This was our first visit to the Hyatt House we fully enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and service was excellent. There were plenty of choices for the continental breakfast. I will defiantly come back to the Hyatt House.

I like the hotel very much. Very clean and comfortable. Having a hot breakfast is always good, too.

My first and certainly not my last stay with Hyatt House. I was pleasantly surprised and the two room suite while traveling with my mother made for an enjoyable evening knowing everyone had a comforting sense of privacy.

the cocktail hour and breakfast were wonderful. The suite worked out great, too.

Suite was spacious and modern. We wished we could have spent more time in the room to use the kitchen!

Great hotel: friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, stocked kitchen and quiet surroundings. Convenient and priced well. Can't do much better than this hotel.

we really liked the fact of having the 2 bedrooms and sofabed in living room. We are going to New Jersey on Jan 26th and we booked our room at the Hyatt in East Rutherford which is 15 minutes from where our meeting is at but we dont mind cuz we like the Hyatt hotels. The service and cleanliness we were also very happy with.

It was my second visit to Hyatt House and I am very impressed with the amenities, the delicious breakfasts, and the wonderful set-up of the room. With a bedroom area that can close off, and a kitfchen with all the necessities for extended stay, I rate this as a great hotel. And it is five minutes away from family so very convenient.

Spacious and very comfortable.

The hotel was lovely, great service, clean, no mold. It's in a part of Morristown that has nothing near it! No shopping center, no restaurants. It was a pain to try to find a decent place to eat dinner. Ended up ordering in - if you like that kind of thing. We didn't seem to have a choice.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable. I also really appreciated the well-lit hallways. It was only a few miles outside of Morristown where I was attending a conference. Very clean room and facilities such as a small snack area, laundry room and fitness room. Would be happy to stay here again.

I travel frequently and whenever possible try to stay at Hyatt House. This one was the worst I've ever been to. The upkeep and cleanliness of the first room was unacceptable. Not really fazed about our first room experience, we politely asked the young lady at the front desk to change our room , to which she gave us a slight attitude. The second room was barely better but at least acceptable. The bed sheets looked and smelled freshly laundered but the sofa and cushions all looked dirty. The bottom draw to the stove was busted and hanging on the floor when we walked in. Location was great but condition of hotel was poor.

This was a wonderful choice for our family. We had plenty of space and the convenience of the kitchen!

I came to NJ from CT for business and my employers paid for me to stay at the Hilton. They didnt pay for my weekend stay and I didnt want to drive back & forth over the weekend. So because the Hilton was so expensive, I had to find another place for Friday & Saturday night.... I have to say that i was VERY impressed with the room I got for the price. It offered so much more than the Hilton and the employees were so much friendlier. I have no complaints! I would definately go back to the Hyatt House!

Hyatt House is a really good, clean, hotel at a very good price. The room was huge, with a kitchen and separate den. Staff were very friendly, and bed was comfortale. HH is about 10 mins out of Florham part and 15 mins from Madison. No shops or restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommended.

The room was a suite and quite large and well equiped. It did need an update and seemed tired. Also, it smelled of cleaning chemicals. There was some noise in the middle of the night which woke me, but it didn't last long. Perhaps our room was the only one with this smell and if not for that it was a fine suite and well priced.

I found the hotel to be clean and the staff friendly.The bathroom was somewhat dated and showed its age. Door frames were rotted at bottom and the tub had a hole in it that had been noticeably repaired. The TV reception was terrible!!! Could not even watch Sunday night football because of all the interference. The location was convenient to all major sites and easy to get to all major interstates.

The room was fabulous -- I was only sorry I was staying one night. I could see how comfortable and convenient it might have been for a long-term stay -- the amenities in the kitchen were all a person might need for a long stay. The desk personnel were friendly and very helpful -- I look forward to a return as we have family in Morristown. Breakfast, of course, is my favorite meal and I enjoyed the selections.

My husband and I stay in the Hyatt House everytime we come to New Jersey for a New York Jets' game. We stay for the weekend and really enjoy ouor stay. Staff is always so nice, rooom is so spacious and clean, and the breakfast is very nice.

