Our room was cozy and clean, nicely furnished, quiet. and clean. It was aways out of town, but easy to get to and from. Very pleased with our stay here.

This place is very over-priced. The rooms are worn out, decades old carpet. The Continental breakfast is a joke, and worse of all--it is very overpriced. I strongly suggest you not stay here. I am a business traveler, staying in hotels all the time. All I ask is give me decent value for money charged, and this place gets an "F" on that score.

Hotel very nice along with the room Danny Boys not that great

Clean comfortable room and pleasant employees. Very limited continental breakfast but adequate. Would stay there again.

Upkeep of our room could have been better.

Staff was very helpful. Due to some sort of booking error, we were upgraded to a suite at no further cost. We were there for the Dempsey Challenge bike ride and this was a great start to our weekend. The building is dated but comfortable. Continental breakfast was the same as everywhere else, nothing special.

I booked this place once before and was completely dissatisfied and I can't believe I fell for the deceptive photos on the website AGAIN!!!!!!! I was mortified!!!! This place is very much a truck stop. The people are nice enough. But it is directly next to the highway. Trucks going by at night shake the room. It is very old, dated and smells funny. The first time I stayed here was worse than this time. At least this time I felt ok sleeping in the bed. It's fine if you are looking for a cheap place to spend a night, but if you are used to a certain class of service, move on. Sorry guys you are nice and all but it is what it is.

A good stay for the price. The room was starting to look a little out-dated but it was very clean and had all that you would need for a night or two including a fridge and micro.

The room was beautiful, clean and newly renovated we enjoyed the fireplace in our room as it was seasonably chilly.. The Irish Pub downstairs was not good: bad food and poor service.

The accommodations were good. There were several buses there but you could not hear anything, Breakfast was truely continential.

Easy access, convenient location. Staff were very friendly and room very clean and comfortable. Will stay here on our future trips!

Clean and neat, it was great to have all the amenities right there plus a gas station and convenience store next door. I would definitely stay here again.

An excellent value. Appreciated the clean, spacious room and comfortable beds. Front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Pool area was also well-maintained. Only slight negatives were the dated bedspreads and small dated tub/toilet area.

Hotel is conveniently located close to route 95. Had a very pleasant stay there.

It was an older property but it was conviently located just off of the highway. The room was large and amazingly quiet. It was clean and comfortable. The matress was great with 4 pillows. Got a good nights rest.

It was very pleasant. They let me check in early, upgraded my room for no additional charge, and gave us whoopie pies! How could you not enjoy that? Beds were pretty standard, pillows were not comfy. Hot water went in and out in the showered, but nothing to drastic. Was surprised to find a microwave and mini fridge in room, that was great. Pool was not open. The pub attached to inn was nice, the staff was awesome in both places. I went up to attend a wedding and stayed 2 days. Inn is right off Rte 95.

MY family and I completely enjoyed our stay. THe children enjoyed the pool most of all. The convience of being able to prepare meals right in the comfort of our suite was greatly appreciated. Despite the cost being on the higher end of the spectrum the cost was worth it. I will definitely book with this hotel again.

2-bed room was small for 2 adults, bathroom very small, shower weak and hot water came and went a couple of times

Very satisfied, however wouldn't recommend eating there.

being a smoker, i rented a smoking room and understand that most smoking type rooms at hotel chains are somewhat sub-standard based on that type of room. i can honestly say that the smoking room i stayed in (same room two different times), is in need of serious attention.

chair in roome at the desk did not lock in the upright position almost fell over backwards but overall the stay was nice thanks ted

I'm not sure about the suites, but as for the inn/motel rooms, they could use some refinishing. it was really loud and hectic when we checked in around 11pm. yes it was late on a saturday night next to their bar, but it was just not a great experience. the lady at the check-in counter seemed overwhelmed and just not very friendly. i called a couple days before and asked for a king bed room and they said it was available - but when we got there, it was not available, so we just had to settle for a double. Some of the metal parts in the room was rusting, the carpet had an old musty smell, and the shower curtain was smelly and had what looked like a blood stain on it.. the sink and counter seemed newer and the tv/shelves/fridge were all fine. still, i just did not feel very clean while in the room. its fine to just sleep and leave, but definitely not a place to stay for long. if you are going to book, book early b/c it's not really worth the amount we paid for it as a last minute booking.

nice hotel. staff was very friendly & helpful. don't forget to ask for your free whoopi pie when you check in. only complaint: wish there was more than apples for the fresh fruit offered at the breakfast.

The [pictures are very mis-leading to say the least !! the room we were first given was in a very old derelect looking building that had a very bad ododr room was tiny the pictures on the Internet are extremely mis-leading!! Thje staff tried their very best and were nice the only saving grace of the place.

Reading the other reviews I was skeptical in booking my stay but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment we saw the hotel. It was directly off the highway (I-95) and looked already like a good choice. We walk into the very clean lobby and find that our room has been upgraded to the new wing for no extra charge. Plus; they gave us whoopie pies on arrival :-) . The room was very close to the parking lot without extra noise from the highway. The room was clean and quite spacious, bigger than I am used to. W only stayed one night so I can't speak for room service. The Irish Pub attached to the hotel wasn't promising at first glance, there were 6 of us in there. It closes at 9pm (including the bar) but the food was good. Especially the chicken fingers. The Breakfast was good enough to meet our needs, but could have had more selection. They had: bagels, muffins, Pop Tarts, juice, coffee, and other little things, nothing special. Overall, I would recommend this to travelers, Freeport Village is 15 minutes away, easy to get to. I was happy with my stay, and look forward to staying there again.

We are very picky about bed, And their bed make my whole family happy. Not too soft not too too hard, very comfortable. The breakfast was ok. And 6 mile down there's Walmart . We plan the trip around Portland, it's around 30 mins drive, kind of far to me. But the price and comfort of the bed, it's worth.

This hotel is right off the highway but well positioned so you don't see or hear it. It recently was renovated and the rooms are clean and bright, nicely decorated and reasonably priced. The on-site restaurant served very good food, and the free continental breakfast had lots of different offerings, not just coffee and juice. The hotel is kind of in the middle of nowhere, so there's no real neighborhood (unless you include the gas station) but other than that its a great place to lay your head.

The hotel was all we could ask for a reasonably priced facility. Our room was even upgraded. Room was clean, quiet, a/c worked.. no complaints. Right next to Maine Turnpike but 5 miles from downtown.

The Fireside Inn and Suites is a very good hotel convenient to the highway and downtown Aburn and Lewiston easy to get to. The continental breakfast is O.k. could have better selections. Overall good experience. the staff was very freindly.

Friendly staff. Complimentary whoopie pie on arrival! Great pillows. Convenient location. Right next to off ramp to highway.
