Alpina Phuket Nalina Resort & Spa - פוקט

נסענו בקבוצה של 6 נפשות. סבתא, מתבגרים, אחד בן 30+, וזוג בשנות ה-40 לחייהם. למרות שאנו משפחה אחת היו לנו כמה רעיונות שונים לגבי מהו מיקום טוב בפוקט. שהינו בפטונג לכמה ימים וזאת הייתה חוויה קצת מהממת מדי. עברנו למלון Alpina לשבוע של חג המולד וזו הייתה החוויה הכי טובה אי פעם! צוות ידידותי, חדרים נקיים ונוחים, אוכל טוב, ושירות נסיעות נהדר לחוף החצי-פרטי כל שעה! באמת נהנינו מאוד, אנחנו ושאר הקבוצה.

לא ממליץ, דירוג הכוכבים מטעה. חברי הצוות לא מדברים אנגלית. המלון עייף וזקוק לשיפוץ/אחזקה. אני בדרך כלל לא מתבכיין אבל הייתי מאוד ממורמר שבחרנו במלון הזה.

שהינו לירח דבש בזמן ראש השנה האזרחי. חוף kata יפה מאד והמלון מציע הסעה חינם לחוף וחזרה ממנו.

מלון ממוצע עם פוטנציאל להיות הרבה יותר טוב אם הם היו מחדשים את החדרים, מגבות ומצעים. החדרים גדולים, אבל המיטות מדי קשות לטעמי. האינטרנט האלחוטי הוא בחינם אבל הקליטה חלשה ולכן קשה להתחבר. מעט מהצוות דובר אנגלית. הדברים הכי טובים במלון הם הבריכה המרווחת והחוף היפהפה ה"פרטי" בkata (שזה ליד ה club med section). המיקום הוא בערך 15 דקות הליכה לחוף הגם שיש הסעה כל שעה שנוסעת מ8 בבוקר עד 5 בערב. ישנם חנויות (11\7) בקרבת המלון, והליכה של 20-30 דקות תביא אתכם למסעדות וחנויות ב kata ו karon. Tuk tuks בחזרה למלון מkata and karon עולה בערך 200 baht. לpotong בערך 400 baht ומונית לשדה התעופה בערך 600-700 baht. אם תחלקו הסעה לשדה התעופה זה יהיה בערך 250 baht לאדם.

המלון לא בדיוק בחוף והמיקום לא כל כך נגיש או מושך. אבל המלון מאד טוב עם נוף מצויין של גן מתוחזק היטב ובריכת שחיה. זהו מלון טוב בשביל להנות מחדר המלון ולא רחוק מחוף karon. ?

היתה לנו שהות נהדרת. במלון הייתה אוירה מאד ידידותית ורגועה. הצוות והשירות היו מצויינים והייתי בהחלט שמח לחזור. היינו באזור נפלא, שקט ורגוע קרוב למסעדות, כמה ברים וחנויות. מסופקת תחבורה לחוף כל שעה. לא הייתי יכול לרצות מקום יותר יפה.

בהגיענו למלון בשעת ערב מאוחרת, הכל היה נראה בסדר, כשהוגש לנו משקה חינם תוך כדי שעשינו צ'ק אין, אחרי שלקחו את פרטי כרטיס האשראי שלנו בשביל כל גביה נוספת, הם נתנו לנו פיסת נייר שיידעה אותנו שעקב כמה הצפות לא היו טלויזיות, טלפונים, ולא מסעדות במלון, הם ארגנו אוטובוס לקחתנו למלון אחר בשביל ארוחת בוקר ששלמנו מראש. כמובן שלא מדי שמחנו, אבל הייתה להם הצפה, אז פשוט אמרנו: בסדר. נתנו לנו את כרטיס המפתח ונער השליחויות הביא את המזוודות שלנו לקומה הרביעית. המסדרון היה מקורה אבל פתוח מהצד. עקב הגשם הרצפה הייתה רטובה למדי. ככל שהתקדמנו במורד המסדרון האורות לא עבדו. נער השליחויות אמר לנו שזה בגלל הגשמים וחשמלאי אמור לבא לתקן את האורות. הוא המשיך ללכת במורד מסדרון מאד ארוך חשוך ורטוב, עד כדי כך שהמים היו כל כך עמוקים שרגלינו היו סחוטות. בחדר, כרטיס המפתח לא עבד, אז חזרנו לדלפק הקבלה לבקש חדר אחר, משום שהוא היה סחוט וחשוך לגמרי ולא היינו מדי שמחים. האשה בדלפק הקבלה נתנה לנו חדר אחר ללא התנצלות. בחדר השני, קידם את פנינו בלגן, המיטות לא היו מוצעות והחדר בבירור לא נוקה מהאורחים הקודמים, הייתה עריסה לתינוק בפינה, והחדר הריח משתן. אז שוב חזרנו לדלפק הקבלה ובקשנו חדר אחר. החדר השלישי היה נקי ומסודר, ולא במורד מסדרון חשוך, אז הכל היה נראה טוב חוץ מהמזגן שדלף מים על הרצפה. לקחנו את החדר בכל אופן משום שהיינו עייפים ולא רצינו לקחת סיכון שנקבל חדר יותר גרוע אם נתלונן שוב. בבוקר, המקלחת הייתה קרה. הלכנו לנציג הקבלה, בדרך לאוטובוס שלקח אותנו לארוחת הבוקר ויידענו אותם שלא היו מים חמים. הם אמרו לנו – "שהם ידעו".

