I cannot say enough about the wonderful front desk service I received. It was like no other I have ever received from any other hotel. I want to thank the young gentlemen who looked after my requirement to have to cancel one night's reservation. He took care of everything. And then made sure I knew that it was taken care of because it was through a third party whom I had been unable to establish contact with to effect the cancellation. He then followed up with a call to me on my cell to let me know that everything was done and generally took care of everything for me. I believe the gentleman Was the rooming operations director.There was also a young lady in security who also was very helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

For a place not that old it was a little beat up but still it was nice. I stayed because of a discounted price and would likely not go again unless I saw the same discount.

In general, a good experience! Checking in was bit confusing as the reception clerk could not find our reservation and had to transfer to a higher personnel. She eventually did find our reservation! Unfortunately, arriving on Sunday limited our choice of dinning in the hotel facilities. A couple of the eating facilities within the casino were closed. We did had an amazing experience in the dinning room! Great food and value for what we ordered.

Easy to get to. Was in quiet area. Was handy to where we were going. A bit expensive compared to other hotels as some have continental breakfasts.

Nice place. Didnt think food from the restauants was the best. Nothing else within walking distance of hotel.

I was very comfortable. The pool and slide were excellent. The restaurant was a bit pricey I thought especially for the kids meals.

the only thing bad that can say is that there was no front door man to help me with my bags. I had to get a cart at the front desk and load my bags and take them up to the room. then return the cart. I did save on the tip.lol

Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The kids enjoyed the waterslide and pool. I would recommend bringing your own pillow, they were too big. I would not recommend the pizza from the restaurant for take out it was a little funny tasting.

Friendly and modern hotel with ALL possible amenities. Just a little far out for most visits, but it suited this overnight stay. Thanks for allowing dogs!

I enjoyed my stay. Great relief area for my service dog. Great food and best bed ever for sleeping. Next time, i would like try out exercise room and hot tub. The staff were very friendly. It's worth your stay!

Enjoyed the hotel very much , and would stay there again but wouldn't eat at the Casino again high priced and chicken was very dry . Husband and son did not like it either. I was glad that the Hotel was very friendly My Shih Tzu loved it . I think the cover charge of $ 10.00 was good but would not pay anymore , because we always take him with us . Really did enjoy ourselves there / Thanks Deerfoot Inn and Casino

This was a very nice hotel. I booked for convenience as concert I had gone to Calgary to attend was in same building. It was no hassle, no driving and there was dining options in hotel. It was slightly pricier than most hotels I would normally stay at but the convenience and fact that it was a very luxurious hotel made it worth it.

Our room was nice. The food in the restaurant was good and not expensive. I won money in the Casino. My only complaint is the casino is not 24 hrs. Maybe thats a good thing?

Not a pleasant experience on our second nights stay. Asked for a room/floor of the hotel that did not accomodate animals; dogs were barking next to our room. Why make this request due to asthma, when it is not honored. People ran up and down the hallway to see who could be the fastest until 1:00 AM and then early in the morning. Very disappointed with the hotels response to us in the morning, and have since sent a e mail, and again have not had a reply from them.

Well we checked in on Christmas day and it seemed that the girl at the desk wouldn't really help us because we made our booking online! The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable but everything else was closed. We did enjoy the waterslide and hot tub though.

Great service on check in - Very friendly staff

We had a great night at the hotel. It was clean, very friendly staff. We ate at Mohave Grill in the hotel and the food was great and service again was great. We took in the pool with the kids which was also a fun time. We will be back with out the kids next time to take in a concert and the casino!

- Even though we only stayed one night, we thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay. The beds were comfy, the bathroom roomy, and it was nice to have the casino so close. We`ll have to come again with the grandkids to test out the waterslide!!!!

Very clean hotel, great pool and waterslides for small children. Hotel restaurant service was lacking, food was sub par.

Hotel service and casino help were alittle rude. Food was average and over priced.

My stay was the best !!!! Great casino, Great rooms, Great service, Great food.I even won money at the casino. Kelvin

Everything about this hotel was good except we had received a free breakfast buffet with our booking and we went down an hour before it was to be finished and there was not much there if it was to be a buffet. The fruit was never replaced and there was only a choice of a sugary pastry besides the toast. That was disappointing .

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and will definitely stay there again. We were impressed witht he cleanliness of the hotel.

This was a very quick in and out business trip, really for one short breakfast meeting. The other party suggested this hotel because it is close to his office. Had it been my choice, I would have stayed someplace closer to the airport. My check-in experience was great, and in fact I received an unexpected room upgrade. The room was clean and comfortable and the restaurant served a fine breakfast. I took a walking tour of the casino just for fun, but did not participate since I don't gamble. My impression is that the casino is the "tail that wags the dog" here, and if you are not interested in that amenity, there are no doubt more economical and/or conveniently located lodging options in Calgary. As I said, though, very nice place if the casino is of interest to you.
