Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Burlington - ברלינגטון

We reserved well in advance. We were given room 132 which had been heavily smoked in and either very reciently fumigated (for bugs) or doused to the umpth degree in odour eater spray. Within minutes of entering the room I was sick to my stomach. It spoiled our first night and part of the next day. The room shouldn't have been used. The night shift clerk's attitude that night was terrible, the day shift clerk the next day we very helpful in swapping us out to a room on the second floor that was great. Its pretty sad when you're given a room that smells so bad you on gravol, with the window open wide in a room adjacent to the I5.

This hotel was a goof choice for proximity to the tulip fields in LaConner - pool was appreciated and breakfast options were excellent. A bathing suit was left in the room - and we contacted the note within 24 hours and we were advised they would open a file re this concern! We asked they just check with housekeeping - waited on hold and then were told nothing had been located. We drove back to the hotel and insisted they do another check and the bathing suit was located. Bottom line -a staff members lack of concern for client's request was not handled well - and could have resulted in a costly loss1

We stayed in Burlington to be close to the Cascade Mall early in the morning for the start of the Tulip Rallye. Several sports car clubs driving all over the Skagit valley for a day that happens each year (for the past 32 years). This hotel was situated close enough tot he mall (starting point for the rallye) to get there in only a few minutes, also close enough to restaurants and entertainment to make the stay very pleasant and fun.The staff is friendly and courteous and interested in the activities, asking us questions about our car club and the rallye. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. The breakfast was nice, the waffle maker was very popular.

It was a nice hotel but the foul smell outside leaked into the room.

Just what you would expect from a Fairfield- very nice place.

There should be glasses provided in the room and was disappointed that body lotion was not provided.

We found the rooms to be very small for requested King Bed and the furniture of average quality. The bathroom door handle fell off when we went to pull door closed. We cancelled our reservation for the 2nd night of our stay because of these problems.

You need to have lit make up mirrors installed in your bathrooms. The lighting is terrible in there. Everything else was very nice..Thank you for the stay!!

We were very happy with the service and friendliness of your staff. Any questions we asked were answered right away. The hotel was situated right in the middle of the things we wanted to do. It was very easy to get off and on the freeway. Our rooms were very clean and we could not here any noise, which made for a great sleep. The pool was clean and just the right size. If I was to complain about anything it would be there were no towels at the pool in the morning. It was a non issue for us because we had our own pool towels. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that asked me.

Clean, comfortable and convenient hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool and adults enjoyed the small gym. Had better breakfast at other hotels. Would stay again.

Overall this hotel is fine. All the amenities i.e. pool, exercise room, Cont. Breakfast etc. Everything is very basic but it's all there, and in working order, for a reasonable price.

Had a great experience at the Fairfield Inn and Suites The staff were exceptionally pleasant. The room was immaculate and the bed was super comfortable. Great location for the Outlets. We had dinner at the nearby Bob's Burgers and Brew at the hotels front desk recommendation, great meal! I'd say this hotel was excellent value for money. Would stay there again for sure!

We stayed at Burlington because we could not get a hotel closer to our event in Bellingham! We enjoyed dinner at the Train Wreck in Burlington which was fairly close to the hotel. Our room was clean enough but there was some kind of spray or air freshener used that my husband and I were both bothered by. The smell of it and the fact that it made the drapes and bedcoverings feel slightly sticky. We opened the window to try and air it out but still felt it affected our breathing and air quality.

We were very happy with the hotel. My daughters and I stayed for two nights while on a shopping trip. The pool and spa were very nice. Our room was comfortable. The only issue we had was the fire alarm in the room that flashes a green light every few seconds and flashes all night. It made it difficult to fall asleep.

The staff was awesome, and the hotel was beyond what we expected! Highly recommended.

The hotel was conveniently located near the highway and the front desk staff were very hospitable. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. I would definitely return if I were to ever be traveling this road again.

This was only a one night stay on our trip to the San Juan Islands. Check in was easy and quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Good location off the freeway and only a few miles from the exit heading to the islands. GPS will take you to the wrong exit so make sure you get your map directions off the Internet.

We come down every year to shop at the outlet malls so although this is just a little north of Burlington it worked out grea and it was cheaper than the other two chains in the area (Hilton/HI)! Went to Bob's burgers and brews which was actually good but the breakfast was nothing special. Overall would stay again!