המראה החזותי של המלון אינו מושך אבל הייתי מעונין להדגיש שמיקום המלון נגיש, עם מרחב חניה בקדמת הלובי שזה דבר מאד נוח לנהגים. החדר מאד מרווח ונוח, ארוחת הבוקר בסדר אם אתם לא מצפים להרבה מדי. המחיר סביר ושווה את הכסף.

מהרגע שהגענו נתנו לנו להרגיש מאד רצויים. הצוות היה פשוט מוכשר מכל הבחינות, הבריכה הייתה מטוהרת הגנים והגינון מסביב מתוחזקים היטב. צוות משק הבית והגננים היו מאד מקצועיים ומוכנים לעזור. מזנון ארוחת הבוקר היה תמיד חם ובשפע. הייתה לנו סוויטה קלאסית בקומה הרביעית המשקיפה על פני הבריכה וזה היה מאד מתאים בגלל קרבתו למעליות. אני והפרטנר שלי כבר אומרים שאנו חוזרים שנה הבאה. מיקום המלון קרוב מספיק להכל ועוד יותר קל אם שוכרים אופנוע. ישנם בערך 10 חנויות מסאג' לאורך הכביש שהמלון ממוקם בו, ומסאג' רגל הוא במחיר סטנדרטי בהחלט, חנות 11\7 היא בערך 30 מטר במורד הרחוב ומדריכי תיירות עומדים לכל אורך הרחוב, חלקם אפילו עושים שירותי כיבוס גפ כן, מה שתמצא כזול. וישנה מסעדה קטנה מעבר לכביש עם אוכל מעולה במחירים סבירים ביותר ואתה אפילו יכול לקחת את האוכל אתך בחזרה לחדרך אם הינך רוצה. ערימות של מסעדות בקרבת מלון והמלון מפעיל שירותי הסעה לאזור חוף ששמור באופן פרטי לאורחי alpina. היה לנו אופנוע אז רכבנו לאורך חוף הים ושמנו לב שלכל המלונות הגדולים היה חלק מהחוף מוקצה לאורחיהם עם סככה, כסאות נוחים וחנות של שונות עם אוכל ומשקאות לאורחים.החוף ב kata הוא פשוט נהדר עם חול נקי ודק, ללא פסול, אבל שמתי לב שהיו שלטים המורים לכם שהשחיה היא על אחריותכם בלבד משום שאין מצילים וישנם ? אבל זה בסדר להשתכשך קרוב לקו החוף.

מלון alpine nalina הוא מקום נופש יפה וגדול למדי גם כן. אבל ראינו שמקום הנופש ריק למדי אולי בגלל שזו אינה תקופת שיא. הבריכה הייתה מעולה, המיקום קצת רחוק מהחוף כמו שהייתי רוצה. הם קישטו את המיטה בשבילנו יפה מאד ע"פ בקשתנו. החדרים היו סבירים. שירותי הספא היו טובים. למרבה המוזרות, לא מדי הרבה אנשים ידעו על מקום הנופש הזה ולא היה מאד ברור למצוא את המלון בפעם הראשונה. בסך הכל חויה נחמדה.

Very relaxing. Close to restaurants, shopping, beach.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We got the room with breakfast buffet included and found that by the end of our stay (7 days) we were over the food because it was basically the same items every morning. It was very well priced and I would recommend it to people if they wish to be a little bit away from the hustle and bustle. It is a fair walk to the beach and about a 20 minute drive from the night markets and the main shopping centre. So we spent a fair bit on taxis and tuk tuks.

Pool acces room was a lifestyle, started in building 4... Very dated/run down. Helpful staff moved us to building 3 without hesitation, much better location and updated facilities. Great location if you don't want to be in the main crowd at Patong. We hire scooters and only a short ride to anywhere...

overall very good hotel manager and staff very helpfull entertainment good but needs to be veryed but would recommend one of the best in the area

Nice hotel in a good area, espacially if you compare it with Patong. Good for familys or people who don't want busyness. The rooms are nice, clean but they need a lot of maintenance. A lot of small things are broken or not fitting. The pool is great. Wifi internet was problamatic, because it cut off very often in the room. Breakfast is not worth the star rating and should be served on a better way. At the end of the line; for this money it's good value. But don't expect a spotless 4 star hotel; there are to many small issues that are annoying. The staff doesnt' speak good english - which is not unique in thailand - but even the manager had trouble to make clear what she was saying.

