1) Internet access does not work and not secure. When checked in, was told no password needed and attempt to connect from room, (though connected) have NO INTERNET access. Called front to ask for router reboot, said they will and hung up, NEVER DID 2) Requested early checkin due to arrival from flight - offered to pay extra - no joy. 3) While in room (about 5pm) handy man have to bang on door to fix a previously broken fire alarm, and when i said no, pls come back later as I am alone and resting, got threatened to pay 500$ fees. Place is clean and quiet tho..

If you need working internet do not stay here

For the price this was a good place to stay. There is currently a lot of road work being done on the street and it could take nearly a half hour to reach the nearest freeway access during the daytime on week days.

The Internet is not working . Breakfast time they did not clean the area its really dirty and mess in those hour.

The location is fine but when we got to the room there wasn't towels, the pillows didn't have case. At night there was a lot of noise. I mean, for a night is fine and the price was decent too

I stayed at this same hotel last year for an annual business event, and it was even better this year. My husband came with me, and he also enjoyed staying here. The only negatives: the neighborhood is not the greatest and there is a ton of construction (BOTH years...they don't seem to move very quickly). But, there isn't really anything the hotel can do to affect either of those things. The staff is GREAT.

Decent place. Terribly noisy at night, lots of road construction. Overall was a decent room at a decent price. Would stay again if there wasn't construction going on.

The staff was excellent I had an enjoyable interaction with all the staff I came into contact with.I think that some updates are needed in the rooms though

everyone was extremely nice and helpful but the beds had bugs.

everything was good and I will stay again.

The place is a solid 3. Manager was nice. Except for the all night partyers. Banging on doors till 2 & 3 in the morning. I didnt get any sleep for two days. Third dayanager kicked them out. I chose not to stay tjere my second week.

Of course this hotel was booked because of the price. When we arrived, there was a large Hispanic fellow screaming obscenities off the balcony, at his acquaintances, who were of course, returning the banter. After checking in, as fate would have it, our room was right next to all of the excitement. It was obvious, that as we passed the group, they had apparently misplaced their drugs and subsequently removed EVERYTHING from their car. The owner of the car was accused of hiding it. A good look at the group and we knew they were a rough bunch of hombres. We entered the room, locked the door, the deadbolt, the window, and slid the bed up against the door. Needles to say, we didn't sleep very well. Breakfast in the morning wasn't ready on time, but I'm glad I survived the night.

We will never go there again unless they do some major re-modeling.

Terrible! Only sleep here! Nothing else is really good!

We stayed for a week for business. There is major construction on mission street where this motel is located which was awful most of the time but not their fault. The condition of our room had a powerful musky mold smell. The bedding had holes and stains on them. I woke up twice to a small beetle type bug on my pillow.The carpet was do disgusting I could not walk bare foot. The bathroom stopper component was not screwed into the tub and was hanging loosely so every time you turned the water on the off splash would go into the wall where the hole was. We were never given all of our towels unless we asked everyday. The worst and real reason we would never return is because we witnessed non stop drug dealing, partying group that seem to live there. The crazy partying till 4am was intense and awful. I would never return.

First off it's not a 5 star hotel. But if you are looking for a decent room with decent amenities in the area for a great price this will do. I was quite surprised at the room that I had. I have since stayed a couple more times for work and quite happy every time.

Electric went off and on! Next day it did it again, went to front desk was told " Well it was raining last night" as if that is a viable excuse! Breakfast was free but sucked! Construction all around the area and mad traffic after three o'clock!

The place smelled like marijuana. Bathroom towels looked dirty and there was bed bug! Do I need to say more?

Decent place to stay for low rates though not spectacular. Biggest disappointment was that my nonsmoking room faintly smelled of cigarettes. Other than that, the bed was fine and there was a micro-fridge (great to help save money on food.) I'd still recommend it for an inexpensive stay with a reasonable quality (though slightly worn down.)

THE LOCATION WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED EASY ACCESS AND PARKING. BUT THE ROOM WAS AWFUL THE SHOWER HAD BEEN PATCHED BUT NOT FINISHED OR PAINTED. THE TOWELS WERE THIN, YELLOWED, OLD AND UNMATCHED. WE STAYED FOR 4 NIGHTS AND THE SHEETS WERE NEVER CHANGED, THE MATTRESS WAS LUMPY AND UNCOMFORTABLE. NO VACUUMING WAS DONE DURING OUR STAY. THE REMOTE CONTROL HAD NO BACKING JUST TAPE. IN GENERAL A REALLY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.

my toilet had urination stains on it, the tub look dirty, the front desk left desk unattended, i want my money back for this horrible stay! The refrigerator and microwave was handy. There were no elevators. No help at all.

We booked for three days and was so disgusted with the room that we left after two days. THe chest of draws was broken and after complaining to the maid, who didn't speak english, we kept our clothes in our suitcases. THe continental breakfast was a joke, you get the drift.

Remote area, nice clean rooms for a reasonable rate, excellent customer service!

It was great enjoyed the stay

We checked in, the room # 119 with two bouble beds, the bed closer to the bathroom broke as soon as I sit down. I called the front desk to let him know. we had an broken bed, he asked which one and did not even offer to change us to a different room. We were so tired that after this incident we just decided to stay in the room with one bed. The quality of the beds its not good at all, pehaps the owner would like to think on investing on better quality.

Worse Hotel experience I have ever had! The management was rude. There were spiders EVERYWHERE, definite signs of mold ( I am an environmental consultant so this is not a guess on my part), there was no microwave as they advertised. I called the front desk to be placed in another room the 2nd of 5 days onsite and was never given another room. the rooms along the backside of the hotel are subjected to the constant dog barking from the rear neighboring homes. The dogs barked all day and night! I am sure when i was out, the maid staff made their way into my room even though there was DO NOT DISTURB posted on my door every day. The spiders noted in the carpet, on the walls and found in my bags when I got home made me feel iky!

I ENJOYED STAYING AT THE DAYS INN. IT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN THE HILTON OR THE HYATT, BUT I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN. IT WOULD BE MY FIRST CHOICE. HOUSEKEEPING WAS OK, NOT THE BEST, BUT THE ROOM WAS NEAT AND COMFORTABLE.

When I first check in after working all night , decided to take a shower and found out there is no towel and pillow case too. So I called front desk for some towels and pillow case, and ended up some more bad news...THEY RAN OUT !!!...Found out the night shift front desk went to my room and decided take my stuff and give it to someone else.

Lot of work on the road all around, but not noisy inside. Staff is definitely is big plus of this hotel.
