A rare find.

Very nice. Only negatives --- no indoor pool and was a little pricey but you get what you pay for and this was worth the extra money.

My stay at this hotel was totally awesome. I was definitely impressed with the overall appearance and cleanliness of the residence. It was my mother's birthday and I wanted her to have a good time. I was not sure what to expect and was banking on my mom's approval. I had read the online reviews and seen the pictures, but was still a bit apprehensive. Nevertheless, from the moment we walked in I could tell that my mother was very content. She was so happy and I so relieved that the residence appeared to be the highlight of the trip even though the Biltmore Estate was suppose to be the main attraction. I will definitely return in the near future hopefully very near future to The Residences at Biltmore.

This place was great. The suites were updated and clean. It was extremely close to the Biltmore and downtown Asheville. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting in the future.

All are two bed two bath suites, or apartments really. Hardwood floors kept allergies to a minimum. This location is near the gate to biltmore and a five minute drive to downtown. Great place for a family or large group.

We were on the road and used the Hotels.com mobile app when we got close to our destination. I didnt read all the details so we were a bit surprised to find that it felt more like a timeshare than a hotel. No problem, though, it was large, clean and comfortable. There was a full kitchen and a nice sitting area. I would not hesitate to stay there again, especially if I was traveling with kids. We did hear noise from others at 2:45AM, but otherwise a fine place.

Gorgeous 2 bedroom suite. Bathrooms were very well appointed, beds were so comfy, linens were exceptional! Entire suite was top notch. Perfect location, too!

A group of 6 of us went to celebrate graduation. This place was really comfortable and also pretty close to downtown asheville. My friends and I had a great time sitting by the fire and talking through the night.

The staff upon registration was wonderful and we loved the room and the area........will definately be back! It was well worth the money! It was close to a hospital so you will hear ambulances sometimes but it was also close to a beautiful shopping center and food and gas in the Biltmore Village........

Always the best place to stay in Asheville!

Thoroughly enjoyed three night stay at the Residences at Biltmore. Property is very well maintained and comfortable. Can't wait to get back.

This is apparently a 60s apartment complex completely renovated. Like renting a new 1 bedroom furnished apartment. Very nice, clean and well run. No complaints

Our studio suite at the Residence at Biltmore was wonderful. The suite had everything we could have wanted, with both luxury and comfort in mind. The full kitchen was amazing and the suite had the feel of a very nice, small apartment. We were close to everything we wanted to do in Asheville, including walking into the city. The location provides easy access in every direction, so we found navigating from there for our explorations to be fun and easy. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable and well appointed with a full kitchen, a sitting area and comfortable bed, If there is anything I wish i'd found in the room would have been a better toiletries kit. I travel often and have come to expect the basics of hand soap, lotion, mouthwash, body wash and shampoo, so I tend to travel without these items. This room only had the shampo and body wash. Other than that, I would say the stay was great. One more item of note...there is no on-site restaurant or breakfast service however there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

We had a wonderful three day getway in Asheville. We had stayed at the Residences on a prior trip and loved it. This trip was no exception. The accomodations are extrodainary and the front desk staff was friendly and available to help with any questions or recommendations for the area. We orginally booked our trip for two nights and extended for another day. Staff was very accomdating to work with us to keep our same room. Will definitely stay here on our next trip. (Great location for walking to Biltmore Square shopping, but recommend driving to downtown if you aren't looking for a boost in exercise)

Tremendous. I'm not kidding !

We booked this hotel on the way back from our trip to South Carolina and all I can say is WOW!!! We had our little one with us but, if not, this would have been such a romantic place to stay. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in at a hotel, the room was spotless the bathroom was huge! If we stayed again I'd buy groceries and cook meals and cozy in for the night. It's in the most adorable little town, we ate at Rezas based on the recommendation from one of the trainers at the gym in town and the service was impectible. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary with great service definately give it a try. The service at this hotel was superior, rooms were like stuido apartments. If you stay here you will not be diappointed. The only thing you may notice is that the walls are a little thin so you can hear some noise from other rooms but we took a fan and didn't hear a thing. Amazing stay, this is a gem in the mountains!

By far the NICEST place I have EVER stayed in all my travel experiences! Def going back!!

