity and toilet. For this I was not very satisfied. There was large flat screen TV in the room and a refrigerator. However, the TV picture was blurry. Overall for the price of the hotel and the reasonable cleanliness... I would stay again.

Great place to stay not expensive at all.. Could use a microwave n mini fridge in the room but other than that I had a great stay and plan on going back soon.

I have stayed here many times and each stay has been exactly the same. Great room and very friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and extremely quiet. i would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

It was very nice. I was disappointed it said we had HBO in the room, but it wasn't working. Called front desk, but he didn't know much.

good except nothing special, and no refrig in the room. Noisey Noisey heat pump switching on and off made it hard to sleep.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and beds comfortable. The on site restaurant was only open for dinner, with a very limited menu. The restaurant staff was efficient and pleasant. Breakfast was very limited. It took some time for the hotel shuttle to pick us up at Newark airport--maybe 40 minutes from our phone call. The hotel could use some updating and modernizing.

As people have mentioned, this is no longer a Radisson, it is now an Executive Suits. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here while attending a wedding in Staten Island. This hotel was much cheaper than any hotel in New York and included free parking, breakfast, and WiFi. Our room was clean, the lobby was beautiful, and the people at the front desk were very personal and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel!

We came here for our honeymoon with the idea of going to New York. Overall was a good experience. Front desk staff was awesome, friendly and accommodating. The only reason why staff score wasn't perfect is they ran out of eggs and the cook refused to cook anymore even though breakfast had 30 minutes left. Free shuttle to path station was good and made the fact that the hotel was in the middle of nowhere not a big deal. Would recommend.

Not much around the hotel. Its not a very nice area (industrial area). Hotel itself is very nice and clean but its not a radisson anymore. Also the breakfast was horrible.

I did book the Radisson hotel in New Jersey at october 12 to october 13 When I come to the hotel I had dark eyes..... I booked Radisson hotel write? I booked this hotel because this brand hotel name write ?and I paid for it more money When I got to the hotel I saw a hotel executive suites.... very bad hotel not clean you cant close the dore from outside ...wifi working 1 time from 10 times.... Similar breakfast meal for dogs ... All people entering the room I just turned and ran .... Until I was in the lobby interviewed a number of people who just left the hotel ahead of time because they could not tolerate this hotel .... Cool Bhutls service. Establishment invite Radisson are lying ..... Thanks I enjoyed very much

The stay was good but it is not anymore a Radisson Hotel now is Executive Hotel. The breakfast is not good and the beds need to be better. The area is an industrial area. You need to rent a car.

Great Hotel! The beds were AWESOME! Great staff that was extremely helpful in getting our directions together for a day in the City. The only minus...the shuttle driver was a little on the fast side; however, I guess you get that back east.

The breakfast had very few options, but otherwise great hotel, very friendly!

Whilst a bit out of the way from New York, the hotel shuttle service, good sized clean rooms and friendly staff made this a worthwhile hotel to visit New York from. If only complaint the breakfast was best to avoid, bland fried eggs and terrible coffee, we decided by second day to skip the free breakfast entirely.

Decent hotel in good condition. Bad location with no restaurants or shopping, surrounded by big power lines and industrial warehouses

We traveled with family including my mom. My mom was tired from long trip and we got extended stay until 1PM. It was so helpful to her recovery. Breakfast was excellent. Only concern was that microwave in my room didn't work. I changed the power strength to high, even though it didn't work. Overall, we enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Negative notes: a-) Bed sheets are changed at the 8th day of our stay b-) Carpet has never vaccumed properly during our stay c-) Do not count on internet service because it keeps been gettting disconnected so if you are planning to do any work, be prepared for problems connecting to internet d-) Location

Nice hotel, approx 7 miles from the airport and coveniently located right of the Jersey Turnpike. Easy access to NYC. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Staff here is awesome from top to bottom. Shannon at the front desk and Melissa also were both super, super. The beds in the room are to die for, so are the linens and pillows.

The overall condition of the hotel was very dirty. Worn dirty rugs, dirty furniture. Courtesy driver where terrible and broke speed limits and drove recklessly. Staff was nice. Hotel is in industrial area not what you would expect from a Radisson.

We like the stay very much. However, the breakfast can do better by providing more fruit types. Only 2% (?) milk is provided in breakfast area for coffee.

The hotel was fairly clean, although there was at least a year's worth of dust built up on the air conditioner vent in the bathroom that made me wonder what other unseen grime might have existed. The breakfast buffet was hard to find and it's weekend hours weren't posted. Otherwise the hotel was just fine for it's price point.

Located right on the I-95. Service is decent, but the amenities are not that spectacular. The breakfast options are meager and the equipment in the rooms are outdated. The neighborhood is pretty bad too - the police were searching the hotel for a kidnapped child at some point during our stay.

Could deal with paying $10 per night for a fridge and microwave, but what i could not deal with was not having most of the channels as listed. At 4:19am a knock was on the door, police officers were going door to door looking for a run a way girl. Room was humid and day of my check out, all the hotel water was shut off due to an emergency.

The staff were really lovely from start to finish. (Only downside was housekeeping trying to wake us up early - twice - on our checking out day)! Thomas, behind the bar, and the waiting staff couldn't have been nicer. To have a fridge in your room costs $10 per night, but the ice machines are on every other floor so it proved not to be a problem. Bed made every day, towels changed. Everything clean and tidy. Complimentary bus to wherever you need to go (within reason). Nearest rail into the city is Rahway about 5 minutes by car. Train takes about 35 minutes and takes you to Penn Station. Do not get off at Penn Newark! Complimentary American breakfast is basic, but you can pay $7 to have a cooked one (in a different dining room). Hotel is set in a very industrial setting right next to a busy road, but it never bothered us.