Our room was next to the laundry room and the staff did laundry well past midnight. This made it difficult to sleep till the staff finished doing the laundry.

My family stayed here to attend a weekend birthday party. We arrived from out of state late (9:45 p.m.) and the first room we were given had malfunctioning AC. A service man came up right away but couldn't get it working so we were given another room that was just fine. The hotel has a pool (one reason I chose it), but we were told that the pool had closed for the night and would not be open until 10 AM in the morning. Since we would be checking out by late morning to attend the birthday brunch we were unable to use the pool at all on a weekend when the temperatures were in the 90's both days. This policy of 10A - 10P hours are not guest friendly. The hotel was fine and our AC problem was taken care of promptly, but not having access to the pool amenity was a disappointment.

Room was very comfortable. Friendly staff. Only suggestion is have Warner's to keep breakfast hot (complimentary breakfast). Eggs, sausage were cold.

We were lucky. Great value for what we received - 1 BR suite including breakfast. Desk staff was helpful when we were looking for late night eats.

The best. I loved the pool area, the grill area with patio tables and the outside basketball court, marvelous!!!!!!!!!!!! And the two bedroom suites, perfect! Will definetly come and stay there again.

I went here with my two kids to get away from the more crowded NJ suburbs. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, pretty, and the free buffet breakfast included was great-- kids always love those breakfasts too!! We got a huge room for an excellent rate, went swimming, saw fireworks down the street-- and it was all hassle free. I would definitely stay here again. It felt very peaceful and restful.

all in all our stay was comforting and clean. we had a few problems while settling in but the hotel staff did what they could and fixed all the problems which occurred. Groceries were not too far from the hotel location.

This Hyatt is a little hard to find using GPS as it has a different street address. Just call the hotel for specific directions. Once there, the property is excellent with spacious suites, including stove, fridge, dishes and sink. Located minutes from Morristown and the airport, this is a nice place to relax!

The suites are great for traveling with a family: nice kitchen, the bedroom has a door that closes, there is a sofa-bed in the living room and a bed in the bedroom. The breakfast buffet is fairly standard but it includes a fair amount of fresh fruit, which makes it easy to feed kids a healthy breakfast. The pool is small but nice (and heated!). Location is convenient to highways but not walkable. A car is essential.

Spacious suite, very clean, great breakfast buffet! Would difinitely stay again!

Always like the fact that with a 2 bedroom suite, our grandkids can come over to spend the night with grandma and grandpa.

I have paid more for less at other hotels. Staff are very professional and well dressed. Location is great, just off Hwy 24. Evening social M-Th. is exceptional. Breakfast was equally good.

This is a VERY very nice hotel for the price. The pictures depict everything perfectly. Everything you see in the pictures are the same in the room. The room was even full equipped with dishes for you to eat with. I couldn't believe that it was so nice and had so much to offer for the price that I paid for the room.

I always love my stay here.. Home away from home..

Nice and clean hotel from the outside. Found 4 big bugs, kind of roaches but are not. Management move us to another room the next morning but damages already done...my kids are so afraid afterward to discover other bugs. Never see such a dull breakfast buffet...always scramble eggs and bacon or sausage. Hotel staffs are helpful except the ones serving breakfast buffet, very rude. For the price we paid, it was very good. I will not stay here again just because of the bugs, service and food are not my top priorities.

We loved the Summerfield Suites. It was clean, comfortable, and roomy!

Highly recommend this hotel. Tons of space. Three-four rooms for the two of us. Also enjoyed the two televisions, Love the area, and the staff was tremendously helpful and welcoming.

The hotel was very convenient for our hurried holiday. We were disappointed in the breakfast. No waffles, although there was a machine and no hot chocolate (usuallly a staple.)

One of the ultimate best hotels out there. Great ameneties and breakfast with a wonderful staff. The breakfast staff was wonderful and happy to assist in our stay. Clean, and stocked to our needs. Thanks.
