Very comfortable! Condiments Boutique needs to offer Hair Spray. Gel is fine but spray freeze holds that mat look down ... Thanks!

Friendly and courteous staff

Clean, comfortable and convenient for a family event in Tribeca. Friendly and helpful staff made the stay even more enjoyable. A 15 minute walk to the 9/11 Memorial was worthwhile.

If you request the "Tribeca view" room you will hear some street noise but it's not too bad. Otherwise, everything was great. The front desk staff and bellman are super helpful and very friendly. Housekeeping staff was quick to respond to any request.

Service from the hotel staff was excellent. They were friendly and always helpful. The concierge was always wiling to help.

Very typical of this type of hotel with few of the issues common in reasonably priced NYC hotels (e.g. small room, limited features, limited cleanliness). One staff member was a bit rude, but the others were just fine. So if you like Hilton Garden, Marriott Courtyard outside of a big city, then this is a good choice.

I will definitely stay here again. the staff is friendly and personal, the rooms & bathrooms are large, and the location is handy, with a subway stop adjacant to the hotel. Right at the edge of Tribeca & Soho, the location is terrific.

Honestly, I usually don't write reviews, but I had to for this hotel! My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Tribeca was AMAZING!! Staff was very friendly and nice. Also, the room was quite spacious and very clean. The location is great too! I would definitely stay here again when I come back to New York :) You will not regret staying at this place!!

This was a great hotel for me and my friends! We were mainly hanging out in the Tribeca/Lower East side area so it was very convenient to those areas. The hotel was lovely, clean and the hotel staff was very friendly!

Perfect spot to rest my head while in NYC:)

Great location, just beside subway, restaurants, Chinatown and shopping in SOHO. Room is standard, clean and comfortable. Valet parking only, no self parking.

As always a comfortable stay at the Hilton Garden in Tribecca. Great location, responsible price (for NYC), The rooms need a facelift, but are definitely acceptable and comfortable.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Located right besides a subway station, near Canal street. The staff was very nice and helpful for first time visitors like us. Room was clean and quiet. They made sure our stay would be perfect, and it was. Would go back for sure.

If you're looking for something clean and convenient in a great location. off the ACE subway and crawling distance to SOHO and Tribeca this is a great option. Friendly staff. The hotel has a bar in it and a couple of ammenities, nothing fancy. But then again you have NY outside your window. I truely recommend this!

Great service at the front desk and rooms were large and spacious. Great location next to A/C/E Subway station and close to other lines. Stored our bags after checkout until later in the day for no charge. Would choose again.

Room heat was impossible regulate, You could turn heat on or off, but at first I was freezing and then too hot. Maitenence came, but the problem wasn't really fixed. That said, this hotel is easily accessible to the red line and blue line subway system. I took three boys all over Manhattan and this was a good safe neighborhood with many places 5 or 6 blocks away.Staff was courteous. Room was clean.

I have stayed at many hotels in NYC and I have to say that the Hilton Garden Inn TriBeCa is one of my favorites. The staff and the location make this hotel a must stay. Great restaurants and shops all within walking distance. I definitely will stay there again on my next trip to the city.

Fantastic location right on the CAE line, the staff was fantastic, rooms clean, the hotel quiet. AOA restaurant next door was just average with slow service but convenient.

The room is smaller that I expected but the rest was very good

Front desk staff very friendly and responsive. Room itself needed some refurbishing. Need lamp on cabinet with coffee maker. Mattress needed replacing - sags in middle.

The Hotel is in a great location. There is plenty to see and do up West Broadway, 6th Avenue or Canal Street. You are also really close to all the bars and restaurants in TriBeCa and Greenwich Village. We recommend the breakfast in the hotel which is value for money compared with surrounding coffee shops or cafes. We had a TriBeCa King view room which had great views of the busy streets below without too much noise. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom had a decent shower. The Subway is right outside the hotel for easy access Uptown. Originally we were going to stay closer to Times Square but were glad we chose The Hilton Garden Inn Tribeca instead.

The room was a nice size compared to other places I've been.. room service was ok. didn't like that the menu was outdated. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The concierge was very helpful. Check in and check out was very quick. I had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back.

This was a good downtown location with easy access to the subway. We were visiting relatives so we were less interested in sights and more interested in being walking distance to their apartment. However, we could walk to Chinatown and to the World Trade Center Memorial from this location.The hotel room was large and comfortable and we did not hear street noise at all from our room. It was easy to get on the subway and head back to penn station for our train ride home.

I live on LI and just felt like having a weekend getaway in NYC with my husband without spending an arm and a leg. This hotel definitely worked out well for us since we didn't need anything fancy. The room was nice and comfortable. The only thing we found odd was that there were no movie channels where you could rent a just -out-of-theater movie or new release as you could in most hotels. They only had local TV, basic cable channels and HBO. Would've been nice to rent a movie.

Was perfectly situated for our stay. We were attending a family event at a restaurant nearby. Was able to park our car on the street near the hotel (no cost after 7pm Saturday, and all day Sunday) and walk to the event. There also was a subway station right next to the hotel. The staff in the hotel were very pleasant, and the room was nice. Overall, we had a very positive experience.

Always a great stay at the Hilton Garden in Tirbeca. My go to place when staying in New York City.

Staff was very helpful. One staff member, Tom Donovan, returned a $100 bill I mistakenly gave to him as a gratuity. He was honest and helpful

This hotel was perfect for a quick stay in the city. It's quiet, their gym is 24-hour and the attached restaurant is surprisingly excellent - try the fig and prosciutto pizza!

The service is extremely good and the rooms are bigger than average for a downtown hotel. A good hotel in a great location.

The hotel was clean, the staff excellent and the location was fantastic, within walking distance to Chinatown and Little Itialy. Can't recommend it enough.