My family spent the week in NC looking at colleges for my daughter. We spent 2 nights in Asheville at the Residences at Biltmore. This was the best accomodation of the week by far. Plenty of room with 2 BR, 2 baths, kitchen and den area. Clean, new and very comfortable and only 5-10 minutes from downtown Asheville. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. Everything was perfect except for the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. That would NOT keep me from going back but needs to be noted.

My wife and I had a great 2 day stay. I was very impressed with the room and service. Felt like home away from home.

I was very impressed with the Residences at Biltmore. Not your traditional hotel, it looks like it was perhaps a converted apartment complex. But my room was terrific! Spacious suite with great kitchen, and a very nice balcony with sitting area. The room rate was exceptionally reasonable. I was only here for one night, on business, but it would be great as a homebase for a longer stay or vacation in Asheville. The reception lobby is in one of the suites, and you have to climb a pretty good set of stairs to get there, so those for whom stairs are an issue might want to take note.

Enjoyed it immensely. Only drawback at all was the heavy footsteps of someone above on our last day. Room was immaculate and enjoyed the fireplace, balcony and well equipped kitchen. Even the coffee was above par. Staff was knowledgeable about new restaurants so we tried Chestnuts. Room is generally so comfortable there is no rush to get out and about. The room staff was unobtrusive and left mating swans on our bed which thrilled my lady

This was a fantastic choice for staying in Asheville. It's about 2 miles from downtown, so you are not necessarily in the thick of things, but the condos themselves are absolutely perfect, well-appointed, spacious and comfortable. I was surprised the rate we paid was so low for such a great spot!

Decent location trading a bit lower price for not being in the center of downtown or Biltmore grounds was a good tradeoff, either was only about 15 minutes away. Nice sized room, smaller than expected whirpool and missing a few hotel norm toiletries like lotion, but will know for next time, unexpected features like washer/dryer in room excellent for longer stay as well as full kitchen and 10 minute drive to grocery store. Internet services was very slow, so wouldn't recommend for anyone needing to work remotely during stay. Overall thought it was good value for the price and would stay again.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was incredible! The king size bed was very comfortable, the bedroom had plenty of storage space and a door for privacy from the rest of the suite. The bathroom was very spacious with an updated shower and a jetted tub. The living room was cozy with a fireplace and a balcony. The kitchen had modern stainless appliances and was stocked with all the pots, pans, and dishes you need. This suite was honestly nicer than our own apartment and I could have stayed there forever. The staff was very nice and very helpful. Even at 2:30 in the morning when I needed something we hadn't brought with us, the lady working the desk came straight away to bring us what we needed. Plus, it is just about a mile (if that) to the entrance for the Biltmore Estate, very convenient to Biltmore Village and downtown Asheville.

I was told smoking was allowed on patio. When I checked in was told no smoking anywhere on property. Very noisy walls are very thin. Not within walking distance to anything.

I'd stay there again in a heartbeat...very short drives to both the Biltmore and downtown. Gas fireplace, nice bathroom with a big shower and a tub. Half the rooms should have a view from the balcony as the hotel is three buildings on a hill...enjoy!

Positive: Office Staff was very professional and knowledgable of things to do see go. Housekeeping was wonderful and the suite was pleasing to the eye. Negative: construction was such every time upstairs party came in to their room it sounded like a herb of elephants. Every flush of the comode could be heard swooshing loudly through the walls, disturbing sleep. If coming, ask for a top floor room.

Loved the suite... I stayed in a studio suite and it was beautiful. Wish I could have stayed longer, but was just traveling through. Will definitely return to the Residences at Biltmore for another stay.

This hotel was amazing! The room was beautifully appointed, the amenities were fantastic and it was conveniently located close to everything, including Downtown Asheville, the Biltmore Estate, the hospital and shopping. The only drawback, as others have mentioned, is the lack of sound insulation between rooms. If you have anyone in the room above you, it will sound as though they are stomping around in cement shoes. While it did not bother me as much, it did annoy others in my party. As another reviewer suggested, if you are sensitive to noise, try to book one of the rooms on the top floor. Overall, I had an excellent experience.

Our room was more than I expected! The comfort and warmth of the room made it hard to leave. Having a fireplace and hot tub was the best. It was a nice getaway for a quick anniversary trip. I cant wait to go back!!

Neighbor upstairs was very loud. Not the condos fault, but it was very disappointing for an otherwise perfect visit.

This facility was excellent on all aspects. Like home away from home. Close to everything you need to see in Asheville, n.c. The price was a deal .
