Nice clean room - but htey had NO TOWELS which I didn't notice until the shower was done. I have a glandular problemand weigh over 400 lbs, so imagine trying to dry off with washclothes and toilet paper!

Very nice hotel for price and facilities and felt like home

quiet hotel with a minumum of hustle and bustle.

My only complaint but is usually my complaint with most hotels is the carpet was dirty in room. Floor appeared clean but after a few minutes from my infant his knees and feet were black. Everything else was great especially the service. I will definitely stay there again!!!!

Breakfast was fair. They really need to vacuum better.

air conditioning in our room was broken, got changed into another room, where several of the lights were broken

The staff was wonderful and friendly. Pool and hottub were not open because of maintaince issues but staff explanation and was concerned for our safety. Thank you

The rooms appeared clean, did a through check for bedbugs. Didn't find any, hotel was clean, decent breakfast, but think I paid a little much $100 dollars a night.

Very nice hotel!

The staff was all very nice. However our room had not been vacuumed. There were French fries on the floor in front of the microwave. The inside of the microwave was nasty with burnt on food. The lights above the fridge and microwave were burned out. It was a very nice sized suite. However you can tell that there is not a lot of care put into keeping this a nice place to stay. Really on the fence as to if we will give them another chance in the future.

Great pool and hot tub! Sofa bed was very uncomfortable for kids. King bed was very very comfortable!

nice & clean... hard to adjust the air properly

I always look forward to my stay at Country Inn & Suites. This visit was not what I expected. There was a wait to check-in. The water in the bathroom was cold. I reported to the front desk, but it was so busy, I decided not to make it an issue. Because it was so busy, the breakfast options were limited. I literally had to go out for breakfast every day during my visit except Sunday. I had hoped to spend some time by the pool, but found out, that during the entire three-day stay, the pool would not be working. I have enjoyed staying at Country Inn & Suites for the last three years, and I have never entertained going somewhere else while in Norman, but after this visit, I will definitely be open to staying someplace different.

Well-kept hotel. The beds were a little firm for my liking but we had an overall very good experience. Was right off the interestate, several restaurants were close and the breakfast was good.

For a quick stay-over at a cheaper place it wasn't bad, but it didn't meet my expectations for the price we paid. It seemed like an economy motel, just in a nicer wrapper. The room was clean, but very basic and somewhat small. The free breakfast had a large selection but the food left much to be desired.

Fan motor on heat and air unit in room 225 was very annoying had to get up early Tuesday morning for surgery didn't sleep at all. Very disgusted. L. Nichols

We booked the hotel room in Norman on our way down to Texas for the holidays. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice. Overall it was a good hotel experience.

This was a great hotel! The staff was nice, the pool was warm, the room was clean and cozy and breakfast was hot. Also, Jason's Deli is just across the parking lot and was so amazing we ate there twice in less than a day - highly recommend it!

Great place to stay.Price was great, good breakfast,clean, can't say enough good things. One tip, bring your own pillow.

The hotel was easy to get to off the highway and the staff was very friendly. Lots of restaurants near there and a casino is located close to there if looking for something to do. Tip: the casino offers free pick up and drop off 24 hours a day, all you have to do is call. We found this out from the woman at the front desk and if helped us out a lot. The room was very clean and the bathroom was great. Much bigger than other hotels we have stayed at. They do allow pets but there is a deposit. You get this back as long as the pet didn't make a mess. All in all a great place to stay, we would definitely stay here again.

Take more pillows when you stay. They give you 4 small pillows. The room was clean for the most part. Did find a few hairs scattered around the bathroom but nothing that will keep us away.

We got a newly refurbished room...it stunk...when I complained the clerk said that everyone complains and that the "new" cleaning spray doesn't smell good for very long. No...this was a stink from the AC unit. Also the pool is way Too WARM and the jacuzzi was FULL of soap...truly unuseable...

Nice hotel had a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff was very personable and ready to help if needed.

Good place to stay. Currently renovating rooms--ours was recently completed. Good choices for full breakfast and easy access to restaurants, etc

My stay was alright.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff was great. The rooms were more than we expected and very comfortable.

The room was very nice. The price was awesome with everything the room included. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Everything was great except the pillows were terrible. Could not sleep on them. I would recommend anyone taking their own pillow. The room smelled like mentolatum when we arrived. Not terrible just different.

Good selection at breakfast. Rooms were in decent condition. Staff got confused about which day we were checking out and wanted to move us, but we were able to work that out. Pool was clean and in good repair. HEADS UP: We had 5 people in a suite and had enough room for all of us. However, the sink was in the bathroom and we had difficulty getting everyone ready to go out the door. I would have preferred the separate sink/vanity area outside of the bathroom. All in all, we were very pleased for the price. Four restaurants were in short walking distance of the hotel. Easy on and off the interstate.

This is the second time I have stayed there adm I would stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel for the proximity to OU. The room smelled of mold and mildew. The floor below the AC unit was soaked. There were no cookies in the lobby as stated in this hotels list of amenities.

Very easy check in and check out.

We stayed here when dropping our son off for his first year at OU. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was much better than most hotels offer. Room was very clean and while the beds were a little bit hard, it might have been me, since we have a waterbed at home. We will definately stay here again when visiting our son at OU!

My family of 5 stayed for a few days while dropping my son off for his freshman year at OU. We had a great experience and plan to stay here again on our other trips to visit our son.
