It was just what we needed. Close to movies, mall and shopping. We ordered in and it was great!

The business center had privacy filters built in that made it impossible to open a document and print it, making the service completely useless. Luckily the staff was nice and printed things for me at the front desk. We used one of the meeting rooms the next day and were overshadowed by the sound of excited kids headed to the pool. All in all, not the best place for business travel.

I liked this room a lot. It was ver clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was probably the best I had at a hotel breakfast bar. I highly recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel was great, the shuttle service was fantastic and staff was very nice and helpful. Two minor details were that the pool could have been warmer, at least for the winter months and while the selection and quantity of breakfast foods was great, they could have been kept warmer. They were good, just a little cool. Overall a great place to stay and I would definitely go back.

We enjyed our stay. The hotel is located in an office park, set back from the street. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. We stayed in a spacious 1BR suite. The hotel is located near a grocery store, the mall, and several restaurants. Breakfast the next day had a bit of everything. We will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Suite in Portsmouth NH. The hotel was great, the service great. Can't find a better deal when dinner, drinks, shuttle service and breakfast were all included. We will revisit this hotel again and again. GREAT VALUE Great hotel

After 15 hours of driving and attending a dear friends funeral we were greeted at your hotel by a very friendly and professional woman. I only wish I could remember her name. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were outstanding. The young lady, realizing our bad day could not have been more helpful. I have been through Portsmouth many times, but from now on your hotel is where we will stay. Everyone connected with the hotel had a friendly greeting. I needed friendly and comfort and that is what I got. Thank you for employing such wonderful people.

Very nice fully equipped studio unit

Everything was just fine. My only complaint is the breakfast should include a few more healthy and nutritious selections. There was no low-sugar cereal with high fiber (e.g. some kind of bran flakes) and no nuts to add to cereal and oatmeal. Also, some whole grain breads and/or pastries would be nice.

The stay was great, staff were very friendly, the rooms were nice with full kitchen and separate bedroom and two tVs. The fireplace downstairs was nice with it in the 20's outside and there is a little shop next to the check-in counter that has all your basics even some extras for beverages. Parking was ample. We would stay there again.

Beautiful QUIET hotel. Great soundproofing! Fabulous breakfast buffet, close to all of Portsmouth's amenities. I will definitely stay again!

A very nice and comfortable hotel.

Five friends shared a suite with 2 queens and a pull out couch for a ladies weekend in Portsmouth and Ogunquit. The room was very clean and comfortable. Felt brand new. Breakfast downstairs was nice. Front desk employees were professional and helpful. We were all very happy with our stay.

The room was very nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious as well. We would definitely stay there again.

We were quite impressed with the facility. The staff was friendly and helpful. The housekeeper even took the time to write us a little thank you for the tip we left her. If I had to complain about something, it would be that they could use a few more tables in the breakfast area as it was crowded and the tables should have been wiped off between patrons.

Close to shopping and restaurants. Nice hotel with complimentary breakfast and supper. A quiet relaxing place to stay.

I was very impressed with the overall of the hotel. The staff was very friendly & ready to help in any way. Close to everything and parking is free. For the price you can't beat it.

Everything was perfect except for the cleaning service. I have never seen such poor cleaning service in my life. They literally barely made the beds, not to mention the soap dispenser in the lobby restroom was empty and never refilled for 4 days! Aside from that, the hotel was really pretty and well appointed. The breakfast and dinner was also very good.

Very comfortable place to stay. Love the fluffy pillows and king size bed. Only issue was the thickness of the bath mat--very flimsy and thin. I know that's nit picky, but it's the only thing I could think of that was not positive! I like to step out of the shower onto a bath mat that is comfortable and fluffy...that's just me! Otherwise it's an awesome place. Nice breakfast and lovely lobby.

great hotel should serve the same breakfest all week long......

If I went to NH, sure I will stay in Homewood again. It is Amazing and I recommended it to my friends.

Very clean, friendly staff, very good breakfast. Only thing I could have asked for was a refrigerator in the standard queen room.

Nice hotel for the price. Impressed with the complimentry dinner that's unherd of.not that bad either def saves some money. Stayed in the king studio was quiet and plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids ages 9,10,13.comfy beds and clean room.minutes from downtown and about an half hr to hampton or york beach.def would stay again

Top floor room. Only issue was effectiveness of the A/C system. Design was not optimum in that the cool air was directed to the smallest area of the rooom (width rather than the longer length of the room). This made the sleeping area warmer than the kitchen/sitting area - an undesireable situation.

We just returned from three nights @ Homewood Suites of Portsmouth, NH. We area family of 5 (2 adults + 3 kids ages 5 to 11) who found the King Studio Suite to be big enough to comfortably house us all. Best points: Great location, only moments from higway yet feels like it's in the country. Perfectly clean. Comfy bed. Comfy sofa-bed for kids. Indoor pool. Very bountiful free breakfast. Free weeknight light dinners (Mon - Thurs only) with beer and wine. Uber-friendly and helpful staff. Small but well-equipped kitchen made eating in quite doable. Worst points: Pool was small, cold and a bit cloudy. A hot tub would have been nice. Room only had shower, no tub. Overall we are very pleased! We'll surely be back.

The Homewood Suites Portsmouth was extremely comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.The area is near Kittery shopping and the lovely town of Portsmouth.Lots to do and a great place for families to stay.

The only suggestion I'd have for the hotel is to heat the pool water. It wasn't warm enough to swim in. We brought bathing suits but didn't want to go into a cold pool. We have spent the last couple of years as quests at this hotel and plan to come back again. Hope the pool water is warmer next time!

You think of Homewood suites as being a cheap no frills hotel and this was exactly that. However it has nice large well furnished rooms, with a kichenette, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The hotel had a pool, gym and business center. One top of that they provided a complimentary breakfast, including bacon, sausage and eggs or make it yourself waffles. (Although some guests should not be allowed within 50 ft of a waffle iron!). In the evening during the week they also provided a complementary evening meal. If you had to buy these as extras you could easily add $30 to $40 per person onto your bill. The few times we had to interact with the staff they were very pleasent and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a nice hotel at the end of a road. We went there for a weekend getaway and had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was wonderful.

The staff was great from the shuttle driver taking me to get some late night dinner to the desk clerk ionizing my room to remove the smoke smell, although it was only one night, I would stay there again.
