HYATT house Dallas/Addison - אדיסון

It was nice but I was expecting more for the price

Everytime I'm in town Hyatt House/Addison is where I stay. It's very pretty, clean, and comfortable. The employees are very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend it. The location is great and has alot of entertainment. The breakfast is awesome, and the rooms are spacious. The 2 bdrm I often get looks like a 'plush' apartment with all of the dishes & appliances. I'll be staying there again on all of my visits to Dallas.

We had a 2 BR, 2 BA suite with 2 adults and 2 small children. There was plenty of room and privacy when you wanted it. It was a great bargain.

My husband and I stayed here on a Friday and Saturday night. We didn't interact with the staff beyond checking in and out because we didn't need to but they seemed friendly enough. But the room, especially for the price, was SO nice and beautiful. It was also right next to the pool which has a beautiful courtyard area surrounding it. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub because we were gone a lot but it looked nice and clean. We did sit in the little courtyard areas several times throughout our stay and it was so nice and relaxing. The free breakfast was delicious--best quality free hotel breakfast I've ever had or seen. There were lots of foods to choose from. It's also located at a great convenient location, not too busy, and easy to get to THOUSANDS of restaurants!!! We had a hard time picking where to eat!!! I've already told my husband that next time we plan a trip to Dallas we are staying in Addison at that hotel again!!

The actual room itself was pretty good. Room was real clean and the layout of room was great. The only down part of the room was the bathtub was a little outdated, but other than that there are no complaints. The location was the best part. The surrounding area was not busy, so getting in and out of the hotel was extremely easy and you are close to major and key highways to all parts of the DFW area. I will be staying here again in the future.

We loved this hotel and wished we could stay longer.

I thought it was a great place to stay. The rooms were very nice and it made you feel like you were home. Free breakfast buffet in the morning was a plus. My studio was great. Will stay there again even on the 3rd floor with no elevator like I did, well worth it

The walls were a little thin, we could sometimes hear the people walking on floor above us. However we would stay again!! Great location and great price!

We truly enjoy the well-equipped suites and the wonderful breakfast. The staff is also very helpful and pleasant....Our only negative experience was a brief power outage in the neighborhood grid which I understand occurs from time to time.....Thanks for everything!

The room was comfortable and the hotel was easy to find with lots of dining options close by. However, you must sign a "strict no party policy" at check-in that appears to mean nothing. When we commented on the policy, the girl at the front desk replied "Oh you really haven't stayed with us before!" Uh OH! We knew we were in for it when we drove around the back to find our room and college kids were appearing out of the bushes with cases of beer under each arm. We were kept awake by yelling and screaming and carrying on until about 4 am and the hotel management really didn't seem to care. In my opinion you can make a room as comfortable and clean as you like, but if you can't sleep due to a tremendous amount of noise what is the use? The noise made our trip TERRIBLE and we will not be returning to this hotel.

Clean, central location in North Dallas. Friendly staff, OK breakfast, not great. Nice room. Everything you need to stay for a long time. Very quiet, even with Addison airport next to it.

Great value. Ideal for Couples groups. Condostyle accommodations makes for a very comfortable stay. Lots of good food nearby.

It was our home away from home everything we needed was right at our finger tip. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House ;-)

The hotel is really nice to stay in. The staff is friendly the only thing is if you there to party this is not the place. This place does not allow parties. Breakfast is good but not great, but other than that it was a really nice place to stay at.

This was a nice hotel. It was close to several restaurants.

The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The rooms are awesome, super clean plenty of extra's....it's your personal apartment away from home and equipped. Tyrese, front counter clerk had the best customer service ever and provides her guest with her undivided attention. We did not have not one problem or complaint. The other tenants were very sensitive to others... quality attracts quality! You get more than your monies worth…and that’s not always easily said!

This is suite hotel, so while it is nice to have the extra room, the furnishing standard is very average and the bed not as comfortable as we have come to expect from chain hotels. Breakfast was very average. Good location for Dallas businesses.

The Hyatt House was a great place to stay. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and good breakfast and happy hour.

Great hotel for the value - breakfast was awesome ESP for kids. Definitely will stay again!

We stayed one night. Beds were amazingly comfortable and our rate couldn't beat the extravagance of the room. Huge spacious room with kitchen and living room and very affordable. Oh and free breakfast was a hit, no bacon on the menu but everything else was yummy.

My wheelchair went easily into the room so that it could be recharged. The suitewas a perfect size for the family. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was very clean and updated. Comfortable and spacious! We will difenately come back!

Loved the location and the hotel was nicer then we expected. Received the best customer service from Mr Howard at the front desk. My boyfriend and I arrived a little sooner then expected but Howard accommodated us and found us a room. Breakfast was also real good. Rooms were very chic looking, very nice decor. Also I had forgot two small bags in a dresser drawer. Called in and they had the waiting for me. Overall loved everything about this hotel. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend to all our friends and family.

I have stayed at alot of places in Dallas and around the country but this was by far one of the best. Staff was great.

This hotel was great, and I would certainly stay here again...especially if we came back with our children. The room was fabulous, the pool was great, and the breakfast was delicious and filling. The only bad thing was the parking, It didn't seem like there were enough spots for all of the rooms, and we ended up parking at the hotel next door and walking over. The next time we come, we will be coming early and reserving our parking spot!! It also didn't help that there were storage buildings and portable moving pods sitting in some of the parking spaces to help with the renovation that was happening...but it was worth it. Again, great room in a great location.

We came to Addison for a business meeting, and this hotel was near to everything we had to do. The rooms were clean, and suprisingly large. We will stay here again. The only downside was the exterior painting that was going on took up many parking spaces, and there was no elevator to the 3rd floor room we had.