Hotel was adequate - room was good. Location was ok, 15 mins walk to the beach - so hire a bike.

I've only got good things to say about Alpina, great service with a smile. My stay at this resort can only be described as fantastic, I absolutely loved everything about this place, from the warm & friendly staff to the great buffet breakfast, all in a lovely tropical setting. The pool was I'mmaculate and cleaned on a daily basis as was my room, It's nice to come back a from walk and find your bed made, fresh towels , 2 complimentary bottles of water, oh I almost forgot they have a 2 for 1 happy hour which makes drinking pina colladas all that more enjoyable. The hotels restaurant had great selection of western style foods and traditional thai which would rival any first class restaurant anywhere in the world at very reasonable prices, and it's those little touches which might not mean much to some , but really leaves a lasting impression on me and that's the neat little folds they place on the ends of the toilet paper and boxes of tissues. There is one more thing that really impressed me and that Is, every Thursday the hotel holds a free cocktail party for all the guests of the hotel which Is a nice way for the hotel guests and staff to Interact and get to know one another, and a way for the hotel to get feedback from there guests as to how there enjoying there stay and make sure there needs are been met. To all the staff thank you fire for making my stay a fun and pleasant one, in the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger " I'll be Back"

This place was great, the hotel it self feels super safe and the pool is clean and great to relax in. Only issue is if your looking to go out a fair bit the only reall place to go is patong beach, if your just looking for a relaxing holiday than highly reccomend it

Room was very outdated and the whole hotel apart from the lobby desperately needed an upgrade. Restaurant was overpriced. Grounds and pool were very nice and the boys enjoyed the table tennis.ocation was great and the view was wonderful.

This hotell lies in an unpleasent part of Phuket, Karon beach, although in my opinoin Phuket isnt a very pleasent place at all. The hotell it elfholds a spa of whick I have no experience, a fitness center with a rack of free weights, two bicyles and a treadmill. The breakfests are very good. the best part of the hotell are the roms big, spacous, clean, nice and well equiped, also the bathrooms were way over average. Hotell restaurants were slightly more pricey then the adjacent restuarants. The pool area is nice. The staff is generelly very helpfull and accomendating! The real only problem I had with the staff was during my first night as I had taken an earlier flight then my travel mat. The staff seemed to be supsicous and often questioened where I hade been if I had gone out on my own, why Im traveling alone and such. Not recomended for a final stay but geat hotel for a few nights!

The hotel's services are extremely limiting and even though you are staying at the resort they still find a need to rip you off drastically on the transportation to the airport!

The overall rating is good. But the location is a little bit far from the beach around 15mins walk. By the way, the spa service of this hotel is great.

Very nice property... first night w a little jet lag we were put in a room within spitting distance of the back door of a bar. It was WAY too loud to sleep. The room was 1101 and they moved us to a different very nice room. It was the low season, so they were accommodating. I'm not sure what would happen if they were full. A ten + minute walk to the beach or a shuttle on the hour. Chairs and umbrellas provided.

Room is huge and comfortable! Place has a great pool that is perfect for relaxing. We had problems with getting into our room because the room access card could not open the room door initially. Staff could also be friendier and more helpful. Overall, place is value for money if you don't mind lukewarm response from staff.

My sister and I stayed for 3 nights and was sad to leave. We tend to hotel hop so it was hard to say goodbye to Alpina. The pool was SUPER nice. Breakfast was average. Location was great. 10 minute walk leads you to many shops along the streets and a 20 minute walk from hotel leads you to Kata Beach, the cleanest and most beautiful beach in Phuket (ask anyone). There is also a free shuttle bus every hour to the beach. Hotel's surrounding environment is quiet and peaceful...away from the loud tourist hot spots. Away from the annoying the cheap bars, taxis and Tuk Tuk drivers who bother you every time you exit from hotel. Perfect place for families and couples who just want to relax. And it is not far from the shopping, Thai Massages, and coffee shops. Just need to walk a little and explore. Highly recommend this hotel.

