I have stayed at the Hampton West-Lakeside twice and will stay in the future. The rooms are clean and fresh, the staff is friendly and it is in a great location.

Hotels.com showed pet friendly but hotel wasn't. This put the hotel and us in a bad spot.

Needed a nice getaway with my man. Was charged and the hotel cant tell me why I was charged after we left. Not real good on communicating with in staff.

very clean and friendly staff

My accommodation at this hotel was great...Very clean and comfortable, friendly, courteous and helpful staff. My only problem was how to access this hotel from Center Street. It's visible, but how to get in and out is a bit confusing. My map instructions were to turn at 177th street, but that is not a through street to the hotel.

Stay was nice - slept well.

The stay was excellent! Staff were helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Always a nice time at the hampton inn.

Excellent location, close to restaurants and shopping. Very clean and quiet. Excellent service from staff.

Nice place had a nice quiet pool and a great full service breakfast. Great choice if you want to stay on the West end of Omaha. It still has good accessbility to West Dodge to get downtown.

The hotel was very nice and the location was great for food and shopping but a bit of a drive from downtown where we spent most of our time. Overall, very satisfied.

We joked about what would be missing--towels, shampoo or food for breakfast.

After being in lots of hotels over this vacation this room was average. I thought the beds were comfortable with good bedding. The rooms were a little smaller than some and not brand new.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Good value for the price.

This is a nearly new facility with all the benefits you expect from Hampton Inn. It is in a nice neighborhood in west Omaha with a nearby walking trail and many options for dining.

Hotel was fine. Breakfast was good. Our only complaint was adults and young children running in halls, slamming doors and talking loudly until 11:30 p.m.

Very nice staff and clean hotel

Just be aware that they asked for a credit/debit card for incidentals when I checked in. Other motels that I have stayed at did not charge you if you didn't use incidentals, such as watching movies or making long distance calls. Hampton in charged me $15.00 and $35.00 for incidentals and when I called them about this - I was told that if I didn't use any incidentals that they would credit my account back the $60.00, but it would take 3 days.

In Omaha on company business for 1 night and stayed at the Hampton Inn. Newer and very clean hotel. Once again, Hampton Inn delivers.

This is a GREAT hotel - our only 'complaint' was the breakfast buffet. We got there 30 minutes before it was supposed to close - and there was very little food left (hot food). It was never re-stocked. Otherwise, clean and comfy place!

I would definitely recommend this hotel. I'm sure we will stay here again.

This hotel is nice and clean. My family has stayed there several times. We no longer shop around. This is the only hotel we will stay in. Extra big breakfast and sack breakfast offered at no additional cost. You wont be disappointed.

We stay here whenever we are in Omaha, which is frequently. Terrific hotel with all of the services we need.

This was a great hotel for a night get-away. They offered free cookies for a bed time snack. The pool area was great for the kids and parents to relax. It is located along a busy strip in Omaha, so convenient to a lot of shopping and restaurants, yet quiet at night. The best part was the wonderful breakfast! We were amazed at all the choices, hot and cold. There was also actually room for all of us to sit down together and eat. Would stay here again.

Very Friendly and Helpful staff. We used to stay at the one on LaVista until the service had gone done with their staff change. Hope your services never change. I will recommend your hotel to friend and family

Hotel was great, easy to find and tucked away off the main road.

Nice hotel, great for business trips in West Omaha. Close to retail shops and businesses, but set back and quiet.

Very nice hotel ,with nice rooms and a great location. The only negative is the breakfast! Poor quality and service. Had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to fill the warm food. Several people waiting. When it came out it was not good. Simple scrambled eggs with bacon and sausage would have been better! Other then the food our stay was great. Will be back in the future.

The accomodations were very nice. The kids enjoyed the pool. Checkout wasn't until 12:00, which made for a relaxing morning for all of us. There were many choices for breakfast although some selections were gone by about 9:00. We all enjoyed our stay and will plan to return.

We've stayed at the hotel several times, and this is the first time we were disappointed with some of the service. We ran out of toilet paper the second day, and because it was late in the night, we ended up using the kleenex in the room. Breakfast the second day was a huge disappointment. They were out of fruit, hot dishes, sweet rolls. Most of it got replenished, but we were finished eating. The waffles were pretty good. All of this being said, we like the hotel and the location. There may have been a shortage of workers that particular weekend, and we will give them the benefit of the doubt. We will definitely stay there again, because service has always been great in the past. If we have issues again, we may have to stay elsewhere on our next trip.

I chose the Hampton Inn Omaha West because it was on pretty much the farthest west edge of town and I was attending events in a couple of outlying small towns. The hotel was great overall and I would definitely stay there again. Pros: -Fair price -Near the main highway I needed to take -Hot breakfast with good variety (and they kept refilling it all morning, unlike some hotels I've stayed in) -GREAT hot tub -Unexpected perk of microwave/fridge in room -Recently updated bathroom with very nice finishings -Very quiet heater (if you've ever had a loud hotel HVAC, you'll appreciate what I mean here) -Close enough to edge of town that rush hour wasn't really a factor -Lots of restaurants very close by (Few) cons: -Standard size pillows on a king size bed = too small -Fridge was too loud to run at night (rattled and had a running water sound) so had to unplug it -No bathtub (although this didn't actually bother me)
