we moved after two nights

Loved the room, and the modern decor touches, comfortable beds, clean room. Great breakfast. No lounge in the hotel which was unfortunate, but was able to whip up cocktails later. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will look for other Residence Inns to stay in when traveling, loved the kitchen!!

Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The cont. bkft was very good and the staff very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again!

front desk is always great, friendly and helpful. the hotel is modern and clean. we love Burbank and the surrounding businesses are nearby and easily accessible.

Very nice lobby. Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Great breakfast. No hot tub in pool area. Pretty close to downtown area, within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

The parking was $15 but I already prepared to pay it because I read the comments from other who stayed at this hotel. There was plenty of parking available. The hotel was very clean, the furniture and decor was modern, our suite was roomy and very comfortable. The pool, patio area and gym were amazing! The front staff were very friendly and welcoming and accommodated our earlier arrival. The location was perfect and allowed me to leave my car parked in the lot and walk down to the local shopping areas. We will be staying here again and again. We will recommend this hotel to friends and family. I personally preferred to stay at this hotel and pay the small difference, opposed to the hotel across the street that is older and dated furniture.

The hotel is in a great location near downtown Burbank, close to a mall, and lots of restaurants/theatres. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. My only complain was the AC was really loud and the "continental breakfast" was terrible, served on styrofoam plates with food that had just as much taste. Seriously, Marriott?

Overall this is a great hotel! My only griefs are that you have to pay $15.00 dollarsfor parking park and its the hotels garage and parking lot. If I wouldn't have paid over a $100. Dollars a night to stay there that would've been fine. Second the pool was out of service and that was one of the reasons we picked the hotel.

Hotel was clean in a great area for eating and night life.the staff was friendly but getting in and out of hotel was awkward.

This a great location. Room was comfy and clean. Walking distance from several great restaurants and things to do. Looking forward to going back.

Very good place but to close to freeway and railroad (noisy)

The King size bed was a Double for some reason, and not rectified because the Rose Parade was in town and the hotel was booked up. The shower head sprayed in all directions, including outside of the shower, but otherwise the room was nice.

Loved it! Your staff was so nice and the breakfasts were wonderful! We will be back!

Breakfast was pretty dismal but the hotel, overall, was quite nice.

Overall a nice clean comfortable stay. Would stay there again.

The Hotel was awesome. I'll stay there again for sure. The only minor thing that came up was a $15 parking fee which I wasn't told of before hand.

Convenient location - safe area - breakfast adequate - courteous staff.

Ask for a room away from highway 5 for noise reduction, otherwise the hotel is great.

very satisfied with cleanliness,service and staff. great complimentary breakfast. Beware of the rooms facing the freeway and construction. very noisy for a good night's sleep (almost impossible) would stay again. Very convenient to shopping dining etc.

The Hotel was very nice, like a home away from home and the complimentary buffet breakfast was amazing...but there are a few things they could do to make it better. the room only had basic cable, so you got 100 channels with nothing good to watch and you couldnt pay to see any on demand shows/movies. also, they couldnt supply a dvd player so if you had rented a movie, you couldnt see that either. lastly, you have to pay to park at the hotel. I think they should include the parking with the cost of the room and if parking is limited, then charge customers for additional vehicles (i parked down the street in a residential area). But other than that, its a great hotel.

Really liked having the kitchen in the room with all the kitchen supplies. This was convenient for us. The free breakfast was great! We wished we could buy milk in the evening from the front desk snack area, but that's OK.

This hotel had one of the best hot breakfasts I've had at a hotel. Would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for a family trip to Universal Studios. It was very clean. Our room smelled brand new. The staff was friendly and the location was very convenient. It took us about 10 minutes to Universal Studios. We will definitely stay there on our next trip!

the room i got 219 seems to be or have some water pipes running constantly behind the walls where the bed is located., or maybe somehow,,the room cannot contain the sounds of vehicles on the freeway next to the hotel. overall.., the place is clean and very close to restaurant and movie theaters. I will recommend this hotel highly..except ...avoiding the room that i got.

I stayed at this all suite hotel many times and have been very happy staying there!

Checked in only to find that the pet fee was more than the room. I guess pet friendly was more like double to cost friendly. Will not stay there again if the pet fee is so expensive.

I say at this hotel allot when I'm in Burbank. Its a conforable Sute Hotel for the money next to some nice places to eat. I have tryed other hotels in the area, but I keep going beck to this one when I can!

Good location, clean rooms. I had little interaction with the staff but everything was excellent. $15 for parking though....

Love room conveniences (e.g., kitchen size) and location.

Not as close to places we wanted to go as would have liked but we knew that when we selected. Rooms were spacious, light and clean. Road noise was very minimal. Given we were just off the freeway, that was amazing.