Booking trough Hotel.com and prepaying saved us us about 12%. Thanks.

Stay was great, nice to be able to wash and dry our clothes. Very wet and rainy for our "Ride to Conquer Cancer". One thing if I could comment on need a shuttle bus.....When I phoned in September I was told there was one. I called a 1-800 number last year to book....

We were returning to Vancouver from Orcas Island and wanted to spend some time enjoying the Tulip Festival in Skagit County. Booking an overnight stay at this hotel was perfect. This meant we could extend our time at the tulip farms, which we enjoyed very much.

Very satisfied with evrything except the a/c unit was a little noisey

When you pay a good rate for a hotel room you expect a good room and service and it was!

This hotel was well-maintained, clean, and very near to Interstate 5. Highway noise was negligible. One could not say this about the nearby Burlington Northern/Amtrak rail whose horns sound several times each night. The complimentary breakfast was of good quality, except for the coffee - which was poor. I would have to say that it was a pleasant stay, though slightly overpriced given its drawbacks.

Ideal for Canadians wanting a low cost place to stay while shopping in the Burlington/North Seattle outlet stores. Reasonably priced hotel, really good hot breakfast, nice pool and exercise room, spacious rooms.

Hotel is nice and simple and not far from Mt Vernon if you are there for business/visiting. easy access to I-5. The "Bob's" burger joint across the parking lot is pretty decent.

We traveled with three other families and stayed at this hotel for two nights. Room was quiet and clean. Bathroom was large and also clean. When we arrived there was no fridge in our room but one of our friends had a fridge in their room. I asked at the front desk if we could please have a fridge and within ten minutes the gentleman at the front desk personally delivered one to our room. I was impressed. There was only one computer in the lobby and it was very slow. The breakfast was good but a fruit salad would have been nice. The kids liked the pool but it was a bit smelly in the pool room. Perhaps it could be aired out periodically. When we booked on-line there were two prices quoted (with breakfast and without breakfast) with quite a price difference. I booked with no breakfast but discovered upon arrival that every guest receives complimentary breakfast and so I don't know why two prices were quoted on-line. We usually stay at the Hampton Inn or the Holiday Inn Express, but this hotel was completely acceptable and we would stay again.

the room was nice but average. the staff was good. food [breakfast] was good but nothing special. price was very good since we had business in bellingham. love bobs burgers next door and the casino up the freeway. love the temper -pedic style bed .

Selected this hotel due to proximity to the Anacortes Ferry to Sidney, Vancouver BC. Room was clean, older TV, comfortable bed. Breakfast provided, including waffles, hard boiled eggs, pastries, cold cereal. For one night, good choice.

very clean and close to great restaurant. Room was small. Great breakfast in the morning.

We will stay at the Burlington Fairfield Inn & Suites again, as well as recommend it to our friends and family. Everything was nicer than we expected. The rooms were very clean and the beds/bedding high quality and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet - it had a nice variety of items. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but would if we stayed there with children. The location is also a plus for this hotel. It's just down the road from the Skagit Casino. It is also next to several gas stations/mini marts, two coffee stands, a fast food restaurant, and a decent sit down restaurant. Everything you need is right there. If you are interested in shopping, there is a mall and other stores a short drive south on I-5.

Everything was just as I expected it to be. I absolutely LOVED the bed, a "Jamison" I was told by the desk clerk. Pillows were great too. I slept like a baby even though the hotel was near the freeway.

We phoned down to the front desk in the early evening. No one had answered in housekeeping. We were looking for 2 wine glasses and a wine opener. The lady was very accomodating and said no problem, if we could just stop by the front desk and pick them up. The hotel is close to the highway so you hear some traffic and some train noise. It is a perfect location for shopping and dining in Burlington as well only about 30 min. From Seattle premium outlets. We would stay here again.

Nous avons pris le ferry à Sidney (Victoria) et avons accosté à Anancortespour aller à Seattle. Arrivés à 20h30 à Anacortes, une petite halte pour dormir était une excellent idée. L'hotel est très sympa avec un pbon petit dejeuner. Dommage que les lits soient toujours trop mous dans les hotels.