I took a family vacation to Alpina and the stay was incredible. Phuket is arguably among the most beautiful places on earth and a stay at Alpina helped add to the beauty. Very well maintained resort with a beautiful ambiance. The swimming pool running across the hotel was a key highlight. The rooms were surprisingly huge and ideal for relaxation. The staff were friendly and courteous and did every bit to make you feel at home. In addition to amazing rooms and services, an awesome pool, great food, the resort also offered its own private beach complete with hourly rides to and from the beach and all beach accessories. The breakfast buffet was great and there isn't a single aspect of the resort you could complain about. I had a wonderful experience and felt compelled to write this review. And best of all, I couldn't imagine the kind of 5-star luxury would ever be available at such great costs. A cost-effective luxury resort with great comfort. I had a satisfying experience. Only flip-side: The resort is too secluded with practically nothing to see in the surrounding area but I dont think I ever had the need to go wander out alone because with such great services within and the breathtaking beach, who would want to venture out alone? Word of caution: Instead of relying on the resort travel desk and taxi services, go out of the resort and look for the nearby tour and travel agents. The agents outside offer some great bargains and discounts for taxi services and all package trips and tours. Phuket indeed is an incredible place to be in and Alpina Resort is a must stay. I'm looking forward to be there again..

Good swimming pool, but far to the beach. Not good surrounding area.

Its a good quite hotel, but the food needs to be improved to be internatinal cousins, especially for muslims meals. The staff are very friendly and help full, some rooms are near the disco or bar with load noise but the hotels shifted us to quite room after complain.

Hotel located in quiet Kata beach near the local residential area where you can enjoy both Kata beach tourist attractions and the local street food venders and markets. Hotel's pool is quiet and spacious. The room i stay is clean and well maintained. I met many friendly staffs there. They all like to help a guest.

Great location, not exactly near the beach but not too far from it as well. You can either choose to walk to Kata beach (10 minutes walk) or the provided shuttle service (pick up truck converted to accommodate 6 passengers), which provides hourly trips to the beach from 8AM to 5PM. Also take note the shuttle service brings you to a portion of the beach which is taken care by the staff of Alpina, so you don't have to worry about beach towels or getting a seat as they are all provided by the hotel. Service was fantastic, as the moment my wife and me checked in, they provided us us fruit juice, which was refreshing after a 1 hour ride on the minibus from the airport. We checked into room, found it to be in tip top condition, with an excellent view of the hotel's pool.

The only problem was I woke up with a TON of bug bites that I did not go to bed with, not exactly sure how I acquired them, the other person in the room with me didn't have any so who knows. This place also has a cool pool and a really good italian restaurant (random I know)

Reading past reviews I was not sure what to expect but booked anyway, the hotel itself is beautiful and their pictures do not do it justice, it is a mini paradise with everything you need not too far away while still being removed from some of the not so charming aspects of the near by patong beach. It's about 20 min by taxi so close enough if you want to experience the night life there. The only downfall was the restaurants there are way over priced for the quality, however the breakfast buffet was great and very clean. Would stay there again.

Hotel resort was clean. Staff were polite and patient. Overall experience was pleasant. Tested 2 pools for sanitizers and found them ok. Was advised not to drink tap water. Bottled water was provided daily free of charge. Tested tap water and found only traces of chlorine sanitizer on each of 6 days tested.

the ladies at the front desk were rude, the wait staff at the restaurant was slow but everything else was great. love how they have their swimming pool directly out your back door.

This hotel, insofar as the room is concerned, provides decent value for the money. The location in Phuket is fine...not far from local shops, good restautants and Kata Beach. The breakfast is quite good and the lunch around the pool is not bad. Dinner choices are somewhat limited but tasty. All of that notwithstanding, there is one serious downside. The service provided by the hotel staff is dismal at best. At checkout, we went through a 30 minute ordeal where the hotel cashier very blatantly attempted to overcharge us. She printed a copy of our bill but hit us for a late checkout fee for the 2 rooms I reserved. In order to avoid this, we had previously contacted the hotel management and they told me there would be no extra charge for only 90 minutes extra in our rooms. The cashier was indignant about removing the charges until I refused to pay the entire bill or see a manager. The cashier disappeared for 10 minutes to confer with the manager herself. When she returned, the late fee was dropped. She ran the incidental charges through on my credit card and billed me for the late check out charge that was to be dropped. I questioned the charges again and reminded her that the charges were to be removed. She gruffly credited my card and rebilled my credit card the proper amount. One room down...one to go. On the second room, there were no extra charges. But the cashier informed me that drinking glasses were missing from the room and said that we would have to pay extra for the missing glasses. I asked how many glasses there were supposed to be and I was told "2". I asked the occupants of the second room if they had broken the glasses. They told me that they hadn't...that they had left 2 glasses on the sink in the bathroom. I told the Cashier that housekeeping should check the bathroom. She called, spoke to housekeeping, hung up and said the glasses weren't there and suggested that we must have taken the glasses. One of the persons who was staying in that room, ran back

Nice and comfortable hotel at a reasonable price. Staff friendly however it's located all the way south of Phuket island (1 hour from airport). I found the area relatively quiet mainly Nordic and other Eastern European visitors and not much to do after 11pm

No one seemed to know how to handle my complaint. Too long to explain - the bottom line is I was frustrated the way they handled my issue.
